Software QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct end-to-end testing process on various systems, including test case design, data preparation, execution, and validation to ensure high-quality digital product delivery
Act as the final quality gatekeeper, performing pre-release and pre-deployment checks to prevent defect leakage and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR)
Define and monitor quality requirements for vendor deliverables, manage vendor SLAs, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for efficient quality feedback loops.
Proactively identify system risks, conduct exploratory and risk-based testing, and escalate critical issues to ensure rapid resolution
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements have been translated into testable criteria and provide feedback on user experience and usability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing/QA roles, with a proven track record in end-to-end testing activities (test design, execution, automation) in complex systems
Experience in managing vendor quality and performance, including defining SLAs and reviewing test deliverables
Proficiency in software testing methodologies, mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium). Familiarity with Agile development environments and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Proactive, detail oriented, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving, analytical and technical thinking skills

Assistant Manager, CRM Engagement
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other luxury lifestyle partners to support the growth of the Landmark BESPOKE loyalty program, with a focus on engaging Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
Identify and negotiate revenue-generating opportunities with partners, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Source and curate exclusive privileges from partners to enhance member engagement and loyalty, delivering exceptional experiences and benefits tailored to the UHNWI segment.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnership campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the loyalty program and measurable impact on member satisfaction and retention.
Loyalty Program and Customer Lifecycle Management
Lead the joint effort to plan and implement the day to day events, promotions for the BESPOKE loyalty program and other commercial activity.
Support the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in terms of acquisition, engagement and retention for the high value members
Identify the room of improvement in terms of different customer engagement initiatives to improve the customer engagement with measurable KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in strategic partnership and loyalty program management, preferably in luxury retail, shopping mall sectors, with a strong focus on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to identify and secure partnership opportunities.
Experience in customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with a data-driven approach to customer segmentation and engagement initiatives.
Results-oriented and analytical, with the ability to track KPIs to continuously improve customer engagement and partnership effectiveness.
Technician (Builder)
Responsibilities:
Carry out regular preventive maintenance to building fabric and features.

Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive [In-house Creative & Design Team]
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visual concepts with strong technical skills to communicate our brand and ideas through imagery, art, and photographs.
Produce designs for print and digital media, including key visuals, marketing materials, advertorial, editorial, mock ups, websites, logos and infographics.
Demonstrate a strong layout and typography skills, utilise design software or AI tools to create and edit images, select fonts, and arrange layout and text.
Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, templates and visual identity.
Able to design and create illustrations will be an advantage.
Editing and Animation:
Knowledge of motion graphic design and animation.
Knowledge of storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing and colour grading video content.
Sourcing and liaising with vendors/freelancers/agencies/production houses etc.
Photography and Videography:
Able to use various equipment, including cameras, lenses, and gimble, to capture high-quality photos of people, products, and places. Being very detail-oriented and organised, including archiving and versioning.
Using photo editing software like Photoshop/Lightroom to enhance, retouch, and colour-correct images, ensuring the final output meets project needs and deadlines.
Organise and maintain a database of photographic images and videos.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software. Exposure in the real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector is a definite advantage. Other requirements include:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

Officer, Customer Service
Responsibilities:
As an ambassador of HKL to provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public through telephone and written communication
Take ownership of all customer requests and report customers’ feedback and comments to the building’s Management for actions
Keep abreast of HKL portfolio’s knowledge, events and marketing programs
Support and help update the various customer service-related systems
Support and assist marketing and promotional activities as launched by Marketing and Communications Department for the portfolio

Requirements:
DSE or Form 7 graduate or above with at least 2 years experience in a Customer Service environment, administrative experience would be an advantage
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) and is computer literate
Pleasant with strong customer service skills and is flexible and adaptable to work on a rotary shift basis
