Officer, Marketing (Creative) (Ref:BD/MO-2287/F)

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) was established in 1960 under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries Ordinance (Cap. 321) to promote and foster the interests of Hong Kong's industrial and business communities.

As one of the four major chambers of commerce in Hong Kong, FHKI brings together like-minded entrepreneurs to spearhead the advancement of Hong Kong's industry. Through policy advocacy, professional business support services and cross-sector collaborations, FHKI strives to build a dynamic industrial ecosystem to take forward transformation and re-industrialisation of Hong Kong's economy, sparking new business opportunities and charting diverse paths for the younger generation.

What you will be doing:

Master the creative work of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, e.g. website, social media platforms, EDM, paid media, SEO, SEM, etc. on various promotion projects;
Provide creatives for events and marketing campaigns, such as key visuals, posters, video clips, backdrops, props, and signages;
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination;
Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations;
Perform ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned by management.

What helps you succeed:

Degree holder in Marketing, Event/ Exhibition Management, Advertising or other related disciplines;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, campaign execution, PR, event management, or advertising campaign (experience in the NGO/non-profit sector is preferred);
Proficiency in both Mac and Window; experience in using Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage;
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to inspire ideas, streamline workflows, and enhance visual and graphic design output;
Independent, self-driven and good interpersonal skills;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Technical Officer (Ref: QMD/TO-2286/F)

Under the auspices of FHKI, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council was formed in 1978 aiming to encourage enterprises to elevate their product, service and environmental standards through the various Q-Mark schemes so as to win over customers’ confidence.

Being part of the Q-Mark Technical Team, the Technical Officer reporting to the Manager and to perform the following duties:

What you will be doing:

Coordinate with the licensees for arranging audits according to the audit schedule;
Occasional travel to China / Macau to conduct on-site audits in Hong Kong, Macau and China;
Prepare audit reports on responsible licensees;
Arrange product tests and verify the product test results;
Monitor the overall implementation of any committed corrective / preventive actions for identified nonconformities;
Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Manager.

What helps you succeed:

High Diploma or above in Quality Management / Engineering/Technology/Science discipline or equivalent;
At least 2 years experience in audit / certification / assessment field, including quality assurance / quality control;
Knowledge of standards and system / product certification preferable, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO14064, ISO 22000 or SQS;
Experience as an external auditor will be an advantage, particularly on elderly home care services;
Holder of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 14064 / ISO22000 internal auditor certificates will be an advantage;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Business Development Officer (Shenzhen Representative Office) ( (Ref: QMD/BDO-2288/F)

在香港工業總會的支持下，香港Q嘜優質標誌局於1978年成立，旨在透過各類Q嘜認證計劃，鼓勵企業提升其產品、服務及環境標準，從而贏取客戶的信任。

作為Q嘜團隊的一員，商務專員需向經理匯報，並執行以下職務：

崗位職責：

1、負責開拓新渠道，尋找新客戶，有效進行客戶關係的維護和發展，提升客戶滿意度和客戶價值，行業信息的收集及分析等；

2、負責商務營銷及推廣「Q嘜」認證與公司相關各項服務，並按客戶業務性質給予選擇合適計劃；

3、通過電話、網絡、上門拜訪等方式與客戶進行有效溝通，了解客戶需求；

4、與客戶建立良好的合作關係，提供專業的服務與解決方案；

5、完成每月銷售業績目標，跟進客戶回款，防範客戶壞賬風險；

6、負責公司的宣傳與推廣工作，善於收集及整理相關資料。

任職資格：

1﹑大專及以上學歷，經濟、貿易、物流、等相關專業優先；

2﹑3年或以上相關運營或市場推廣經驗；

3、熟悉「Q嘜」認證及進出口、物流及供應鏈等相關運作優先；

4、具備銷售意識，熱愛銷售工作，能承受銷售工作壓力，具有豐富的業務開拓技巧；

5、溝通協調能力強，有較強的風險把控意識、思維敏捷，親和力強；

6、熟練使用PPT、Excel、Word等辦公軟件及懂自媒體運營；

7、熟悉粵語交流者更佳；

8、不定期的外派出差。
