Manager, HR Tech & AI Solutions

Human Resources and Facility Management Division

What you'll do:

• Lead the AI related projects (e.g. AI Recruitment tool, AI chatbot for HR self-service, AI Document Management tool) and Onboarding Module Project in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful implementation within budget, timeline, and configuration scope, while effectively managing stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams on system performance, UAT, new releases, and feature implementations across HR systems.

• Manage and optimize core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, HRIS IPL, and AI feature modules, using Power Automate to enhance process efficiency.

• Manage annual audits, including Security Risk Assessments (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), for all HR-related systems.

• Govern and manage system risk, privacy, and compliance across multiple HR platforms.

• Develop and execute HR analytics strategies to deliver insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Evaluate and enhance the reporting and analytics framework, workflow processes, and system performance, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.

• Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of solid HR information technology and design experience, as well as experience in HR analytics.

• Proven expertise in managing SAP SuccessFactors modules for Employee Central, On-boarding, Recruitment and Reporting; HRIS IPL, AI-enabled features, other HR related systems, and Strong proficient in Power Automate and AI-enabled tools for process automation and integration.

• Strong vendor management, project management, communication skill, analytical skill, attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, the ability to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability and possess can-do attitude

• Proficient in data analytic tools including Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Excel; PowerBI is a must

• Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

• Knowledge of HR related regulations and compliance requirements is a plus

What you'll do:

• Covert business opportunities of digitization and AI technology to optimal AI and digital solutions.  Lead and drive technical conversation to conclusion and close deals

• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.  Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP

• Compile business proposal including but not limited to statement of Work (SOW), Function and Technical Specification.  Work with architects, developers, testers, and operations to implement solutions.

• Plan, manage and execute AI and digital project deliverables.  Ensure project scope, delivery schedule, budget, quality, changes and risk & issues are managed and mitigated to achieve business goals.  Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules

• Hands-on project planning and execution on AI and digital projects with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders, including: mobile APP development, application development, cloud computing, consultancy projects delivery, etc

• Support technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, supporting bid responses, proof-of-concept, demo and coordination of technical resources

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred

• 8+ years in IT project management, with solid track records of delivering AI solutions, complex technical integration, infrastructure, or digital initiatives

• Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall; experience with hybrid approaches

• Strong analytical and structured problem solving and decision-making abilities; ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Technical knowledge:

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), databases (MSSQL, MYSQL, Postgres/Mongo), networking, cybersecurity fundamentals and programming (.NET/Java/Python/NodeJS/Scripting)

  • Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data migrations, DevOps and CI/CD practices

  • Solid experience in AI: building AI algorithms, maintaining AI models,  working with Natural Language Processing; Machine Learning, convolutional neural networks, etc

• Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS, GCP, MS Azure), PSP, PSM, PSPO would be advantage

• Manage both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.  Take a lead role in proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and partnerships

• Identify and qualify business opportunities of AI application and digitization.  Compile business proposal including SOW and specification to facilitate business conversation and close deals.  Manage teams to respond to RFI/RFP and build up tenders and quotations for business deals and assignments

• Define details project scope, objectives, cost, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 

• Perform excellent project planning and execution on AI and digitization projects with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders, including: mobile APP development, application development, cloud computing, consultancy projects delivery, etc

• Experienced in Consultancy, System Integrators or software product vendor.  Experience in Presales / Product Development would be advantage

• Experience in Govt’ QPS tender and Commercial open tender process would be advantage

Part-time Intern, Corporate Events and Engagements

What you'll do:

• Assist the team in planning, organising, and executing a variety of corporate events, exhibitions, and industry engagement activities, including visits and meet-up events. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, vendor management, as well as on-site and post-event support.

• Support the development and implementation of corporate events and engagement visits in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

• Assist in the preparation of official invitations, thank-you letters, event-related materials, and reports for corporate and industry engagement initiatives.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling engagements, maintaining stakeholder databases, and compiling monthly visitor reports and analysis to support timely decision-making and smooth execution.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Student currently pursuing a Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

• Customer-focused with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Well-organised, energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks independently.

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
