Descriptions
The Salvation Army is currently seeking applications for the position of Head of Aided Primary School for 2026/27 school year at the earliest. Applicants should be able to:
Foster the educational mission and vision of The Salvation Army
Demonstrate excellent skills on leadership, management and interpersonal relationships
Understand of Hong Kong's education policy, passionate, visionary and idealistic about education.
Have professional vision, leadership, communication and responsiveness
Meet EDB requirements for school principalship
Having attained the Certification for Principalship (CFP)
Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience in senior management
Remarks:
Attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (Degree/ Professional Grades) is an entry requirement for all teaching positions.
Commencement Date:
1 September 2026 (subject to Education Bureau’s approval)
