Engineering Manager - (2600000Q)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for each site
Make review and work distribution for subordinate (Structural Engineer, Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Structural Engineer, Assistant Planning Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer)
Arrange internal meeting and coordinate with the internal management and each department
Manage sub-contractor and ensure project budget cost and completed on schedule
Refer to the tender document, propose the structural emphasis and technical requirement.
Assist the Senior Planning Manager/ Planning Manager with tender preparation
Assist with distributing updated Buildings Ordinance or relevant information and holding technical lectures
Job Requirement:
Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
Professional Membership such as The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, The Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), The Institution of Structural Engineers (UK) or equivalent
Minimum 10 years experiences in Building Construction
Good management skill
Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
