Assistant Contractor Labour Officer - (26000004)
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the payment of wages and MPF contributions;
Check monthly attendance;
Handle complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions;
Assist site administration duties
Job Requirement:
Level 2 or above in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Obtain 5 subjects at grade "E" or above in HKCEE (including Chinese, English-Syllabus B & Mathematics) or equivalent;
Experience in Human Resources / Personnel Management will be an advantage;
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
Good MS excel and smart card system knowledge;
Immediately available will be highly appreciated
Legal Officer - (26000008)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contract Drafting and Review
Ensure legal soundness and compliance of all company contracts
2. Legal Advisory & Compliance Management
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to business units
3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Support or manage legal cases and dispute settlements
4. Regulatory Monitoring & Legal Training
Maintain up-to-date legal compliance knowledge
5. Other tasks as required
Job Requirement:
3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in legal affairs and compliance within the construction industry is preferred.
Familiarity with civil and criminal procedures is advantageous.
Prior experience as a legal intern or assistant in a corporate or law firm setting is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm and dedication to work.
Senior Project Engineer - (2200006Y)
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule
Attend the progress meeting
Assist with drafting and submission request form for sample of material
Monitoring the loss of structural material and building material
Refer to complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect
Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation
Make inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports
Draft notice of rectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor
Make close communication in warranty period, provide appropriate service
Job Requirement:
Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years experiences in Building Construction
Good management skill
Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
