Marketing Executive (Consumer Communications)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing PR and social strategies to promote LANDMARK

  • Cultivate relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships

  • Create engaging and compelling content for LANDMARK’s social media and digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Red, the website, and in-mall digital screens, etc.

  • Act as a reporter to identify and uncover news and content suitable for LANDMARK's social channels

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase followers, and promote special events and offers

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance

  • Monitor day-to-day operations of social media channels.

  • Develop and manage e-newsletter and monitor its performance

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and social media

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, business or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experiences, with previous exposure working in PR and social media agencies or in real estate / property development / luxury retail industries will be highly preferred

  • Social-savvy with demonstrable experience in working with influencers and luxury brands

  • Knowledge in video filming and editing is a plus

  • Outspoken and dynamic personality, embrace innovation and creativity

  • Highly organized and structure with strong attention to details

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese


Server (5-day work)

Your new role will

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Create memorable experiences for our guests and provide outstanding support to our tenants.

  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the food hall, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

  • Set the Scene: Prepare the dining venue with precision, ensuring that utensils, tableware, glassware, and napkins are perfectly arranged.

  • Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all dining areas.

  • Lead and Develop: Mentor and guide part-time team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.

  • Manage Inventory: Keep track of stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.

  • Participate in Events: Get involved in exciting events and operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

  • A commitment to ongoing training and development.

  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.

  • A vibrant, organized, and enthusiastic team player who’s passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating unforgettable customer experiences!

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Competence in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with POS and Reservation Systems.

  • A flexible mindset, with a commitment to a 5-day work week. Sundays and Public Holidays Off - although availability for special events on holidays may be required.


Senior Concierge

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Concierge team to provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public

  • Oversee the team’s daily operation

  • Give coaching and counselling to team members

  • Liaise with different teams to help execute promotional campaigns

  • Stay abreast of all events and promotions in order to prepare for daily briefing  

Requirements:

  • DSE / Form 7 or above qualification

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry

  • Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills

  • Willingness to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), with knowledge of Japanese and French an advantage

  • Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.
