Officer - Property Management (HK)

Job Duties:

  • Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned asset 

  • Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard 

  • Comply with Company Policy & Procedures on daily operation

  • Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy

  • Handle tenancy matters including rental collection, repossession & handover of premises, enforcement action against tenancy agreement, etc

  • Provide administration support in management office

  • Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the team 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in property management

  • Tier 1/Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Senior Analyst / Associate - Product Strategy

Role Objective

As a Product Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of investment strategies for our fund business. You will work closely with the Head of Product Strategy and the investment team to analyse market trends, develop product offerings, and support investor relations and capital raising activities.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of investment theses and product offerings for new and existing funds.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

  • Conduct market research to identify capital flow trends and prospective investors

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, pitch books, and investor communications.

  • Collaborate with the investment team to gather and analyse portfolio data, providing insights on performance and market conditions.

  • Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials and responses to investor inquiries.

  • Track and analyse investor interest and feedback to inform future product development.

  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Support the administration and optimization of the CRM system and data room

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate, investment management, financial analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PPT and a good understanding of financial models.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage internal and external stakeholder communications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow up proactively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus.

  • Experience in the fund management industry or a related field.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations tools.

Part-time Learning Administrator

Role Objective

Responsible for supporting and implementing activities on leadership, talent and learning development. 

Job Duties:

Talent & Learning Management Administration

  • Management of talent KPIs, learning statistics and development records, ensuring accuracy of data and timely process of reports.

  • Facilitates processing of learning vendor registration, procurement and vendor records management.

  • Work as team member of talent and learning projects, when assigned.

Learning Programme Administration

  • Administering of L&D interventions as per plan including training sessions, including tracking of programme completion, evaluation scores and learning KPIs including hours.

  • Assume the role of administrator on execution of learning events inclusive of promotion and enrolment, set up support, resource management and evaluation records.

  • Support e-learning modules launch inclusive of record management, enrolment and consolidation of reports, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System and LinkedIn Learning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (English and Mandarin; written and oral).

  • Strong planning, and organization skills, with ability to manage multiple streams of work, prioritize tasks and work well with others in a dynamic environment.

  • Good with managing details and possess problem-solving capabilities.

  • High degree of reliability and a collaborative team player.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with online graphic tools, such as Canva and in SuccessFactors Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
