Senior Instructor (JA/2026/C4/A4)
Main Duties:
In charge of the daily operation, administration and management of the training centre;
Initiate and plan the development of adventure education of the training centre;
Promote and implement adventure training programmes and activities;
Lead a team of instructors to deliver high-quality training programmes and activities;
Oversee the resource allocation and utilisation of the centre and monitor the progress of training programmes and activities to be delivered;
Participate in related committees and meetings.
Requirements:
A degree from a reputable university, preferably in physical education;
A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in physical education, outdoor activities or adventure education;
Holder of at least one of the trainer certificate/qualification in lifesaving, first aid, abseil, rock climbing, canoeing, outward bound, team building and activity coaching;
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good communication and team management skills;
Well-organised and attentive to details;
Able to work independently and under pressure.
