Marketing Clerk (Mid-Levels West)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data research and analysis, prepare document for conferences & meetings

  • Assist in market promotions such as follow up the advertisement of properties

  • Provide clerical support for Licensed Salesperson or Licensed Estate Agent to facilitate their needs of marketing promotions

  • Work Location: Mid-Levels West

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1-2 years' work experience

  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin is advantage

  • Good communication skills, hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure

  • Holder of Salesperson's licence or Estate agent's licence is an advantage

  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Assistant Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in property investment and development site acquisition;

  • Participate in property valuation and land matters;

  • Liaise and coordinate with government departments, clients and relevant internal parties;

  • Prepare, interpret and submit feasibility studies, property research and financial analysis for senior approval;

  • Preferrably with EAA license.

 Requirements:

  • Bachler Degree or Higher Diploma in Real Estate, Surveying, Estate Management, Land Administration and Management;

  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

  • Outgoing, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and dynamic

  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Power point and AUTOCAD

Administrative Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general administrative duties, reports preparation

  • Coordinate with different department to provide administrative support

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
