Your Role
Providing passenger services at check-in counters, flight information desks, the arrival / transit hall and boarding gates
Conducting travel document checking, seat assignment, data entry, queue management and excess baggage collection
The Person
Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
Enjoys working in teams
Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure

We are committed to providing our Passenger Services Officer with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their role. As such, we offer an intensive 4-6 weeks training program conducted by our professional trainers including:-
Dangerous Goods and work safety knowledge
Airline Products and system training
Practical training workshop, etc.
