Duty Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily venue operations and management as well as event operations on event days

  • Ensure the company policies, procedure, and venue house rules within the venue boundary is complied and the delivery of a quality, safe and pleasant venue environment

  • Provide support to events including but not limited to validating the readiness and order of the venue before handover of venue to the event organizers or their contractors, event set up, move out dismantling works, direct crowd flow and traffic management

  • Perform day-to-day patrol duty, venue management and inspection and report items with irregularity and/or requiring servicing or maintenance

  • Assist to handling customers enquiries relating to the venue and events

  • Speedy respond to scenes of incident and emergency, conduct initial enquiry and report result to the supervisors

  • Assist in supervising performance of security and traffic service providers

  • Provide Security Control Room operation and accurate record keeping, including video surveillance, access control, traffic control, key facilities monitoring, handle lost and found and monitoring of contractors works

  • Safekeep of all keys in the Security Control Room and make accurate records on retrieval and return of all keys

  • Keep proper logs and records

  • Daily hoisting and lowering of National, SAR & Company flags

  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • F.5 – F.7 or equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant experience in property management of commercial properties, hospitality services and security companies

  • Good written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese), fluency in written/spoken English is an advantage;

  • Experience in operation of CCTV, Key Access Control, Fire Alarm and other systems in the Security Control Room and emergency handling

  • Proactive, customer-oriented, good team player and positive working attitude

  • Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit, valid Hong Kong driving license (vehicle category 1) and first-aid certificate and QAS certificate

  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work with internal/external parties in the execution of his/her duties

  • 5-day work, shift duties is required

F&B Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef  

  • Administer and facilitate all kitchen staff related administration and documentation tasks and activities, and handle confidential documents with professional manner

  • Oversee all kitchen staff attendance and maintain roster record properly  

  • Coordinate, communicate and document food and beverage project work

  • Maintain stationeries stock and F&B office hygiene standard

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant disciplines 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative field or hospitality with secretarial training is preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing

  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant / Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure the company and associated partners comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and food safety requirements and government ordinances/rules/regulations

  • Conduct accident investigations and prepare reports

  • Conduct risk assessments for projects/events and prepare reports

  • Provide safety advice related to events and vetting of event layout plans to ensure all safety requirements are fulfilled. Conduct inspection to events and prepare non-compliance report to organizers

  • Liaise with the Government Departments regarding Health & Safety (H&S) standards and legislations matters

  • Provide routine and induction safety training to employees and service partners

  • Provide administrative support to all safety related matters and promote safety awareness within the venue

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Food Safety & Hygiene Management, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience; preferably with MICE industry experience

  • Well versed in OH&S / FS&H Ordinance and Guidelines

  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and able to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Safety Officer. Fresh graduates are also welcome

Senior / Lounge Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide unique and unforgettable in-lounge services for the guest during their stay 

  • Build strong relationships with guests and develop a VIP recognition culture. Delivering customized experiences by knowing the guests and individualizing them  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and maintain an authentic, polished and attentive presence during the stay of the guest in the lounge 

  • Provide professional and high-quality catering services to the guests

  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and report to supervisor when required

  • Assist in managing catering related inventories 

  • Assist in check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance process as and when required 

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or related field

  • Minimum 4 years of work-related experience with 2 years at supervisory level. Experience at luxury hotels or airline first/business class VIP lounges or airlines cabin-related duties will be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Lounge Services Officer 

  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented 

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and passionate to provide high quality hospitality services 

  • Familiar with MS Office applications ​

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua

  • Shift duty is required

Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transport services to the guests from and/or to VIPL and departure/arrival gate and ensure safe and efficient transit of VIPs through the airport

  • Inspect and maintain the VIP vehicles fleets in clean and good condition

  • Hanle check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance, baggage retrieval and airport tax exemption arrangements for VIPs

  • Monitor the performance of service contractors and report to seniors in maintaining the required quality and service standard

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 5 years’ working experience as a chauffeur in the hospitality industry

  • Holder of a valid Class 1, 2 and 9 driving licence

  • Clean driving record

  • Good team player, caring, courteous and detail-oriented

  • A warm and welcoming personality and willingness to engage with guests

  • Fluent Cantonese and able to communicate in simple English and Putonghua

  • Required to wear uniform with grooming standard and shift duty is required
