HR Manager (Wan Chai) (Ref : MHR / HRAD)

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the Agency's HR strategy and operations, including policy formulation, organisational structure, compensation and benefits, talent development and compliance risk management.  

We invite a highly skilled HR professional with all-rounded expertise and in-depth knowledge of Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of HR & Administration to develop and implement HR policies aligned with Agency strategies; 

  • Review and enforce company HR policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines to ensure alignment with the latest Employment Ordinance and employment-related regulations in Hong Kong; 

  • Manage full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefit and training & development; 

  • Handle employee relations, maintain HR information systems, and implement employee care initiatives; 

  • Continuously optimise HR policies and procedures to achieve high operational efficiency; 

  • Build and nurture a high-performing HR team; foster a professional, disciplined, and performance driven culture; 

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of HR & Administration. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; 

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive all-rounded experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a management capacity; 

  • Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and pragmatic, with a strong sense of professionalism and work ethics; 

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team player capable of building effective cross-departmental partnerships to drive HR initiatives; 

  • Strong ability to work under pressure, and maintain motivation and focus in a fast paced environment; 

  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends, with a commitment to continuous professional development; 

  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Accountant (Wan Chai) (Ref : Acct / FD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and control requirements set by various funding bodies, maintaining compliance across all projects; 

  • Perform reconciliation of project-related income and expenditures, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies; 

  • Coordinate and manage project audits, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation in line with funder-specific deadlines; 

  • Track and monitor grant disbursements, ensuring timely receipt and proper allocation of funds from donors and government agencies; 

  • Review and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary allocation and timely reporting; and 

  • Assist in formulating and implementing financial strategic plans. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field; 

  • Member of Certified Public Accountants of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public 

  • Accountants (HKICPA) or equivalents; 

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience; 

  • Be a computer literate and a self-starter; 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical mind, be resourceful and capable to meet tight deadlines and new challenges under pressure; 

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively, professionally and tactfully with all levels of staff, as well as the outside companies, public agencies, funders and service providers; 

  • Prior experience in handing projects in non-governmental organisations is an advantage; and 

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Analyst Programmer (Wan Chai) (Ref : AProg / ITD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the whole Software Development Life Cycle;

  • Work with the team to develop / maintain Web application / backend system;

  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to manage and deliver successful technical solutions;

  • Enhance the project performance with end users;

  • Work closely with different parties to identify new features;

  • Evaluate new technologies including but not limited to A.I., Big Data, IoT.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields;

  • Strong programming skills with C#, .NET and familiarity with SQL Server;

  • Knowledge of system development in Azure App Service;

  • Knowledge of system integration (API, web service, ETL);

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with hands-on mindset;

  • Willing to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to changing system needs;

  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English to interact effectively with user and vendors.

Project Officer (Chuk Yuen) (Ref : POa / ReBond)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and other service programmes (e.g., therapeutic groups, developmental groups, educational programmes);

  • Manage programmes and Projects effectively, ensuring sound budgeting and manpower control;

  • Maintain effective communication and build networks with internal units and external organizations;

  • Formulate comprehensive care plans in accordance with the Belonging and Desistance Approach and other Society directives;

  • Provide direct services tailored to the needs and characteristics of individual service users and their significant others (SOs) through various methods (e.g., interviews, home visits, escort services);

  • Identify and utilise internal and community resources to support service users;

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, and handle emergencies, service inquiries, case referrals, and walk-in clients;

  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation, including programme plans and evaluations, case recordings and reports, and statistical data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in social work, psychology or social science or above or equivalence;

  • Minimum 2 year’s working experience in social welfare field.

Ethnic Minority District Ambassador – Ethnic Minority District Ambassador Pilot Scheme (Tsz Wan Shan) (Ref : EMDA / EMDA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect and communicate with ethnically diverse (ED) communities to understand 

  • their service needs; 

  • Help with basic interpretation and translation to explain welfare services and assist 

  • with filling out application forms; 

  • Provide escort services to support ED community members; 

  • Help prepare and run activities and programs; 

  • Assist in creating publicity and promotional materials in ED languages;  

  • Be available to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays; and 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the senior staff. 

Requirements:

  • Form 3 or above with experience in ex-offender service preferred; 

  • Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese or English, both in written and 

  • spoken forms; 

  • Be proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Thai, Hindi or 

  • Vietnamese, in written and spoken forms; 

  • Passionate in serving ED communities, good team player, self-motivated, open-minded and responsible. 

臨時社會工作員 (沙田區) (Ref : Temp SW / CECPS)

主要職責:

  • 負責推行學界及社區之預防犯罪教育活動,包括:舉行日營、講座、小組、戲劇活 動及大型活動等

職位要求:

  • 註冊社工,大專或以上教育程度

  • 成熟、主動、富責任感和團隊合作精神、能獨立帶領活動及應變處理突發事情

  • 具3年或以上社會服務經驗,兒童及青少年工作經驗者工優先考慮 於星期一至六內五天工作;另因應活動安排.需於星期日或晚上工作

主要職責:

職位要求:

職位要求:

  • 註冊社工,中英文良好,具輔導技巧及專業介入模式

  • 熟悉地區網絡或具精神健康服務經驗者優先考慮

主要職責:

  • 認同個人復元的生命經歷,並願意向公眾人士分享個人復元經歷及運用自身的經歷支援其他同路人 

職位要求:

  • 初中或以上教育程度,熟悉中英文電腦文書處理,良好表達及書寫能力

主要職責:

  • 為濫藥人士提供服務,包括但不限於外展、帶領義工、興趣小組及短片拍攝等,並支援計劃主管進行個案輔導和日常行政工作

職位要求:

  • 初中或以上程度、對運動及服務濫藥人士有熱誠

  • 誠實、富責任感、具良好品德操守及團隊合作精神

初級活動助理 / 朋輩支援員 (尖沙咀區) (Ref : JPA_PSa / ReBond)

主要職責:

  • 協助舉行內部及外部分享會,推廣善導會的形象,並展現服務使用者的轉變與成 長、協助團隊處理危機管理、策劃活動及在服務執行過程中參與決策; 

  • 能獨立為服務使用者提供直接支援服務,包括定期聯絡、探訪、外展服務、康樂 小組及大型活動並保持定期溝通,掌握最新趨勢及需要,確保及時並有針對性地 回應服務使用者及相關持份者的關注; 

  • 與服務使用者及義工聯繫,協調及安排義工工作; 

  • 執行計劃的日常運作及行政工作,包括處理查詢等相關服務。 

職位要求:

  • 完成小六教育或具同等學歷、曾有更生康復經驗(適用於朋輩支援員職位); 

  • 具至少 1 年社會福利範疇相關服務的工作經驗。

立德學院在囚人士支援服務兼職同工 (石硤尾區) (Ref : ISEOII_ SSPRH)

主要職責:

  • 於懲教院所提供前線服務,為在囚人士提供治療性/支援小組

職位要求:

  • 專上教育程度、中英文良好,熟悉中英文電腦文書;具相關工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 主動、熱誠,具良好溝通技巧及獨立工作能力,富團隊合作精神

  • 須輪班或於星期六工作

臨時社會工作員 (竹園區) (Ref : Temp SW / CYRH)

主要職責:

  • 負責協助整合各院所服務,並為曾違法人士/覊留/在囚/更生人士及其家庭提供治 療性/支援小組,須到懲教院所及參與其他社區連繫活動和服務發展工作

職位要求:

  • 以不同形式提供服務:如外展、運動元素等,間中須輪班或於星期六、日工作

  • 註冊社工,中英文良好

  • 主動、熱誠,具獨立工作及組織能力和團隊合作精神

  • 具兩年或以上相關服務經驗優先考慮

  • 合約期:至2026年3月9日
