Manager / Assistant Manager, Company Secretary & Business Services (Ref: BD/M-2281/F)

What you will be doing:

  • Provide company secretarial services and support to clients for private companies independently;

  • Facilitating the global expansion strategies and businesses internationalization of Mainland Chinese enterprises;

  • Help developing and promoting new advisory products;

  • Lead and manage the strategic and operational functions of multiple business units to ensure service quality, efficiency, and profitability;

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve targets, market growth, and customer satisfaction;

  • Drive sales performance through data-driven strategies, pipeline management, and client engagement initiatives;

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational synergies;

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

What helps you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous;

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business operations, company secretarial, or professional services management with 3-4 years in management level; Minimum 2–3 years of PRC experience preferred;

  • Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and achieving commercial success;

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on innovation and results;

  • Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, or business associations is preferable;

  • Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong required.

Senior Officer / Officer, Member Services - Temporary (4 Months) (Ref: MRD/O-2282/F)

What you will be doing:

The Officer reports to Manager and performs the following duties:

  • Co-ordinate and organize corporate events, members activities and provide marketing services in Hong Kong in formats of seminars, exhibitions, mission, award schemes, business matching, and other business-related networking events

  • Provide secretariat services to the assigned industrial groups and committees, including preparation of meeting agenda, papers and minutes;

  • Drive members acquisition and retention through members visit and provide high-quality services to members;

  • Prepare promotional materials, i.e. flyers, brochures, eDM, social media post for event marketing and promotion;

  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship with internal and external parties for better results; and

  • Provide support to any other ad-hoc duties and activities.

What helps you succeed:

  • University graduate in marketing, event management, public relations, Journalism, or business-related disciplines;

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, trade / business association is an advantage;

  • Experience in Committees’ support is an advantage;

  • Self -motivated; well-organised, detail-minded, and good sense of responsibility;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required and attend occasional after-hours events;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and

  • Knowledge on using AI would be advantage.
