Temporary Administrator (3-Month Contract) - Enforcement (Discipline - Intermediary Misconduct Team)

Duties & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will perform a variety of clerical duties for the disciplinary function of the Intermediary Misconduct Team in the Enforcement Division, and provide secretarial support for team members, which may encompass the following areas:
To organize and coordinate with both internal and external parties in scheduling meetings and appointments.
To assist with maintaining complete and orderly files including handling e-filing.
To assist team members in managing ad-hoc tasks, including producing bundles of documents for disciplinary proceedings.
Conducting background checks (e.g. Company / Land / Business Registry search) and external outdoor work (e.g. address check, delivering / collecting documents).
Assisting with system maintenance such as data input / upload / download.
Requirements:
Flexible and open-minded, embrace changing work priorities, enjoy diverse work exposure and desire for career progression.
Form 5 or above.
Prior secretarial experience is an advantage.
Attention to details and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
Good command of Cantonese and English. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.
A strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of integrity.
Willing to accommodate flexible working hours and work overtime at times as required.

The incumbent will perform a variety of clerical duties for the Enforcement Division, and provide secretarial support for a team head, which may encompass the following areas:
Coordinating with internal / external parties to schedule meetings and appointments.
To assist a team head in managing ad-hoc tasks.
Assisting investigator with interview / inspection. Conducting background check (e.g., Company / Land / Business Registry search) and external outdoor work (e.g., address check, delivering / collecting documents).
Assisting with system maintenance such as data input / upload / download.
Requirements:
Flexible and open-minded. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with related working experience on general administration.
Attention to details and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
Good command of Cantonese and English. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.
A strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of integrity.

Temporary Legal Executive (6-Month Contract) – Investment Products

Conducting legal research and analysis on local and overseas laws and regulations, with a particular focus on company and securities law
Preparing succinct and accurate research notes/ analysis

Requirements:
Law graduate with a good degree
Prior investment product / corporate finance work experience as a paralegal/trainee in law firms, financial institutions or other regulatory bodies would be an advantage
Language skills – a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
