Administrative Officer – Public Lighting System (Ref:UFD-O-2025-382)
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to projects and maintain an efficient project documentation such as contracts, reports and correspondence
Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, and tracking expenditures against the budget when possible
Oversee the procurement process including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating terms, processing purchase orders, and maintain vendors’ relationship
Serve as a contact point on project-related inquiries and facilitate effective communication among project team, inter-departments and other stakeholders
Assist in organizing project events, workshops and training sessions as needed
Ensure all project activities in compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations and safety standards, and identify potential administrative risks and develop strategies for mitigation
Requirements:
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferrable gained in construction or engineering industries
A fast learner, self-motivated, able to under pressure and attentive to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office application such as Excel, Word, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Draftsman / Permit Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Prepare AutoCad/MicroStation drawings and markup drawings for as-built submission
Manage a library of project drawings
Assist in permit coordination for road opening works
Assist in general administrative work
Requirements:
Form 5 or HKDSE or above
Minimum 2 years of working experience in AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings
Proficient in CAD software applications, knowledge in AutoCAD and MicroStation is essential
Familiar with general engineering standards
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Project Engineer/Assistant Engineer-Power Plant (Ref: PPD-PE2-2024-180)
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Leader(s) on project planning, execution, monitoring and coordination
Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects
Coordinate with direct labour subcontractors to execute the site work to be in line with the project performance pledges, health, safety, environmental protection and quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant authorities' and client's requirements
Prepare tender / project reports and technical submissions
Record and report contractual disputes and variation orders
Manage the necessary permit application process
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related Engineering disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Candidates with over 8 years experience or with professional qualifications will be considered as Manager/ Assistant Manager
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, committed attitude and attention to details
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese
Fair command of both written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft office applications with Chinese Word Processing
Holder of a Construction Workers Registration Card and a Green Card
