Data Center Technician

Minimum qualifications:
Experience with performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.
Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
LPIC or equivalent experience working with Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, Fedora, SUSE, Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo) or Unix (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, BSD), or another similar OS.
Experience working with and troubleshooting hardware/network related issues using Linux based tools.
Understanding of intermediate OS, PC hardware and networking concepts, tools and protocols.
Ability to travel up to 50% and work occasional holiday shifts.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As an Operations Technician, you'll install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). Responsibilities:
Contribute and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center infrastructure.
Lead complex troubleshooting, and resolve critical or escalated technical issues.
Help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs.
Configure and troubleshoot Linux OS-related issues on servers.
Provide possible on-call support shifts.

2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing and advertising, account management, with a track record of meeting revenue targets and driving client growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client needs, leverage data/spreadsheets for insights, and build impactful proposals.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, with application development and integration.
Experience with search systems including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
Experience with presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience with coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java, to demo, prototype, or workshop integration patterns with customers.
Experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like (retrieval-augmented generation) RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with functional evaluation metrics used to assess model quality and agent quality.
Experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or enterprise service buses (ESBs) in a cloud environment.
Experience developing agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, semantic kernel, or the Google AI agent development kit (ADK).
