Assistant Manager - Property Development
Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the execution of business and alternative development initiatives within the real estate, infrastructure and healthcare segments, including sourcing business, leading deal negotiation, structuring transaction, and closing deal to optimize the Group’s business development efforts.
Lead the preparation of business proposals and plans of actions to lay out key resources and activities Within the identified business, industry and economic conditions for optimal risk-adjusted investment returns; recommend investment decisions, structures and strategy selection for the management’s approval.
Liaise with potential business partners on the planning and structuring of joint-venture partnerships.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the authorities, business partners and investment sources to support the Group’s investment development efforts and enhance its reputation in the industry.
Assist in establishing business development strategies, policies and plans for the Department Head ’s review and approval to guide the Group’s investment decisions.
Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure they have the competency to perform in their roles.
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Real Estates or related disciplines
MRICS (Valuation) / MHKIS (GP) is required
Chartered Financial Analyst designation/ Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis/site valuation in investment banking/property development sector, with experience in deal execution for both residential and commercial projects
Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua (preferred)
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Surveyor
Company Secretarial Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist the Company Secretary in preparing annual returns and renewing the business registration certificates for the Group’s Hong Kong companies
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide corporate information and documents for KYC requests
Assist with data entry and preparation of payment vouchers, ensuring that database and corporate records (statutory registers, company filings, and reports) are accurately maintained and kept up to date
Act as custodian of company documents to ensure their safekeeping, accuracy and proper retrieval when required
Provide clerical support and perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of clerical experience and company secretarial experience is a plus
Student member of HKCGI is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
Knowledge in using Company Secretarial Software (CSA) is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
A collaborative team player with proactive, responsible and detail-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff
Assistant - Property Development (Contract, Part-time)
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research for existing projects and ad hoc studies
Monitor news, research reports and government published cases for transactions and market information update
Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
Explore alternative data not limited to spatial data for real estate analysis
Assisting in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Undergraduate students in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, General Practice Surveying or other related disciplines
Intent to develop career in Real Estate / Property Development
Detail orientated and analytical minded
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Python, Power BI, QGIS is definitely a plus
