Property Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a property or a group of properties, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc

  • Supervise a team of officers and technical staff in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients

  • Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/ Corporation ensuring their needs are taken care of

  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations

  • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning teams, etc

  • Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Property Management or related disciplines

  • Member of HKIH or CIH with at least 8 years of experience in property management, 3 years of which at managerial level

  • Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence

  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances

  • Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence

  • Result-driven, flexible with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers

  • Service oriented and proactive

  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Property Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants

  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required

  • Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports

  • Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams

  • Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants

  • Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property management

  • Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances

  • Service oriented and self-motivated

  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Technical Manager (Airside)

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead technical team to carry out building maintenance and operation works

  • Provide technical advice and recommendations on alteration, addition and major improvement works

  • Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works

  • Handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical aspects

  • Monitor the performance of building facilities

  • Prepare yearly budgeting and monitor monthly expenses

  • Supervise and carry out Testing and commissioning

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related disciplines

  • Member of HKIS/ RICS/ HKIE/ CIBSE/ IMechE or equivalent is preferred

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in property maintenance of which 3 years at managerial level

  • Proficient in related ordinances and professional maintenance practices

  • Excellent knowledge on design, renovation and project management is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
