Analyst, Asset Management (Temp)
Responsibilities:
Budgeting, Financial & Asset Performance Analysis
· Assist in developing and maintaining financial and asset models to evaluate and report on the performance of both retail and commercial assets, at the property and portfolio level.
· Support the preparation of performance dashboards and management reports to provide insights and track key operating metrics such as occupancy, rent reversion, WALE, sales performance (for retail) etc.
· Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, reforecasts, financial projections, and valuation across the portfolios.
Market Research & Analysis
· Conduct research and compile analysis on retail and commercial market trends, tenant behavior, catchment demographics, and competitive landscapes.
· Prepare market intelligence reports to support leasing, positioning, and investment decisions.
Asset Management Support
· Contribute to asset management strategies for both retail and commercial properties, including performance benchmarking, positioning, tenant/trade mix (for retail), and space utilization (for commercial) to improve operational efficiency.
· Assist in the planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives tailored to the specific needs of each asset class.
Initiatives & Projects
Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset-specific or portfolio-wide initiatives, including leasing, marketing, digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence projects.
Provide coordination and analytical support for cross-functional or ad-hoc projects.
Identify and propose improvements to internal processes, reporting tools, and workflows to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and stakeholder visibility.
Technician (Builder)
Responsibilities:
Carry out regular preventive maintenance to building fabric and features.

Requirements:
Possess Certificate of the trade tests for building construction; and / or related certificate / diploma for the apprenticeship training and course.
持有建築施工行業的技能測試證書;及/或相關的學徒訓練及課程證書/文憑。Possess a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker with Grade A issued by the Electrical Mechanical Services Department.
持有機電工程署發出的A級電業工程人員的註冊證明書。Possess a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate and Construction Workers Registration Certificate.
擁有建造業安全訓練證明書和建造業工人註冊證。Minimum 5 years of the building fabric maintenance experience in Grade A commercial building.

Manager, Investment Management
Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated, high-calibre individual to join our CIO office as a Manager. The role will be responsible for leading junior team members to conduct financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and supporting the management of investment and divestment transactions along with associated capital formation/management activities, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate investment markets and opportunities.
Evaluate financial data, market trends, and property values to assess investment risks and returns.
Performing various analyses to assist in making investment or divestment decisions
Prepare financial models and conduct due diligence for potential investments.
Prepare investment, divestment and marketing materials for senior management or capital partners and investors.
Collaborate with asset management teams to monitor the performance of existing investments.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including tax, finance, legal, and third party advisors, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Prepare detailed investment reports and forecasts.
Stay updated with market trends, economic factors, capital markets and investment regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, managers, and other industry professionals.
Manage and guide junior team members on projects.
