Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of professional HR services including recruitment and employee relations;

  • Schedule meetings and candidate interviews as requested from time to time;

  • Responsible for HRIS maintenance and system enhancement projects. Liaise with related parties and vendors to conduct the system implementations and upgrades

  • Prepare reports and management review reports to highlight and analyses business performance;

  • Assist in benchmarking exercise and data analysis, staff cost budgeting, annual salary review and bonus pay-out process;

  • Provide support for implementing HR policies and procedures;

  • Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in HR field;

  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance;

  • Be a good team member, with independent, attention to details, flexible and positive thinking;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with colleagues across all levels;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

  • Proficient in MS Office and word processing;

  • Immediate available is preferred.
