Operation Officer (IPO Vetting) - 12 months contract

Job Duties:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the teams in handling IPO applications.

  • Assist in preparing internal documents and standard correspondences related to IPO case processing.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of information in internal databases and tracking systems.

  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring for documentary requirements of IPO cases.

  • Participate in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above

  • At least one year of administrative experience in well-established organisation

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)


Systems Analyst - Associate - Markets Systems - IT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and support for various Market Surveillance systems of HKEX cash and derivatives markets. Surveillance systems includes both in-house and vendor solution.

  • Automate and streamline system health check and daily operation jobs.

  • Carry out production support, and production change which usually take place in weekend.

  • Work with technology teams for application setup, OS upgrade and performance testing.

  • Perform optimization, capacity planning, performance monitoring and security management.

  • Establish technical excellence and standard following industry best practices.

  • Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid experience in shell scripting (e.g. bash), Linux, Python and DevOps.

  • Excellent in at least one of programming languages, include Java, .Net, with experience in SQL server and DB2/Postgres.   

  • Willing to learn and support new technology stacks.

  • Experienced in technical testing and deployment is an added advantage.

  • Detail-oriented, able to deliver the best quality of work on planning, coordination and execution.

  • Be enthusiastic to make an impact using technology.

  • Be an excellent team player to collaborate with multiple teams.


Associate - Management Reporting & Project Controls - Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end book closure processes for projects, including the preparation and posting of accounting journals such as staff cost allocation, accruals, depreciation, and cost adjustments.

  • Prepare and deliver financial and management reports for projects, including capital expenditure reporting, depreciation analysis, and variance analysis, with clear insights for management review.

  • Support project portfolio budgeting and funding allocation by providing timely financial analysis and recommendations to facilitate management decision-making, leveraging the monthly rolling project forecast.

  • Monitor financial status and progress of major projects, highlighting key risks, issues, and variances for reporting and governance purposes.

  • Provide guidance to project managers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project financial governance requirements, including project initiation and closure processes.

  • Support and guide project managers with respect to project accounting, financial governance, and project reporting.

  • Support internal and external audit inquiries by preparing relevant documentation and explanations.

  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, automation, and other efficiency enhancements.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial or management reporting is required. Experience in project lifecycle management and financial governance is considered advantageous, particularly within major financial institutions or leading accounting firms.

  • Practical experience with financial systems is required, with a preference for familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and Hyperion Planning.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an advantage.

  • A proactive team player who is able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to support peak reporting periods.

  • Strong analytical capability, sound accounting knowledge, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
