Responsibilities:
Carry out research in assigned policy areas such as land and housing, economic development, healthcare and ageing, education and innovation, and social/ cultural developments
Work with some of the most renowned scholars, experts and leaders in specific public policy areas in conducting research and devising recommendations
Handle writing, editing and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduates or post-graduates with exceptionally strong academic credentials from renowned universities
Proven solid research experience and outstanding project management skills
Excellent organizational, research, writing and computer skills
Self-motivated, diligent, intellectually curious, open-minded, practical and thorough
Capable of multi-tasking and working to very tight timeline
A strong awareness and interest in public policies and issues, as well as a genuine passion for the long-term well-being of Hong Kong
Officer, Events Management and Collaboration
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute various events, including forums, conferences and corporate functions
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines and resources
Coordinate with vendors, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Oversee event registration processes and manage attendee communications
Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners
Identify and propose potential collaboration opportunities for programs and events
Lead specific community collaboration initiatives and outreach programs
Requirements:
Degree holder in communications, marketing or related discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience covering event & project management as well as stakeholders’ communications and engagement, preferably in associations, chambers of commerce or business-related fields
Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
A hands-on and detailed-oriented person with high accuracy
Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese typing is preferred

Officer / Senior Officer, Editorial
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and producing a range of editorial content and publication projects
Editing, copywriting, and proofreading bilingual texts, while contributing ideas for the visual and graphic presentation of research reports
Managing editorial workflows to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
Review and edit content to ensure the highest quality, including content accuracy, precise language
Coordinate editorial workflows for print and digital products to ensure timely production
Assistant in translating, editing and proofreading printed publications and e-materials for public policy, Chinese cultural related and current issue related materials
Writing and refining corporate publications and documents, including annual reports, brochures, and various types of speeches
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
A university degree preferably in Chinese or English Language, Communications, Journalism, Publishing, Creative Media, Translation, or other related disciplines
At least 6 years of work experience in editing, corporate communications, or a related publishing field
Experience in English educational publishing, with strong editorial and project management skills
Working knowledge of layout design and printing processes, with the ability to effectively manage production workflows
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of precise proofreading and editing of dual-language content
A sharp eye for detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive working attitude; detail‑oriented and equipped with strong communication skills
Awareness of current affairs and relevant industry trends is preferred
More experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Officer position
Officer / Senior Officer, Communications and Marketing
Responsibilities:
Compose, edit, translate and proofread various bilingual materials, including press releases, speeches, op-ed, annual reports, event promotional publications, and video scripts
Plan and create compelling content and videos for social media platforms to enhance branding
Develop and implement promotion marketing plans, including market promotion strategies and event publicity campaigns
Assist in News monitoring, op-ed research and pitching
Communicate and maintain a good relationship with media
Provide on-site support for events and assist with PR and digital tasks
Support other departments on cross-team projects and handle ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, language or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience in media/corporate communication/public relations/public affairs
Familiar with China and Hong Kong current issue
Familiarity with media/press related workflows
Experience with content creation/media is a plus
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Detail-oriented, well-organized, efficient project and time management
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
