Cabin Services Administration Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing all administrative functions related to cabin services, including reimbursements, freelancer management, and uniform coordination.
Implementing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures effectively.
Managing scheduling, documentation, and comprehensive record-keeping.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Handling inventory and supply management, including uniforms.
Organizing and coordinating training schedules and supporting training initiatives.
Performing any other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus.
Corporate Flight Attendant (Based in Hong Kong)
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall on-board safety.
Offer premium in-flight cabin services including experience in high end food service
All pre-flight. inflight and post-flight duties;
Develop and maintain standard inventory stock control
Administrative tasks and ground duties.
Provide client profiles updates, post-trip reports, catering reports and maintain other required paperwork as assigned accordingly
Job Requirements:
Must have corporate jet experience;
Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
Demonstration and commitment to Sino Jet Values (Integrity, trustworthy, detail oriented, Upholding Righteousness)
Willing to take up challenges and able to multi-task under pressure.
Pleasant personality, good initiative, self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills.
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin are essential, Cantonese desirable.
Able to handle any ad-hoc duties.
