Project Safety Manager - (2600001N)

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and develop a safety culture within the company.

• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's safety management system in its implementation on-site.

• Ensure the company fulfills its necessary legal obligations and promotes continuous improvement in safety throughout the company.

• Lead and supervise on-site safety personnel to manage daily on-site operations in accordance with safety requirements.

• Arrange and conduct regular safety inspections of all sites.

• Lead and investigate the causes of serious accidents and propose actions to prevent recurrence.

• Handle lawsuits and employee compensation claims.

• Design and organize site safety awareness campaigns and training to enhance safety awareness throughout the company.

• Allocate and maintain adequate safety resources at construction sites.

• Any other duties assigned by superiors or department heads.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a Safety Auditor (RSA) certificate or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant industry.

• Requires (I) at least 10 years of relevant safety management work experience after becoming a Registered Safety Officer or (II) at least 5 years of relevant safety management work experience after becoming a Registered Safety Officer and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant architectural engineering field.

資歷 :

• 持有吊運安全督導員(Lifting Safety Supervisor)證書

• 持有建造業安全督導員證書較佳

• 至少3年建築工地管理經驗

• 具地盤督導吊運工作經驗

• 須具有閱讀及書寫中英文的能力
