Loyalty Manager

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for recognition and engagement with our valuable members during their stay in the hotel

  • Manage all aspects of Elite members’ journey: from pre-arrival and arrival experience all the way to the follow up through post-stay feedback mechanisms

Job Requirement:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline

  • 5 years of guest relations experience; preferably in a managerial or supervisory position

  • Pleasant, service-oriented and excellent communications skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Loyalty Manager

Guest Services Manager

Job Summary:

  • Serve as the property Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations and handle the tracking of service issues

  • Resolve any guest related situation, compliants and grievances in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations

  • Engage guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience

  • Implement and monitor the guest recognition or service programme

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of guest relations experience in Hotel, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position

  • Pleasant, service-oriented and excellent communications skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager

(Senior) Sales Manager - MICE

Job Summary 

  • Leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives

  • Partner with Proactive Team to acquire new business and/ or close on business

  • Follow through incoming Group / MICE opportunities for business and follow up with Event Management Team

  • Actively upsell each business opportunity to maximzie revenue

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in hospitality or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in a 4-5 star international brand hotel

  • Well organized, attention to detail and good team player

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Excellent command of both spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager
