Training Officer
Responsibilities:
Designing, delivering and organizing training courses, analyzing and identifying the staff training and development needs
Induction course and qualifying exam preparatory courses, including CPD course
Requirements:
University graduate
2 years training experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:
Handle advertising jobs including development of ad concepts, copy-writing, printing and media buying .

Requirements:

Assistant Video Production Officer
Responsibilities:
Video shooting & editing for property-related videos, with video types including but not limited to informative, corporate, social media videos and commercials
Support creative & production team to handle in house production: video shoot including camera operation, lighting set up and audio recording
Upload the relevant video to social media platforms
Plan, organize, execute, and deliver different projects
Outdoor footage shooting, including but not limited to properties and district highlights
Coordination of ad-hoc and/or project-based assignments when needed
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia, Video Production or other relevant disciplines
1-2 years relevant experience
