Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general consultant Quantity Surveying duties in both pre and post contract stages including cost estimates, tender documentation, tender analysis, valuation of variations, interim payment valuation, measurement of quantities, reviewing contractors’ quotations and claims, negotiation and settlement of final accounts, etc.

  • Leading and supervising junior staff

  • Attend project meetings, tender interview, site inspections, visits and site meetings when required

  • Collaborate and maintain an amicable working relationship with the Client, project team and other project stakeholders

  • Ensure that deliverables complying with QA standards and records are properly stored

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveyor with Degree / Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.

  • Applicants with MHKIS / MRICS or similar professional qualifications with 5 to 10 years working experience

  • Applicants are expected to work independently and to have the ability to lead and manage teams

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
