Location: Kowloon

Responsibilities:

To supervise a team of technician and maintenance assistance to carry out all civil, road, structural, cleaning and/or regular preventive and corrective maintenance works; and
Shift duty is required.

Requirements:

Holder of certificate in civil or building engineering or above.; and at least three (3) years’ post-qualification working experience in the civil/structural/ building maintenance; OR
Successful completion of a full apprenticeship or technician apprenticeship in construction or maintenance of roads/tunnels/bridges/buildings; and holder of valid driving license of light goods vehicles or special purpose vehicles including Tunnel washing vehicle and road sweeper; and at least three (3) years’ post-qualification working experience in the civil/structural/ building maintenance; OR
At least six (6) years of proven full-time working experience in construction or maintenance of roads/tunnels/bridges/buildings, including three (3) years of supervisory experience; and at least three (3) years’ experience in operation of heavy/medium goods vehicles or special purpose vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the compliance of safety regulations, in-house rules and safe practices of tunnel operations and maintenance.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of various sites.
Provide safety training and development programmes.
Assist in accident reporting and investigation and prepare the investigation reports.
Organize safety promotion campaigns.
Act as in-house consultant for ISO audits and quality and environmental management system implementation.

Requirements:

A registered safety officer under Labour Department.
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Good command of Chinese and English.
Proficiency in using Computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Holder of driving licence 1 & 2 preferable.

Responsibilities:

Assists in preparing procedures and programs for the tree inspection and maintenance work;
Conducts routine horticultural inspections including but not limited to regular tree inspection within the Company premises;
Maintains all the landscaping areas and vegetation at roadside SIMAR slopes with good quality and ensure the tree health condition;
Carries out tree risk assessment and completes the associated mitigation works when required and in accordance with guidelines issued by Development Bureau;
Prepares different inspection reports and annual reports according to the specific schedule; and
Performs other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualification and Requirements:

Holder of a Diploma or Higher Certificate in arboriculture or equivalent to the standards of Level 3 or 4 in the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework;
Completed and passed comprehensive Tree Risk Assessment and Management Training Course with assessment or Refresher Course with assessment organized by the Tree Management Office (TMO) or equivalent;
Have a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in tree care and is familiar with tree risk assessment/ management; and
Holder of driving licence class 1 & 2.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute engineering projects.

Requirements:

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or diploma or higher certificate in electronics engineering or computer science or information technology field or equivalent.
At least 7 years of post-qualification working experience in related field, including 3 years of supervisory experience is a must.
5 years experience in the operation and maintenance of tunnel or highway equipment is a must
