We now invite applications for following position:
Senior IT Support (Retail Mall)
Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot servers and networks to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support for various mall devices, including PCs and mobile devices
Evaluate and test new technologies, overseeing their implementation and configuration
Collaborate with vendors to assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Work shifts during shopping mall opening hours
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and server administration, as well as project implementation
Experience in managing networking and backend applications, including Firewalls, Switches, WLAN, IPSec VPN, Veeam, Sophos Anti-virus, and Wi-Fi Systems
Experience with public Wi-Fi systems and people counting systems in shopping malls
Basic understanding of Wintel and Linux on virtualization platforms, along with server applications like Microsoft AD, O365, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Azure
Experience in building project is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Certifications such as CCNA, MCP, MCSE, and MCITP are beneficial
Immediate availability is preferred
