Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in quality control checking on-site and overall project planning 

• Coordinate and managing site works

• Liaise with consultants and other related construction personnel 

• Assist site management in building construction aspect

• HKIE Scheme "A" training will be provided

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent 

• Knowledge of computer application is preferable 

• Good communication skills especially in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Ability to learn fast and good team player

• High initiative and persistent commitment in development

Senior QC Engineer/ QC Engineer - (2300007F)

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager for daily duties of all quality related issues.

• Implementation, monitoring and review of Quality Management System on construction site.

• Assist in preparation of quality related documentations such as method statement, inspection and test plans, sample working procedures, mock-up samples, etc.

• To check and test the workmanship of the constructions works and materials that used are complied to specifications and regulations.

• Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system that are implemented.

• Deliver Quality Management System related topics training to project team.

• Organize site quality meetings and report the findings to relevant parties.

• Provide advice to resolve quality problems that identified.

• Follow up corrective and preventive actions on those non-compliance works.

• Any other quality related works assigned by Project Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quality Management, Building Studies or related disciplines.

• Holder of ISO9001 Internal/Lead Auditor Training Certificate (IRCA recognized is preferred)

• Minimum 5 years working experience in implementation quality management system on construction sites..

• To work full time on construction sites.

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Immediate available is an advantage.

Assistant Project Engineer - (2200003J)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule

• Attend the progress meeting

• Assist with drafting and submission request form for sample of material

• Monitoring the loss of structural material and building material

• Refer to complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect

• Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation

• Make inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports

• Draft notice of rectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor

• Customer Relation Management

• Make close communication in warranty period, provide appropriate service

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in Building Construction Planning and Programming

• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
