Project Manager (Schools Development) (Educational Services Department)

Responsibilities :
Lead and implement projects covering enhancing inclusive practices for early childhood educators through professional development and built environment enhancement
Solicit qualified trainers to conduct professional development and coaching programmes
Monitoring project expenditures and managing project resources
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the Salvation Army, funding parties and other governing bodies
Coordinating schools in enhancing school environment supported by project funding
Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s)
Requirements :
An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
Bachelor degree in Education, Social Science, Psychology, Counselling or other related disciplines
Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in pre-school or school setting
Proficiency in project and budget management
Ability to proactively address challenges and implement appropriate solutions

Responsibilities :
Support the development of educational services to the community and ensure the outcomes meet timelines
Conduct research, prepare periodic reports, explore training needs and opportunities
Organize and coordinate on training / seminars / workshops / events for the Project
Monitor social media platforms for brand building and communication
Perform the legitimate duties assigned by the supervisor and management
Requirements :
An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
Bachelor degree in Education, Social Science, Psychology, Counselling or other related disciplines
Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
3 years' relevant experience or Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education with 5 years' experience
Knowledge of inclusive education and HKSAR education policies preferred
Excel in Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience in managing social media platform is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented and with good interpersonal skills
