Technician (Builder)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular preventive maintenance to building fabric and features.
    定期進行建築物結構的預防性維護工作。

  • Liaise and monitor with contractors to ensure timely standard, and safe work completion.
    聯繫承包商並監督工作。

  • Attend emergency checking and repairs.
    參加緊急檢查和維修事宜。

  • Inspect and follo up on water seepage issue.
    檢查及跟進漏水問題。

  • Inspect tenant’s fitting out and reinstatement work to ensure it meets building standards.

  • Attend tenant’s maintenance requests and coordination; and carry out subsequent repair work.

  • Attend inspection of building fabric and features after tenant’s fitting out work and reinstatement.

  • Handle day to day routine repair and maintenance work to keep the building in top condition.

Requirements:

  • Possess Certificate of the trade tests for building construction; and / or related certificate / diploma for the apprenticeship training and course.
    持有建築施工行業的技能測試證書;及/或相關的學徒訓練及課程證書/文憑。

  • Possess a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker with Grade A issued by the Electrical Mechanical Services Department.
    持有機電工程署發出的A級電業工程人員的註冊證明書。

  • Possess a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate and Construction Workers Registration Certificate.
    擁有建造業安全訓練證明書和建造業工人註冊證。

  • Minimum 5 years of the building fabric maintenance experience in Grade A commercial building.

  • Hands-on experience in computer software.

Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs, from initial concept through deployment, adoption, and transition to operational support, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and successful execution within scope, time, and budget

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams across business users, product, engineering, and cybersecurity in providing transparent and regular communication, including escalating risks and facilitating key decisions

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resources across teams and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and proactive issue resolution

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners on contracts and program budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring service quality

  • Establish program governance structures, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive transparency and accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Software development, or a related field

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in technology project/program management. PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification and experience in the real estate industry are preferred

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), vendor management, and financial planning

  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive business transformation effectively to functional leaders, and both business and technical stakeholders

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical thinking skills


Marketing Executive (Consumer Communications)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing PR and social strategies to promote LANDMARK

  • Cultivate relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships

  • Create engaging and compelling content for LANDMARK’s social media and digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Red, the website, and in-mall digital screens, etc.

  • Act as a reporter to identify and uncover news and content suitable for LANDMARK's social channels

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase followers, and promote special events and offers

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance

  • Monitor day-to-day operations of social media channels.

  • Develop and manage e-newsletter and monitor its performance

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and social media

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, business or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experiences, with previous exposure working in PR and social media agencies or in real estate / property development / luxury retail industries will be highly preferred

  • Social-savvy with demonstrable experience in working with influencers and luxury brands

  • Knowledge in video filming and editing is a plus

  • Outspoken and dynamic personality, embrace innovation and creativity

  • Highly organized and structure with strong attention to details

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese


Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations including payments, receipts, bank reconciliations and inter-group financing arrangements

  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, liaise with various parties to monitor the funding requirements of the Group

  • Prepare regular treasury reports, analyses and presentations to support management decision making

  • Support debt management, interest payments and settlement of transactions

  • Assist with treasury projects and initiatives, performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in relevant discipline (preferably in Finance/ Accounting), a higher degree or related professional qualification is an advantage but not essential

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a bank or corporate treasury with sizable corporates

  • A good team player, able to work under pressure with positive attitude

  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills

  • Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg, familiarity with Treasury System (TMS) is a plus

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese


Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive [In-house Creative & Design Team]

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create visual concepts with strong technical skills to communicate our brand and ideas through imagery, art, and photographs.

  • Produce designs for print and digital media, including key visuals, marketing materials, advertorial, editorial, mock ups, websites, logos and infographics.

  • Demonstrate a strong layout and typography skills, utilise design software or AI tools to create and edit images, select fonts, and arrange layout and text.

  • Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, templates and visual identity.

  • Able to design and create illustrations will be an advantage.

Editing and Animation:

  • Knowledge of motion graphic design and animation.

  • Knowledge of storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing and colour grading video content.

  • Sourcing and liaising with vendors/freelancers/agencies/production houses etc.

Photography and Videography:

  • Able to use various equipment, including cameras, lenses, and gimble, to capture high-quality photos of people, products, and places. Being very detail-oriented and organised, including archiving and versioning.

  • Using photo editing software like Photoshop/Lightroom to enhance, retouch, and colour-correct images, ensuring the final output meets project needs and deadlines.

  • Organise and maintain a database of photographic images and videos.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software. Exposure in the real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector is a definite advantage. Other requirements include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

  • A dynamic personality that embraces innovation and creativity, and has the mindset to always challenge the status quo.

  • Worked in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

  • An outspoken individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within and outside the company, with professional presentation skills in both conversational and written English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Executive


Building Attendant I/II

Responsibilities:
