Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, operate, and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup systems, networks, and datacenter facilities

  • Administer and maintain virtualized environments (e.g. VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V), including VM provisioning, capacity planning, performance tuning, patching, and lifecycle management

  • Operate and monitor backup and recovery solutions, ensuring successful backup jobs, regular restore testing, and compliance with RPO/RTO objectives

  • Execute and participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) drills; maintain and update DR runbooks and documentation

  • Administer NAS/SAN storage systems, including provisioning, performance monitoring, capacity management, and firmware upgrades

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency

  • Review and document IT processes, perform User Acceptance Tests, and report on project progress and issues

  • Proactively identify infrastructure risks, capacity constraints, and performance issues; recommend enhancements and remediation plans

  • Stay current with emerging infrastructure, cloud, and datacenter technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and modernization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the IT infrastructure field

  • Strong experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, or Microsoft Hyper‑V

  • Solid understanding of storage technologies, including NAS/SAN architectures, RAID, and performance optimization

  • Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or OCI Cloud

  • Hands-on experience with backup solutions (e.g. Veeam, Commvault, or equivalent) and practical exposure to BCP and DR planning/exercises

  • Experience in infrastructure project delivery and vendor management

  • A strong team player who is proactive, self‑motivated, adaptive, and willing to support after-hours or on-call duties when required

  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Senior IT Support (Retail Mall)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot server and network

  • Provide technical support for the mall devices such as PC and mobile devices etc.

  • Evaluate new technology and Perform testing, implementation, and configuration

  • Assist and coordinate with vendors in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT project

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and duties

  • Work on-shift duty during shopping mall opening hours

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Systems or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in network and server administration and project implementation

  • Solid experience in networking and general backend applications management such as Firewall, Switches, WLAN, IPSec VPN, Veeam, Sophos Anti-virus, WIFI System etc.

  • Good knowledge of Wintel and Linux on virtualization platforms and server applications such as Microsoft AD, O365, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Good knowledge of public Wi-Fi systems, and the People counting system in a shopping mall will be an advantage

  • Experience in building project would be an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Certified in CCNA, MCP, MCSE, and MCITP will be an advantage

  • Immediately available is preferred
