臨時行政助理 (短期/長期)
職責範圍:
工作範圍包括一般文書處理、校對資料、櫃台服務、監考、執拾考試用品及其他 辦公室雜務等,或需搬運重物及外勤工作。
合約時段:
數天至數星期不等,表現良好者或會獲邀請續約。
工作時間:
通常每天工作 9 小時,但實際工作時數及上下班時間會因應考試運作需要而有所 不同,並可能有需要於公眾假期期間上班。
資歷:
中學畢業或以上程度或具備文職工作經驗者優先。

Part-time Senior Officer – Education Assessment Services
Date for Application Review: 10 November 2025
Duties: The appointee will be responsible for assisting the development of an Online Marking System. The job duties include performing and coordinating the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the system. He/she will also handle other specialised, time-sensitive tasks as instructed related to the system.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, with a Certificate or Diploma of Education in Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics or equivalent;
(b) At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with teaching experience in primary or secondary schools would be an advantage;
(c) Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua;
(d) Familiar with the content and pedagogy of the relevant subject, with knowledge of educational assessment, internet, and related IT applications;
(e) Good organizational skills, communication skills and time management skills; and
(f) Experience in project management would be an advantage.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.

Senior Officer – Education Assessment Services (Chinese Language)(Ref: EA/10/268)

Duties: The appointee will be responsible for developing and preparing question papers, implementing and ensuring quality assurance for the Territory-wide System Assessment (TSA), managing assessment administration of Chinese in TSA, as well as conducting seminars and provide training for schools and teachers.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, with a Certificate or Diploma of Education in Chinese, or equivalent;
(b) At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with teaching experience in secondary schools would be an advantage;
(c) High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred;
(d) Familiar with the content and pedagogy of the relevant subject, with knowledge of educational assessment, internet, and related IT applications;
(e) Good supervisory skills, organizational skills, communication skills and time management skills; and
(f) Experience in staff supervision and/ or project management would be an advantage.

Assistant Officer – Examinations Administration (Ref: IP/11/277)

Duties: The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the conduct of international and professional examinations and assessment (including computer-based testing), handling enquiries, complaints and counter services. The job holder may be required to perform outdoor duties or work long hours during exam peak seasons.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
(b) At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in education-related sectors;
(c) Computer literate, knowledge in system user acceptance testing and data processing is highly advantageous
(d) Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills with some supervisory experience;
(e) Highly meticulous, capable of working under pressure and long hours at times;
(f) Self-motivated and ability to work independently under pressure and irregular hours;
(g) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with customer service experience is preferable;
(h) Work on public holidays may be required subject to the exam operations.

Officer – Examinations Administration (Ref: IP/11/278)
Date for Application Review: 19 November 2025
Duties: The appointee will supervise a team to deliver a range of examinations covering pre-during-post operations; assist in planning resources for the team, resolve any assessment examinations irregularities and complaints; carry out the special arrangement for SEN candidates; assist in identifying improvement areas and propose changes to operation or procedures; communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties on the assessment/ examination operations with the objective of effectively administer various examinations/ assessments and contribute to ongoing operation and services improvement, and meeting the financial objectives within the given resources, timeline, relevant policies and guidelines of the Division and HKEAA.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
(b) At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or operationally focused position or in the field of education or public sectors with at least two years in a supervisory position;
(c) Experienced in system UAT, or expertise in examination operations and business administration, preferably with strong stakeholder and customer management skills. Good knowledge in contract management, budgeting and complaint handling; customer service, complaint handling, daily accounting operations preferred;
(d) Knowledge of administration in a highly complex environment or examination operations desirable;
(e) Interpersonal, organisational, problem solving and supervisory skills;
(f) Proficiency in computer applications (including MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing);
(g) Highly meticulous and ability to work under pressure and irregular hours (including public holidays); and
(h) Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua
