Senior Manager, Client Relations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with company personnel and the aircraft owner’s representatives to plan all flights procedure;

  • Cooperate with flight scheduler’s, aircrew members, maintenance personnel and management to converge on aircraft movements and schedules;

  • Manage and audit aviation cost records, receipts and invoices regularly;

  • Coordinate Aviation Flight log verification and trip cost data;

  • Monitor private jet maintenance arrangements;

  • Compile aircraft operational reports for clients and company personnel;

  • Handle client’s relationship and transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines;

  • Acquire good knowledge on HK and PRC aviation markets and the related regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in aviation or a related discipline;

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in business aviation industry;

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

  • Mature and results-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and decision-making, willing to work out of business hours and under pressure

  • Ability to coordinate related personnel to provide an exceptional experience for clients
