Account Strategist, Engage, Google Customer Solutions (English, Cantonese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Field Sales Representative, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in goal carrying software promotion and account management at an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) software company promoting enterprise accounts.

  • Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects.

  • Experience with business and legal agreements working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.

  • Knowledge of the industry, with an understanding of the prospects/customers being served.

  • Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to evaluate the existing software estate, develop migration plans, and create business cases for migrations.

  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with the customer base to help influence the long-term technology and business decisions. Add value and be a trusted advisor by bringing insights and ideas with follow through execution.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.

  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Knowledge Broad range of HR, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.

  • Excellent communication, change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.

  • Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the relevant teams to ensure delivery for our HR processes in the country. Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.

  • Contribute to the deployment of country focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country People plan.
