What you'll do:
Manage both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Take a lead role in proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and partnerships
Identify and qualify business opportunities of AI application and digitization. Compile business proposal including SOW and specification to facilitate business conversation and close deals. Manage teams to respond to RFI/RFP and build up tenders and quotations for business deals and assignments
Define details project scope, objectives, cost, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform excellent project planning and execution on AI and digitization projects with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders, including: mobile APP development, application development, cloud computing, consultancy projects delivery, etc
Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, quality, changes, risk & issues are well managed and/or mitigated to achieve business goals.
Collaborate between project delivery team and customers on-going projects when required. Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline
8+ years in IT project management with large-scale technology projects, with solid track records of delivering AI solutions, complex technical integration, infrastructure, or digital initiatives
Experienced in Consultancy, System Integrators or software product vendor. Experience in Presales / Product Development would be advantage
Experience in Govt’ QPS tender and Commercial open tender process would be advantage
Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall; experience with hybrid approaches
Strong analytical and structured decision-making abilities; ability to adapt to changing priorities
Technical knowledge:
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and program / project governance setup
Implement projects with AI deliverables: building AI algorithms, maintaining AI models, working with Natural Language Processing; Machine Learning, convolutional neural networks, etc
Implement projects with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), databases (MSSQL, MYSQL, Postgres/Mongo), networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals; and integration patterns: APIs, data migrations, DevOps and CI/CD practices
Sound knowledge on mobile APP development, application development, cloud computing, consultancy projects delivery, etc
Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS, GCP, MS Azure), PSP, PSM, PSPO would be advantage

Green Living and Innovation Division

Carry out R&D experiments related to the development of circular technologies, green technologies, carbon capture technologies, etc.
Conduct desktop research / review literature relating to some assigned R&D topics
Prepare technical reports, presentation materials, funding application proposals etc., as necessary
Assist to manage and control project progress and budget to ensure quality and timely deliverables and customer relationship management
Participate in arranging promotion and publicity programmes for consultancy projects

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
A bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, environmental engineering / environmental sciences or equivalent
Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines

What you'll do:
Support in implementing a large-scale Government funding programme to encourage enterprises in using technological solutions to improve productivity and transform their business processes
Assist in initial assessment of applications
Consolidate progress and final reports from the grantees for funding disbursement
Support on-site checking of funded projects in Hong Kong
Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in business, accounting, science, engineering, public administration, information management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' full time working experience
Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and good command of English and Chinese
