The ISF Pre-School offers a unique bilingual (Putonghua / English) program to young learners from two years and eight months to five years of age. The ethos of Pre-School is firmly based on ISF's Vision, Mission and Values, and is strongly aligned with the Primary and Secondary learning programs of the Academy.

Temporary Non-Class-Based English Lead Teacher (: PRE/TET/20260720_jdb)

The position will be a non-class-based leadership role focused primarily on curriculum development, enhancement of English language programmes, resource development, and teacher support across the school.

Contract Period: mid-August 2026 to mid-June 2027

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education;

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching English to children aged 3–6 years;

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and writing inquiry-based curriculum for early childhood education;

  • Strong understanding of child development and effective early years pedagogy;

  • Chinese-English bilingual proficiency, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages preferred;

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams to support curriculum development, implementation, and professional learning;

  • Experience providing instructional coaching or leadership in English language programmes would be an advantage; and

Temporary Administrative Assistant (Admissions) (: ADM/TAA/20260520/isf)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to The Admissions Office

  • Assist in processing new applications and verifying documents

  • Assist with the preparation of Primary and Secondary admissions assessments 

  • Assist with preparing materials for new students

  • Enter and update applicants’ and students’ data on the school system

  • Support Admissions events, such as briefing sessions or school tours or admissions assessment

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required 

Service Period:

  • Period of 6 months starting in early August 2026

  • 5 days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements:

  • Degree or above  

  • Competent computer skills; proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Able to work independently, good organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written & spoken in English and Chinese including Putonghua

School Nurse (: LIREN/SN/20260724_isf)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Medical Room, delivering timely and appropriate medical support to students and staff

  • Provide first aid care and basic medical treatment, responding promptly to students who are unwell or injured

  • Respond to student health needs, including arranging parent contact, early dismissal or hospitalisation where necessary

  • Liaise with teachers and school leaders regarding student health concerns and follow-up actions

  • Develop, review and implement health and safety protocols and procedures across the school

  • Support the prevention and control of communicable diseases through monitoring, reporting and preventive measures

  • Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant health regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of Medical Room visits, incidents and health-related reports

  • Provide medical support for school events, activities and trips as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Registered Nurse qualification, preferably registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Board

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a school setting

  • Training or experience in paediatrics or child health would be an advantage

  • Able to perform routine medical procedures and first aid treatment independently

  • Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (including Mandarin) is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Secondary Technician - Music (: SEC/STM/20260604/jdb)

As an outstanding school, ISF delivers world-class academic music programs alongside a busy and exciting performing arts schedule with rich co-curricular music ensembles. Students also have access to individual instrumental lessons as part of our Music Academy.

The Music Technician plays a pivotal role in maintaining this standard of excellence and aspiration for our students to develop their musical gifts both in and out of the classroom.

The music technician provides technical and administrative support to the Music Department to ensure the smooth preparation and delivery of lessons and performance-related activities. The role supports the maintenance of music classrooms, equipment and materials, enabling a safe, organized and effective learning environment for students and staff.

The role also contributes to the continuous development of the program in alignment with the School’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare musical materials and equipment before lessons and clear up after classes;

  • Assist teachers and students in the safe use of musical equipment and facilities;

  • Maintain inventory records of instruments, music materials, tools and equipment;

  • Organize storage areas and ensure materials are properly labelled and accessible;

  • Upkeep and maintenance of classroom instruments (e.g. Replacing strings/reeds on instruments / Setup of guitars Oiling valves in brass instruments etc.);

  • Setup for classes and performances (e.g. Drum circles etc.);

  • Coordinating equipment, set up and tear down for all music performances including live sound for performances;

  • Coordinator of the ISF Music Technical Team (students) - setup and operate sound gear for school events;

  • Coordinate with Auditorium Manager all logistics for Music Department music showcases;

  • Support general departmental duties and collaborate with other Secondary Technicians when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Music, or a related discipline;

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a school or educational environment;

  • Basic knowledge of music technology, tools and equipment handling;

  • Interested in supporting students in a practical learning environment;

  • Able to work well with students and colleagues;

  • Well organized, responsible and attentive to safety;

  • A good team player with a positive and helpful attitude;

  • IT literate and able to use Google Drive / Calendar and basic office applications;

  • Good command of spoken and written English; Chinese language skills are an advantage; and

  • Support outside normal office hours (concerts and performances) may be required.
