Assistant Account Sales Manager/ Account Sales Executive

Job Summary

The candidate is one of the key members in Account Management team to proactively solicit and manage business production for Corporate accounts. Actively identify upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue. Implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies of the hotel. Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines

  • 2-4 years of experience in simliar capacity

  • Articulate, good presentation skills

  • Well organized, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges

  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Account Sales Executive

Overnight Assistant Delighted To Serve Supervisor (Call Centre)

Job Summary:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handle guests' inquiries in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations

  • Engage with guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in hotel is preferred

  • Good communications skills, service-oriented

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior DTS Agent

Team Leader/ Supervisor (Dynasty/ Food Studio/ Mirage)

Job Summary:

  • Oversee and ensure a smooth operation of the section assigned

  • Serve food and beverage in a professional manner

  • Engage guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience 

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage services, preferably in supervisory role

  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Strong sense of services

  • Good communications skills

  • Sound knowledge of Micros cashier procedures

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
