Officer, Airport Operations

Responsibilities：

  • Review daily On-Time Performance and address delay reason to flight 

  • Liaise and coordinate with all concerned parties for bay requests, assignments, arrange the nearest parking bay during a special event or tight connection 

  • Liaise and coordinate with all concerned parties for towing schedule, and monitor the towing process 

  • Provide latest aircraft utilization/schedule/pairing to the airport authority 

  • Control of the Airport Collaborative Decision Making system to ensure push back slot secure 

  • Work closely with respective teams in operations and airport authority to maintain operation integrity

Requirements：

  • HKCEE/DSE or equivalent or above

  • Minimum 1 year of aviation experience 

  • Ramp or aircraft towing or passenger handling experience will be an advantage

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office

  • Able to work in shift duties 

Officer, Cost Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bill matching and manage vendor invoices.

  • Oversee fixed asset management, including creating fixed asset cards monthly, handling fixed asset purchases, transfers, and disposals, and addressing monthly adjustments for ROU asset accounting treatment.

  • Process payments and communicate with vendors regarding payment statuses.

  • Update data in the cost accounting system, such as reviewing rejected amounts in the cost settlement system and maintaining the control list for the cost management team.

  • Accrue specific items monthly and make adjustments during month-end.

  • Maintain CMS system user settings, including password changes and function authorizations.

  • Generate periodic cost reports for management review, including Outstanding Payment records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience; airlines experience & relevant experience with recognized is a definite advantage

  • Professional qualification in Accounting is preferred

  • Familiar with the Airlines Finance Accounting operations, including the accounting workflow, entries, accounting monitor, preparation of Finance statements, establishment and maintenance of accounting system, will be an advantage

  • Effective problem-solving skills, analytical mind, good planning and organizing abilities

  • Independent, good team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Officer, HKA Holidays [Marketing]

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property market research, monitor and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights on market intelligence;

  • Assist in ensuring competitive pricing, optimized inventory to maintain HKA Holidays’ market position;

  • Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;

  • Assist in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media, EDM and search consoles etc.;

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of products and promotional campaign;

  • Work closely with internal team and vendors to implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the product portfolio and B2C sales channels;

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website;

  • Identify and collaborate on external business partnerships to enhance value for our products; and

  • Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by seniors and management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field;

  • At least 2 years experiences in Marketing; experiences in travel or tourism industry would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Online Marketing Tools is highly preferred;

  • With strong business acumen and insights on local and regional markets;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment;

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and 

  • Proficiency in Adobe software applications (such as illustrator, photoshop) is an advantage.

Officer, HKA Holidays [Operations]

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with daily operations and handle customer inquiries (including the end-to-end sales process);

  • Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner;

  • Prepare regular reports to ensure budgeted goals are achieved;

  • Work closely and liaise with the sales team and suppliers;

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team; and

  • Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by seniors and management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Diploma or above in Tourism, Travel or a related field;

  • At least 2 years experiences in Travel or Tourism Industry; Experience in travel agent or OTA is highly preferred;

  • Good product knowledge, and understanding of tourism destinations;

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and 

  • Knowledge in GDS system is an advantage.
