Responsibilities:
Carry out research in assigned policy areas such as land and housing, economic development, healthcare and ageing, education and innovation, and social/ cultural developments
Work with some of the most renowned scholars, experts and leaders in specific public policy areas in conducting research and devising recommendations
Handle writing, editing and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduates or post-graduates with exceptionally strong academic credentials from renowned universities

Officer / Senior Officer, Corporate Communications
Responsibilities:
Compose, edit, translate and proofread bilingual content for annual reports, marketing collateral (pamphlets, leaflets), video scripts, speeches and other communications
Provide comprehensive support in research and data collection, scheduling, documentation (minutes/action plans) and interdepartmental coordination to ensure workflow efficiency
Coordinate and assist in print/digital production, including media interviews, on-site support, general planning and quality assurance
Support other departments on cross-team projects and handle ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Language or related field
Minimum 3 years' working experience in corporate communications, public relations or media industries
Excellent written and spoken skills of English and Chinese
Familiarity with print/digital production and publishing workflows
Prior experience in content creation is a plus
Interests and awareness of current affairs
Creative, organised, detail-minded, and works well under pressure

Officer, Events Management and Collaboration
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute various events, including forums, conferences and corporate functions
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines and resources
Coordinate with vendors, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Oversee event registration processes and manage attendee communications
Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners
Identify and propose potential collaboration opportunities for programs and events
Lead specific community collaboration initiatives and outreach programs
Requirements:
Degree holder in communications, marketing or related discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience covering event & project management as well as stakeholders’ communications and engagement, preferably in associations, chambers of commerce or business-related fields
Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
A hands-on and detailed-oriented person with high accuracy
Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese typing is preferred

Officer, Institutional Development
Responsibilities:
Assist the Institutional Development office in the formulation of fundraising strategies and execution
Assist the Institutional Development office in strategic relationship building with OHKF advisors, sponsors and special counsellors
Assist the Institutional Development Director or President's office in producing presentations and fundraising materials for specific donors and companies
Coordinate with the digital marketing office to manage and update the donation website
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups for strategic fundraising and relationship-building purposes
Execute data management regarding prospects, donors, advisors, and our stakeholders about networking, donations, and asks.
Work closely with different internal departments, pursue timely and effective communication
Other duties as assigned by the Institutional Development Director
Requirements:
University graduate with at least 3 years of solid experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, etc.
Hands-on experience in a non-profit organization fundraising is preferred
Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds internally and externally
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Experience in working with local, mainland, and international communities
Knowledge in design, website management, database management, customer/donor support, and event management will be a definite advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet expected timelines
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer
Immediate availability is preferred
Officer / Assistant Officer, IT (2-yr Contact)
Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support to users, assist systems and network support
Participate in and assist with end-to-end IT projects as a software developer/programmer, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the success of projects
Ensure application availability and perform system maintenance, undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Maintain inventory record of computer facilities, IT assets and licenses
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Information Technology / Computer Science
Experience in web development or programming knowledge is an advantage
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication, problem-solving & time management skills

Officer, Communications
Responsibilities:
Assist in promotional events and publicity efforts
Responsible for drafting and distributing various promotional materials, including brochures and press releases, and dispatching them to the public and media
Proofread content on social media and the company website for accuracy
Prepare internal reports as required
Organize, update, and archive all documents related to the communications department
Assist in managing inventory, including publications and promotional items
Regularly check and respond to inquiries from the public and media email accounts to ensure prompt replies
Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with media, corporate partners, and stakeholders
Handle general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Degree holder in language, history, journalism, or communications preferred

Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Effective team player with strong coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
