Manager / Assistant Manager, Business Services & Development (Ref: BD/M-2281/F)

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage the strategic and operational functions of multiple business units to ensure service quality, efficiency, and profitability;

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve targets, market growth, and customer satisfaction;

  • Drive sales performance through data-driven strategies, pipeline management, and client engagement initiatives;

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational synergies;

  • Provide leadership, direction in business development, and coordinate with various functional units in developing new business;

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards;

  • Represent the division in internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

What helps you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous

  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in business operations, sales leadership, or professional services management with 3-4 years in management level; Minimum 2–3 years of PRC experience preferred;

  • Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and achieving commercial success;

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on innovation and results;

  • Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, or business associations is preferable;

  • Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong required.
