Officer - Property Management (HK)

Job Duties:

  • Deliver a high-quality service of property management for shopping malls, fresh markets and car parks

  • Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard and regulation

  • Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy

  • Provide administration support in management office

  • Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma / Higher Certificate in Property Management, Housing Management, Estate Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in property management, fresh graduate will be also considered

  • Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance, security and guarding laws is a plus

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Property Management.

Manager - Corporate Brand

Role Objective

This is an exciting opportunity to join Link’s Corporate Brand team which develops and executes branding strategy and corporate events aligned with Link’s business objectives. The person hired for the role will be responsible for managing the corporate brand communications, including but not limited to branded content, visual identity, branding events and other innovative initiatives, in collaboration with various internal and external parties. 

Job Duties:

  • Plan and execute the production of brand communication content in various formats 

  • Formulate and implement branding events and corresponding communication collaterals. 

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders such as content contributors, exhibits suppliers, event partners, creative agencies, media solution providers, and so forth to develop and deploy branding content.  

  • Draft plans and reports for internal communication 

  • Undertake relevant research, archives and corresponding administrative tasks. 

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably major in journalism, communication, advertising or creative media. 

  • Minimum ten (10) years of work experience, with eight (8) of which in brand marketing or corporate event planning. 

  • A self-starter who has good appetite for new ideas and attempts 

  • A strong team player with strong people and presentation skills.

  • A problem solver. Fast in thinking and meticulous in execution. 

  • Proactive and highly adaptive in fast changing environment

  • Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English language skills a must. Proficiency in Putonghua

Assistant Manager - Business Applications

Role Objective

Participate in the implementation, rollout and ongoing support of Link’s SuccessFactors & D365 ERP, work with business units and IT BA team on business processes and system analysis, active participation in the implementation and rollout to HK, Mainland China & Overseas including but not limited to business requirements analysis, system analysis, system configurations and customizations, data management, vendor management, on-going support management, reporting, etc.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and develop the ERP platform, provide enhancement, support and maintenance of the ERP systems.

  • Develop trusted working relationships with ERP Tower Lead, business stakeholders and key users, internal IT resources and external vendors.

  • Partner with key Business Users from Finance & Procurement and other business departments as needed in documenting and analysing as-is processes and business rules and designing future to-be processes. 

  • Ensure business requirements are fully understood, documented, analysed and validated by all parties.

  • During implementation, provide support to stakeholders in helping them mediate and resolve issues/conflicts, obtain consensus on any changes in system scope & requirements and seek approval of change requests.

  • Participate in enterprise integration projects, ensure system integrates seamlessly with existing IT systems and applications.

  • Facilitate the development and review of the functional specs and technical specs to ensure it covers all requirements and meets the success criteria before signing off by reviewers.

  • Ensure traceability tracking of all requirements across all related deliverables and work products across project lifecycle including functional specs, technical specs, test scripts, training materials, UAT and go live signoffs.

  • Perform test planning and execution of test activities (including but not limited to SIT, UAT, data migration test, performance test, etc.)

  • Provide coordination on requirements collection, user acceptance testing (UAT), application rollout, day-to-day applications operation & support, system maintenance and system enhancements.

  • Develop or review of project plans, test plans, design specifications and other project documentations.

  • Assist users to achieve their business strategies and objectives through IT solutions.

  • Office base in Hong Kong and visit China & Overseas offices when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent discipline

  • Knowledge of business analysis best practices, and application and system integration methodologies

  • 5 years of experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably with rollouts in multiple geographic locations

  • Ability to introduce new ways of working, influence behaviours, achieve sustainable change adoption to a diverse range of end users 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of resources between internal and external teams

  • Proactive and able to drive changes

  • Solid ERP project experience, with hands-on knowledge in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.

  • Solid Experience on X++ and MS SQL database management skill.

  • Knowledge in Finance & Procurement modules highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese with different level of users and vendors in resolving business problems.

  • Good communication in Mandarin would be an added advantage

  • Solid project management skills, preferably with PMP and/or Agile PM qualification is preferred.
