The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary organisation established by statute in 1967, to promote productivity excellence through relentless drive of world-class advanced technologies and innovative service offerings to support Hong Kong enterprises. Officer, Programme Management

Funding Schemes Division

Who we are looking for:

What you'll do:

  • Support in implementing a large-scale Government funding programme to encourage enterprises in using technological solutions to improve productivity and transform their business processes

  • Assist in initial assessment of applications

  • Consolidate progress and final reports from the grantees for funding disbursement

  • Support on-site checking of funded projects in Hong Kong

  • Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in business, accounting, science, engineering, public administration, information management or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years' full time working experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and good command of English and Cantonese


Technical Officer, Intelligent Manufacturing Technology

Smart Manufacturing Division

What you'll do:

  • Assist in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design for advanced 3D printing.

  • Operate various machines for project implementation and conduct on-site trials and experiments to study new technologies.

  • Liaise with vendors and clients for project prospecting, implementation, and related administrative tasks.

  • Maintain good housekeeping of workshops for safety and ensure the normal operation of machines, being in compliance with OHS regulations.

  • Coordinate and communicate with different parties involved in project prospecting and implementation.

  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality.

  • Provide support for ad hoc assignments as required.

  • Occasional travel to Mainland China and overseas may be necessary.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Diploma/High Diploma or above in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, product design, or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with SolidWorks and UG NX preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in product development, 3D printing, 3D scanning, metal or plastic manufacturing, or machine operation.

  • Self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
