Assistant Manager - Fresh Market Leasing

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing leasing strategies, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Company’s retail portfolio and market facilities

  • Lead a team of leasing professionals to research and conduct rental assessments and valuation services with a view to attain maximum investment yield from the leasing activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines

  • HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred

  • At least 7 years’ solid leasing experience in leading property developers will be an advantage and preferably related to retail shopping centre, with at least 2 years in managerial level

  • Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants

  • Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness

  • A team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills

Senior Associate - Strategic Investment

Role Objectives

The Senior Associate - Strategic Investment will play an integral role in executing and implementing the investment management strategies for Link’s capital partnerships. The position offers comprehensive engagement with diversified real estate portfolio management and collaborative opportunities with global institutional investors, investment partners, and operators. This position will support the senior management team at Link.

Job Duties:

  • Support the development and strategic execution of capital partnerships for both current and prospective investments

  • Conduct portfolio management for capital partnerships, developing and executing approved strategic plans 

  • Track performance of capital partnership portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial and operational benchmarks for underlying assets and respective asset classes

  • Formulate and implement annual business plan tailored for capital partnerships, and regular reporting of periodic portfolio assessments, asset evaluations and fund performances

  • Engage with and manage relationships with external parties, including institutional investors, investment partners, operating partners, and third-party vendors

  • Continuously monitor the portfolio, analyzing internal data and comparing against key global real estate market trends and sector performance

  • Assist the management team in relation to real estate acquisitions, due diligence, and asset disposition strategy

  • Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required to support the management objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, surveying, business or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of fund/partnership management experience in real estate fund, private equity or joint venture

  • Advanced finance and accounting knowledge and CFA holder is a plus

  • Well-versed in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI), financial modelling and presentation skills

  • Excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure

  • Business acumen, meticulous, thorough and able to work both independently and in a team

Assistant Officer - Fresh Market Leasing

Job Duties:

  • Assist in new tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation, marketing analysis compilation

  • Monitor variances in various leasing control parameters such as income receivable, vacancy, trends, price, competition and customer turnover

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above

  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in property leasing

  • Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with shopping mall or fresh market experience is advantageous

  • Proactive and have good connections with retailers and property agencies

  • Good PC skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Senior Executive, Management Reporting

Accountabilities and Scope

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports of the SG regional centre, including analysis of actual performance & budget, identification and investigation of significant variances

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including consolidation of budget and preparation of reports for budget review

  • Support the preparation of cashflow forecast and reporting

  • Business partner with business unit and other key stakeholders across the Group; provide market benchmarking and business insights, and finance-related analysis and recommendations

  • Work with IT & business users to implement dashboards or other solution to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity

  • Support tax planning and submissions

  • Assist with financial projections for projects and investments if any

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Profile of Successful Candidate

  • Degree in Accountancy / Banking & Finance / Economics or equivalent qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred

  • Detail-oriented, team player but independent, and analytical with good problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical, meticulous, positive disposition and a passion for continuous improvement

Senior Officer - Project (HK)

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for project planning and management of different scale of projects in shopping centres, car parks and office commercial buildings

  • Coordinate with colleagues from inter-departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to carry out works within scheduled programme

  • Work independently with thoughtful of mindset to monitor the projects and avoid disturbance to daily operation of the business

  • Preparation of works order or tender document and update the expenditure and project progress

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Construction Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2-5 years post experience preferable gained in property developer, consultancy firm or property/facilities management company

  • Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures; experience in Minor Works/A&A submission/approval procedure is preferable

  • Be a good team player with good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.

  • Familiar in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Words, Excel and AutoCAD is preferable

Senior Manager/Manager - Marketing (HK)

Job Duties:

  • Direct and lead team in developing and implementing long-term marketing plan and marketing programmes including sales driven promotions, PR events, stage shows, in-mall decorations and social media promotions

  • Develop tactical work plan and monitor advertising & event agencies to ensure an effective execution

  • Keep close to market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies

  • Explore collaboration opportunities with tenants, business partners and new affiliate partners to nurture new joint-promotion possibilities

  • Collaborate with internal parties to ensure all leveraging programs are developed in alignment with the marketing plan

  • Manage campaigns’ budgets and maintain a high cost effectiveness for ROI

  • Work with Digital Marketing team to achieve the engagement of LINK digital marketing platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Media Communication, Marketing or related disciplines

  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience with at least 4 years at a managerial level, preferably in developers, leading event, PR or advertising agencies.

  • Solid experience in event marketing, brand building, advertising and media planning

  • Strong connections in media network, particularly with lifestyle pages and various new media would be an advantage

  • Good analytical, negotiation & interpersonal skills and able to foster a drive towards business partnership, learning, achievement and teamwork

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Mandarin

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager - Marketing 

Legal Secretary

Role Objective

To assist and provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Department. 

Job Duties:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal (Corporate & Investment) Department:

    • schedule meetings, handling incoming calls and maintain master filing and control of departmental records; 

    • monitor work schedule of the Department; 

    • maintain procurement record, including stationery ordering, purchase order preparation and tracking;

    • maintain leave records and act as training coordinator for the team;

    • handle travel arrangements and prepare expenses claims;

    • provide supports on audit projects when needed, such as conducting researches, audit testing;

    • assist in reporting matters and preparation of presentation slides.

 

  • Handle ad hoc tasks: 

    • maintain equipment list for the department; 

    • organise off-site team building activities; 

    • assist in on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement such as administrative orientation, grant of access right; 

    • act as department coordinator in company activities/ initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HKALE / DSE level or above.

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of administrative and secretarial work experience, preferably in in-house legal department, laws firms or listed company.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast-learner.

  • Meticulous, patient and independent.

  • Bi-lingual in English and Chinese.  

  • Good command of Putonghua is an advantage.  

  • Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiar with Chinese input.

Officer - Property Management

Job Duties:

  • Deliver a high-quality service of property management for shopping malls, fresh markets and car parks

  • Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard and regulation

  • Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy

  • Provide administration support in management office

  • Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma / Higher Certificate in Property Management, Housing Management, Estate Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in property management, fresh graduate will be also considered

  • Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance, security and guarding laws is a plus

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Property Management.
