職責範圍:

工作時間:
通常每天工作 9 小時,但實際工作時數及上下班時間會因應考試運作需要而有所 不同,並可能有需要於公眾假期期間上班。
資歷:
中學畢業或以上程度或具備文職工作經驗者優先。

The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) is an independent and not-for-profit statutory body which administers public examinations in Hong Kong. Our scope of responsibility extends to administering over 200 international and professional examinations. We are looking for talented people to join hands with the HKEAA family in contributing to the provision of valid, reliable and equitable examinations and a range of assessment services to meet the educational and societal needs of the community. Temporary Officer – Information Technology (Systems Management)
Date for Application Review: 3 December 2025
Duties: The appointee will report to team manager and play the role of IT systems engineer to support the Authority’s IT systems and compliance, including:
(a) Manage and deploy the vulnerability fix such as operating system patches, configuration hardening, access control and authentication, etc;
(b) Provide OS support and perform installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for Windows and Linux servers;
(c) Manage server hardware support and maintenance with vendors; and
(d) Supervise and work with contractors and server and systems support personnel for project implementation and BAU support;
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
(b) At least 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure, especially in large-scale system infrastructure management and incident management experience is an advantage.
(c) Familiar with products on the market, strong technical know-how and hands on experience in one or multiple domains:
Unix/Linux/Windows systems (on-premises and on Cloud)
Server Technology and SAN/NAS Storage
Active directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Group Policy, etc
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Server and Systems Vulnerability Management
Monitoring tools (eg. Solarwinds) and patching management platform (eg. ManageEngine);
(d) Knowledge in international standard and best practice in ISO20000/27001, ITIL and/or Security and Risk Management;
(e) Holder of professional certificates in related Microsoft Server Support Certifications, VMware, ITIL, PMP, CISSP or equivalent will be advantageous;
(f) Working with 'can-do' attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
(g) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a temporary contract with MPF benefits.

Temporary Officer – Examinations Administration
Date for Application Review: 8 December 2025
(Call Centre System Project)
(Contract period up to 31 August 2026)
Duties: The appointee will support the Manager and Senior Officer in implementing and managing the new call centre system. The job duties include support the selection, installation, and configuration process of the new phone system (e.g. cloud-based solutions like Genesys, Avaya, etc.); design the call centre workflows, like Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, call routing and workforce management tools; ensure the system setting and workflows are comply with data privacy and security standard; manage the project timeline and resources, perform UAT, provide training and technical support to teammates who will use the new systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools; liaison and cooperate with different parties like vendors and internal colleagues, and handle project administrative work like manage project records and call centre metrics report documentation. The appointee will also provide ad hoc or other administrative support to the Division on a need basis.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
(b) At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in call centre and/or project management;
(c) Proficiency in CRM platforms frameworks with excellent customer service skills;
(d) Good interpersonal, supervisory and organizational skills;
(e) Working with problem-solving mindset, focus on automation and efficiency with strong project management background;
(f) Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(g) Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese as well as Putonghua.
Temporary Customer Service Assistant (Call Centre)
Date for Application Review: 8 December 2025
(Contract period up to 31 August 2026)
Duties: The incumbent will work in the Public Examinations Information Centre, responsible for handling phone calls, following up on enquiries and complaints with divisions concerned, assisting in the investigation of and follow-up on examination irregularities and drafting those simple replies.
Requirements:
(a) Completion of Secondary Education, preferably with Chinese Language and English Language at Level 3 or Grade D or above in the HKCEE or Level 2 or above in the HKDSE. Formal training in customer service is preferred;
(b) With considerable working experience in customer service;
(c) Proficient in computer applications including Word and Chinese word processing;
(d) Good communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua is preferred; and
(e) Meticulous and with good customer care skills; experience in call centre operation is preferred.
Note: Applicants who are HKDSE 2026 candidates or who have close relatives taking the 2026 HKDSE will not be considered for appointment.
