Temporary Marketing Assistant (Ref:250000Y7)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in leasing activities of machine sites at Cross Boundary Stations including the associated leasing administration tasks as required

  • Support planning and execution of online and offline station shops promotion campaigns including coordination with internal teams, contractors and tenants

  • Maintain and update shop information across online and offline channels and systems 

  • Undertake regular administrative tasks and conduct market research 

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience 

  • Well-organised, independent as well as a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint

Remarks

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Appointment will be made on six-month contract terms

Station Retail Officer II (Leasing) (Ref:25000085)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the leasing of designated station shop facilities including kiosks, banks and other vending machines

  • Implement appropriate leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and render customer services to maximise rental revenue

  • Manage the retail fitting-out works and support station shop projects by liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in carrying out sectional support and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Property Management or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in property leasing or marketing

  • Knowledge of retail shop management, fitting-out supervision or station operations is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Provide general clerical support, such as maintain documentation system and records, data entry, reporting, meeting coordination, handle enquiry and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages

  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience

Accounting Supervisor (Payroll) (Ref: 250000VI)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll payment functions including PRC secondees and subsidiaries payroll, gratuity payment and retirement contribution

  • Support the administration of payroll processes and data checking for the payroll office, including monthly allowance claims, tax returns, non-recurring pay and deductions

  • Provide accounting and financial support to the Payroll Office of the Finance Function

  • Liaise and coordinate with HR business partners and handle staff inquiries

  • Assist in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or related system enhancement projects and user acceptance tests

  • Assist with other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy / Human Resources Management or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Inland Revenue Ordinance, Employment Ordinance and other relevant statutory requirements

  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll System and Oracle Financial System

  • Detail-oriented with good numerical sense and proactive attitude

  • Good change management skills and ability to work independently under pressure

  • Strong awareness and sensitivity on handling confidential information and payroll matters
