臨時行政助理 (短期/長期)
職責範圍:
工作範圍包括一般文書處理、校對資料、櫃台服務、監考、執拾考試用品及其他 辦公室雜務等,或需搬運重物及外勤工作。
合約時段:
數天至數星期不等,表現良好者或會獲邀請續約。
工作時間:
通常每天工作 9 小時,但實際工作時數及上下班時間會因應考試運作需要而有所 不同,並可能有需要於公眾假期期間上班。
資歷:
中學畢業或以上程度或具備文職工作經驗者優先。

Officer – Information Technology (Ref: IT/09/264)

(Application Services)
Duties: The appointee will be responsible for assisting IT manager in managing the delivery of core IT application services and digital transformation projects. Duties include technical solution design, system development and implementation, application support and system maintenance etc.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines;
(b) At least 5 years’ post-qualification IT experience in large-scale application system development and vendor management;
(c) Proficiency in application development with JAVA EE framework, Spring, Python and SQL;
(d) Knowledge of AI Agent, containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker), React Native and Flutter would be an advantage;
(e) Self-motivated, innovative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player with good communication skills; and
(f) Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Candidates with less working experience may be considered.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.

Officer – Assessment Technology and Research (Ref: ATR/10/274)
Date for Application Review: 6 November 2025
Duties: The appointee will be responsible for assisting with research projects and data analysis under the supervision of managers. He/she will also be required to provide secretarial and administrative support to division and Standards Committee and ensure proper implementation of management policies with the objective of enhancing organizational practice and processes within the resources given.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, related to Educational Research is preferable;
(b) At least 5 years of relevant working experience in research and administrative work;
(c) Experience in developing educational assessment systems;
(d) Knowledge in research methods, preferable to have psychometric training;
(e) Good communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
(f) Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
