Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#/.NET for backend services and frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) for front-end interfaces
Integrate AI functionalities, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and embeddings, to enhance intelligent search and automation
Develop scalable APIs following clean architecture principles and apply Dependency Injection for maintainability
Conduct performance tuning, optimize security, and ensure high reliability of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in architectural discussions and code reviews
Maintain documentation and adhere to coding best practices
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in application development
Strong experience in C# and .NET Core backend development, with knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture
Experience with AI-driven applications (LLM workflows, RAG pipelines) and creating RESTful APIs
Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, GenAI SDK)
Understanding of cloud services (Azure Functions) and CI/CD practices, with exposure to Docker and microservices
Frontend experience with React/Next.js and scripting in Node.js/Python is a plus
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Assistant Accountant (Property Management, Reporting)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and record journal entries
Handle month-end, interim, year-end closing and sub-consolidation for management companies
Handle month-end and year-end closing for individual properties
Prepare monthly financial statements, operational reports, and account reconciliations
Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with company policies, statutory, and tax reporting requirements
Assist in managing contractual obligations to ensure financial reporting is properly recorded
Prepare annual audit, tax schedules and other supplementary documents
Coordinate with the IT team for system issues and conduct testing
Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of accounting and commercial experience, preferably in Property Management Industry
Student Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
Hands-on experience with D365 and Oracle systems is preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
Good command of Cantonese and English
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
AI Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business teams to translate real-world problems into scalable AI solutions
Design, build, and deploy AI/LLM-powered applications from prototype to production
Develop AI agents incorporating RAG, structured data querying (SQL/vector), and tool/function calling
Improve reliability, observability, and performance of deployed AI systems
Run technical experiments and proofs of concept to evaluate new AI frameworks, models, and architectures
Contribute technical insight to ongoing AI strategy discussions through hands-on experimentation and benchmarking
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or backend development
Strong enthusiasm for AI and a solid understanding of the latest developments in AI technologies a must
Strong Python skills and experience building APIs or backend services
Prior experience collaborating with business stakeholders to design and deploy AI-powered solutions, especially in generative and agentic AI, is essential. Prior experience in real estate industry is a plus.
Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, SQL and structured data integration, Tool/function calling workflows, and Docker, Git, and modern deployment practices
Basic understanding of data modeling concepts relevant to AI agents
Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step workflows is a plus
Familiarity with evaluation, tracing, or LLM observability tools is a plus
Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis on competing projects, pricing trends, and market preferences (e.g. flat mix, interior design, layout) to support sales strategies and pricing development
Assist in analyzing sales data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows
Maintain and update internal databases on daily sales, visitor traffic, booking status, and agent performance
Handle client inquiries, property viewings and follow-ups to drive sales conversion
Accompany buyers on site visits to introduce project details, layouts and pricing professionally
Maintain good relationships with estate agency partners and coordinate their engagement in sales launches and briefings
Support property closings, document signings and fund disbursements
Assist in preparing and updating sales brochures and documentation for the Group's properties in accordance with the First-hand Sales Ordinance, including Preliminary Agreements for Sale and Purchase (PASP), formal Agreements for Sale and Purchase, and tender documents
Support compliance of sales office and show flats, ensuring proper display of disclaimers and statutory documents for the Group's properties
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business or other related disciplines
HKIS / RICS qualification is preferred / an advantage
Holder of Estate Agent's License issued by the Estate Agents Authority in Hong Kong
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, preferably with property developers/advertising agencies with major property accounts
Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, willing to learn and energetic
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using AI tools will be an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Officer role
