Business Developments and Portfolio Management Manager

Responsibilities

Business Development

Sourcing of potential investment opportunities through personal and professional network in the region.

Assessment and screening of opportunities including site analyses, market research, and due diligence, including recommendations for investment in consideration of the Company’s portfolio.

Overall responsibility for financial feasibility study models. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various assumptions used for such purposes.

Negotiations for potential investment opportunities, drafting, revision and review of transaction documents relevant to the deal.

Formulate recommendations on investment and deal structures and thereafter, drafting of board papers for review of management and approval from JM Finance Committee.

Securing suitable joint venture partners and maintaining such relationships for potential and existing investments.

Portfolio Management

Monitoring of existing asset performance to ensure alignment with regional portfolio goals

Development of effective and cohesive Strategic Asset plans and monitoring of various Asset Enhancement Schemes for the portfolio.

Oversee the drafting and submission of various asset management reports to HK Corporate.

Building Attendant II

Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer (Group Finance Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for month-end book closing activities covering payments, receipts, journals, tax computations and bank reconciliations.

  • Preparation of statutory and management accounts.

  • Review of management accounts of PRC and Overseas companies.

  • Work closely with the regional accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting

  • Assist preparation of consolidated accounts, analytical schedules, management report, budget and projections.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting Studies or equivalent.

  • Student member of accounting bodies such as HKICPA with minimum 1 year of accounting or auditing working experience.

  • Familiar with IFRS and HKFRS.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Multitasking, analytical, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.

(Senior) Marketing & Communications Executive [Creative & Design Team]

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Storytelling: ideation and creation of storyboards, and take creative concepts from visual design to production

  • Video Production: Knowledge of directing, video shooting and editing video content.

  • Interactive design: Knowledge of motion graphic design and animation.

  • Assist managers to provide art direction to various executions including illustrations, photography, video, digital, multi-media, out-of-home and prints.

  • Managing technical excellence by ensuring the creative productions are managed with international top quality standards and executed with precision in brand-consistency and finesse.

  • Deliver all creative inputs and follow through till final delivery of creative work.

  • Being very detail-oriented and organised, including archiving and versioning.

  • Sourcing and liaising with consultants, partners, suppliers, vendors, also including video directors, photographers, illustrators, and creative freelancers

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Digital Arts, Multimedia design, Graphic design or related fields

  • At least 4 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Powerpoint and other common design software

  • Whilst exposures in real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector a definite advantage

  • Dynamic personality, embrace innovation, creativity and have the mindset to always challenge status quo

  • Capable of making judgement calls on quality and creativity

  • A great team-player, open-minded, passionate and enjoy challenges and explore opportunities with the team

  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Executive

Senior M&E Inspector of Works (Overnight Shift)

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the inspection and monitoring of ongoing building renovation works and new works. 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Technology or equivalent

  •  At least 10 years' M & E working experince in buiding projects of high quality new building and/or renovation projects

  • Flexible and adaptive to works on rotary shift basis, including overnight shift

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Project Manager (2 years' contract)

Requirements:

  • A recognized professional degree in architecture, building surveying and/or structural engineering

  • Membership of a recognized professional institute

  • At least 8 years' post-graduation experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing high quality commercial building projects in Hong Kong

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation), project coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated, confident and a team player

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Willing to travel overseas to suit project needs if required
