Senior Business Development Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistic support in sales proposals and agreements including circulation, status tracking, filing etc.

  • Administer all departmental business-related operations activities including sales enquiries, prepare business performance reports, ensure proposals and agreements are well formed before submitting for management approval and follow up the logistics thoroughly.

  • Manage the document flow system within department are compliant and up to date as well as accurate in the document library.

  • Ensure related BD administration procedures are well implemented and team members are able to follow through the procedure.

  • Arrange business travel for the commercial team.

  • Coordinate and collaborate within team and across departments in the organization to maintain effective operations and transitions.

  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (Diploma holder with more than 10 years working experience will be considered).

  • Minimum 5 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies in sales support role is preferred, experience in supervising sub-ordinate will be an advantage.

  • A team player with leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented, careful and detail minded.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets according to the business priorities and strategies of the Company

  • Comply with Company policies and procedures related to event bookings and management

  • Expand the market segment, prospecting to new client account to bring in new leads or businesses including International Conference, Association’s Event, Exhibition

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and develop a sustainable network of customer base in order to achieve business objectives

  • Display sensible judgment to best accommodate clients’ needs while achieving business objectives

  • Communicate and work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure good planning, smooth handshaking and management of each event

  • Be responsible for other assignments when necessary

  • Be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality/Hotel and Catering Management

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant sales and commercial experience in event management, preferably 3 years in the MICE industry with event operations or venue management experience, and/or experience in public show or entertainment field

  • Resourceful and with sound network with corporations, luxury brands, consumer brands, PR agencies, event management companies, corporate and special events organizers

  • Self-motivated and be able to demonstrate full ownership and accountability in assigned tasks / projects

  • Diverse, flexible, organised and result-oriented, a good team player with strong drive to achieve sales target

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills; energetic, positive, and customer focused

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus

Senior / Lounge Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate guest departure/arrival journey and conduct pre-occupation inspection and preparation of the lounge to ensure the lounge is in perfect condition of tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance prior to arrival of guest

  • Ensure seamless and smooth in-lounge check in and security, immigration and custom clearance process as well as other logistic arrangements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Airport Authority, airlines, service partners and lounge service team to ensure a consistent and elegant guest journey from the moment of guest arrival until the moment of guest departure 

  • Provide a warm and personal welcome to guests on their arrival

  • Provide feedback to supervisors on the performance of the service partners 

  • Assist in providing professional and high-quality lounge services as and when needed

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with 4 years’ relevant work experience with 2 years in supervisory level; associate degree, or secondary level education with at least 5 years' relevant work experience will also be considered. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Lounge Operation Officer

  • Work experience in luxury hotels or airlines or airport will be preferred 

  • A good team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills ​

  • Detailed-oriented, Independent and able to work under pressure ​

  • Familiar with MS Office applications ​

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua

  • Shift duty is required
