Engineer, Building Services
Responsibilities:
Oversee and standardize operation and maintenance practices and process in relation to building services matter.
Take the lead to carry out feasibility studies and arrange implementation on improvement and upgrading of building services facilities, as well as enhancing energy efficiency.
Project management of building services and system upgrade project including develop scope of work, technical specification, project plan, tendering, site survey, coordination and budget control.
Prepare annual and periodic budget and forecast for all expenditures of a technical nature prior to submission for approval.
Identify, evaluate and implement of smart E&M technologies.
Carry out regular audit of conditions on building services systems, recommend and implement works to maintain efficiency, reliability and performance of the building.
Propose and implement energy saving measures, sustainability plans and retro-commissioning opportunities.
Coordinate with building teams to implement special projects and retrofit. Upkeep and update all statutory submission records and technical documents.
Monitor building energy usage, analyse energy data and identify areas for enhancing energy operating efficiency.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for quality management, progress monitoring, risk management and in line with the agreed budget and planned objective.
Supervise contractors and their works.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
MHKIE or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Holder of Certificate of Grade B Registration of Electrical Worker.
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in commercial building operation and maintenance with minimum 3 years at supervisory level.
Experienced in building services and coordination with service providers and contractors for project works.
Hands-on experience in Building Management System, testing and commissioning on E&M system.
Good understanding on BMS, Control System and Energy Management.
Strong analytical capabilities, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good PC skills with hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, etc.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive [In-house Creative & Design Team]
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visual concepts with strong technical skills to communicate our brand and ideas through imagery, art, and photographs.
Produce designs for print and digital media, including key visuals, marketing materials, advertorial, editorial, mock ups, websites, logos and infographics.
Demonstrate a strong layout and typography skills, utilise design software or AI tools to create and edit images, select fonts, and arrange layout and text.
Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, templates and visual identity.
Able to design and create illustrations will be an advantage.
Editing and Animation:
Knowledge of motion graphic design and animation.
Knowledge of storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing and colour grading video content.
Sourcing and liaising with vendors/freelancers/agencies/production houses etc.
Photography and Videography:
Able to use various equipment, including cameras, lenses, and gimble, to capture high-quality photos of people, products, and places. Being very detail-oriented and organised, including archiving and versioning.
Using photo editing software like Photoshop/Lightroom to enhance, retouch, and colour-correct images, ensuring the final output meets project needs and deadlines.
Organise and maintain a database of photographic images and videos.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software. Exposure in the real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector is a definite advantage. Other requirements include:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
A dynamic personality that embraces innovation and creativity, and has the mindset to always challenge the status quo.
Worked in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
An outspoken individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within and outside the company, with professional presentation skills in both conversational and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Executive
Senior Concierge
Responsibilities:
Lead Concierge team to provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public
Oversee the team’s daily operation
Give coaching and counselling to team members
Liaise with different teams to help execute promotional campaigns
Stay abreast of all events and promotions in order to prepare for daily briefing
Requirements:
DSE / Form 7 or above qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry
Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills
Willingness to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), with knowledge of Japanese and French an advantage
Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.
