The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK) was established in June 2000 as a non-profit organization for the fast-growing financial services industry. We are the sole licensing body in Hong Kong authorized by Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd to grant the much coveted and internationally-recognized CFP® certification and AFP® certification to qualified financial planning professionals in Hong Kong and Macau.
We are now inviting enthusiastic and high-calibre candidates to join our professional teams:
Officer - Corporate Communications and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Corporate Communications and Marketing team in planning and implementing the Institute’s communications, industry and publicity events, seminars, media and community events
Assist in the production of print and online publications and marketing collaterals
Assist in exploring new and contemporary marketing and advertising channels to enhance the market awareness of the Institute with efficient and cost-effective manner
Serve as a key team member in managing the corporate website and social media platforms
Act as a central coordinator and administrator to ensure the team’s day-to-day operations run smoothly
Undertake ad hoc projects assigned by the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, multimedia production or event management
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Responsible, self-motivated, dynamic and proactive
Attention to details, good communication and organization skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with minimal supervision.
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours such as Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Candidates demonstrating higher levels of experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
