Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager/Sales Supervisor
Job Description
Act as the go-to-person for all projects related to the store
Develop and maintain the merchandise mix of the store and meet the turnover targets set by management
Manage the store team and store operations, contribute to store atmosphere
Coach the sales team in order to deliver high quality of customer service and shopping environment
Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation
Analyse key sale data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth
Co-ordinate internally with marketing/logistics/accounting team and externally with brands and adhere to their directions and image
Skills and Qualifications
+6 years relevant working experience in retail industry with +3 years managerial role
Experience in multi-brand retail is highly preferred
Interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking are needed
Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Simple company works (word, excel)
Team player
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor.
