Established in 1869, Diocesan Boys’ School has continued to foster excellence in the all-round development of our boys in academics, sports and music.

Applications are invited for the following part-time position.

Academic Tutor (English)

Service Period: 17th - 28th August 2026

Closing date for Applications: 22nd July 2026

Responsibilities:
i) Lead focused, subject-specific tutorial sessions;
ii) Drive peer-to-peer discussions focusing on HKDSE;
iii) Share HKDSE past papers, exam strategies and techniques to students.

Requirements:
i) Either hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or be currently enrolled in good standing at an accredited University;
ii) Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, specifically a minimum grade of HKDSE 5* (or equivalent) in the subject(s) he/she intends to tutor;
iii) Prior experience in tutoring, peer mentoring, or classroom assistance is highly preferred.

History Teacher (Junior Forms)

Closing date for Applications: 15th July 2026

Requirements: 

i) A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 

ii) A recognized professional teaching qualification is preferred; 

iii) Successful completion of the Basic Law and National Security Law Test; 

iv) Teaching experience in an EMI school is an advantage; 

v) Candidates without prior teaching experience may also be considered.
