Loss Prevention Supervisor

Job Summary:

  • Supervise and monitor daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department.

  • Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, injury case, investigations, and key control audit. Gather information and complete reports.

  • To ensure the safety and security of the guests and associates.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity, hotel industry preferred

  • Good understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, local laws and regulations related to hotel security

  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit, and first aid certification

  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Hotel Manager/ Director of Operations

Job Summary:

  • Report to General Manager. The Hotel Manager/ Director of Operations will function as the strategic business leader of operations. He/ She will work with Food & Beverage management team to develop operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business service strategy and leads its execution. Ensure the operations meet the guest needs, employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximize financial performance of the department. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target guest and employees and provides a return on investment.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, or related discipline

  • Strong food & beverage background

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably with exposure in an international hotel group

  • Good communication skills, problem solving and decision making

  • Mature, flexible, hands-on leadership style

  • Good command of language proficiency

Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

  • Report to Director of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for effective management of the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and staff record maintenance. Ensure HR practices and operations comply with labour legislation and company policies. Support the planning and executive of HR initiatives and programmes. Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably with exposure in an international hotel group

  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labour regulations

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
