兼職助理中心主任

主要職責:

  • 協助隊長(牧師)監管托管班、功輔班的運作及相關安排;

  • 處理部隊(教會)辦公室行政、文書工作及活動推行;

  • 協助隊長處理日常的事務維持部隊日常運作接待客人接聽電話聯絡及傳遞訊息事宜;

  • 處理部隊財務帳目、員工薪金強積金及放假安排;

  • 協助隊長統籌策劃及宣傳部隊服務活動旅行講座社區活動及暑期活動等工作;

  • 協助隊長編排托管班功課班及電腦文書工作;

  • 與學生家長社區建立良好關係,鼓勵他們參與教會聚會;

  • 遵照執行隊長按需要所指派的其他工作或安排。

工作時間:

  • 每星期 25 小時;

  • 星期一至五(上午 9 時 30 分至下午 2 時 30 分)

入職條件:

  • 接納本軍的神學立場;

  • 持大學學位或同等學歷;或中學合格畢業: 中學會考/香港中學文憑考試五科合格(包括中、英文及數學)及兩年相關工作經驗;或具香港學術及職業資歷評審局評定之同等學歷;

  • 良好中、英文書寫及會話能力,包括普通話;

  • 具備良好中、英文翻譯能力優先;

  • 有會計或簿記經驗優先;

  • 熟識中、英文電腦操作 (包括文書處理、試算表、簡報/投影片製作、網絡應用程式等);

  • 具領導及組織能力、建立合作及良好溝通能力、處事獨立及具創意;

  • 具相關工作經驗優先考慮。

美樂隊(教會)

活動工作員

主要職責:

  • 協助統籌、策劃及推行服務及活動計劃,聯絡外界機構;

  • 與服務使用者保持緊密連繫,處理服務使用者和公眾的查詢;

  • 協助推行義務工作及指導義工;

  • 協助管理服務計劃的賬目收支及報告,與一般文書工作及管理檔案紀錄;

  • 負責統籌場地及設施的維修/保養,管理及採購單位物資;

  • 執行由部隊軍官(牧師)按需要所指派的其他工作或安排。

入職條件:

  • 接納本軍的神學立場;

  • 持心理學/輔導學/社區服務及發展/商業及管理或其他相關學科文憑;

  • 中學合格畢業: 中學會考/香港中學文憑考試五科合格(包括中、英文);或 具香港學術及職業資歷評審局評定之同等學歷;

  • 具一年相關工作經驗;

  • 良好中、英文書寫及會話能力,包括普通話;

  • 熟識中、英文電腦操作;

Creative Designer

Design and Media Department

(Ref: CD/DMD/04-25)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for graphic design of all online and offline promotion materials, including but not limited to POP, Print ads, leaflet, brochures, social media ad etc.

  • Assist in the development of periodic publications to promote the services of the Army.

  • Maintain Brand consistency throughout all visual.

  • Support video production, including shooting and editing.

  • Provide photography, video shooting and other support service for all activities/ campaigns and events.

  • Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army.

  • Diploma or above in Graphic Design/ Media Design/ Digital Marketing/ Graphic Communications or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years’ professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house graphic team. Online publishing experience and photography skill are required.

  • Proficiency in MAC software including Premier Pro, AI, Photoshop, After Effect, etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Able to work irregular hours, overtime or during weekend(s) in times of campaigns and activities.

Senior Information Technology Officer

Information Technology Department

(Ref: SITO/ITD/04-25)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage IT projects for various departments (e.g. HRMS, POS, Inventory System, Donors Management System, System Migration to Cloud…etc)

  • Lead the projects rollout and collaborate with different departments for fixing specification and technical issues.

  • Provide IT support to the Territory Headquarters & other sites as instructed

  • Provide IT training to the Salvation Army’s user community

  • Manage corporate network and all systems.

  • Maintain network security such as Firewall setting, VPN, end-points security, etc.

  • Office 365 applications development

  • Design & develop in-house computer software as required

  • Review and draft IT Policies and Operation Procedures.

  • Cover IT responsibilities when required by the superior(s)

  • Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army

  • Degree in IT or equivalent qualification

  • Certificate in professional project management is an advantage.

  • Min 5 years’ experience in IT support and project management with at least 3 years are in supervisory role

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, Oracle, FlexSystem HRMS and other ERP applications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft products, applications development, cloud computing knowledge, website development and maintenance.

  • Familiar with at least one programming language, e.g. Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, PHP, SQL, PowerShell.

  • Proven troubleshooting and project management skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Reliable, proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
