Instructor (JA/2026/C2/A2)

Main Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality training programmes and activities;

  • Engage clients and stakeholders to promote programmes and activities;

  • Assist in monitoring daily operation and administration of the training centre;

  • Maintain facilities and equipments in the training centre;

  • Participate in related committees and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in education or related disciplines is preferable;

  • A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in facilitating outdoor experiential activities or adventure training activities;

  • Holder of First Aid Certificate and at least one of the following trainer  certificates/qualifications: lifesaving, abseiling, rock climbing, canoeing, outward bound training, team building and/or activity facilitation skill;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Well-organised and attentive to details;  

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Senior Instructor (JA/2026/C4/A4)

Main Duties:

  • In charge of the daily operation, administration and management of the training centre;

  • Initiate and plan the development of adventure education of the training centre;

  • Promote and implement adventure training programmes and activities;

  • Lead a team of instructors to deliver high-quality training programmes and activities;

  • Oversee the resource allocation and utilisation of the centre and monitor the progress of training programmes and activities to be delivered;

  • Participate in related committees and meetings.

Requirements:

  • A degree from a reputable university, preferably in physical education;

  • A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in physical education, outdoor activities or adventure education;

  • Holder of at least one of the trainer certificate/qualification in lifesaving, first aid, abseil, rock climbing, canoeing, outward bound, team building and activity coaching;

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good communication and team management skills;

  • Well-organised and attentive to details;  

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Finance Manager (JA/2026/C1/A1)

Main Duties:

  • In charge of the daily operation and administration of the office;

  • Oversee all financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger management;

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, implement rigorous budgetary control and manage financial resources allocation;

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning;

  • Monitor financial and investment performance;

  • Develop, enforce and review financial policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls and effective operation;

  • Collaborate closely with auditors and financial professionals to ensure smooth audits and compliance;

  • Participate in and provide administrative support to committees and related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines;

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably from NGO/sizable organisations, of which at least three years in a managerial position;

  • A qualified accountant and/or member of recognised professional accounting bodies;

  • Experience with Epicor or other Financial Management System/ERP software would be an advantage;

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;

  • Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure;

  • Well-organised and attentive to details;

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
