Duties & Responsibilities:
The Complaints Team of Secretariat and External, CEO’s Office and Central Services is responsible for overseeing the administration of the SFC’s Complaint Handling Procedures.
This position reports to Senior Managers of the Complaints Team and will provide a full range of clerical and administrative support to the Complaints Team. This includes data entry, filing, performing data analysis with spreadsheets, providing secretarial support to management, and assisting in other ad hoc tasks when necessary.
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
High proficiency in PC applications including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
Attentive to detail.
Strong organisation and coordination skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
Senior Receptionist / Receptionist - Planning and Administration, Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:
To handle phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant division/department according to standard procedures.
To answer the telephone in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
To greet visitors, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
To manage the allocation of visitor access passes.
To handle incoming mails and maintain proper records of all incoming documents and packages.
To handle the booking requests of meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up with necessary supplies.
To provide support on the planning and delivery of various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and activities of the Staff Activities Club (SAC).
To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable corporations.
Candidates with experience in customer service and in dealing with difficult customers are preferred.
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset.
Professional, presentable, and courteous demeanour.
Strong supervision and team leading skills.
Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prepare to work shift hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The SFC investigates and takes enforcement actions in complex and often innovative matters under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The litigation it conducts is exciting and challenging. We currently need legal graduates to support our investigation and litigation work. You will work closely with our investigators and litigators on a wide range of matters essential to help us investigate and commence legal proceedings, including drafting documents and correspondence, reviewing and processing evidence for use in court/tribunal cases.
Requirements:
Law Graduate with a good degree.
Preferably relevant work experience in litigation practice in a law firm.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage.
Good attention to detail.
Able to produce reliable well-ordered work and present complicated information in a simple and understandable manner.
