Administration Assistant

Closing Date of Application: 19 August 2025

Responsibilities:

  • To provide front desk services and ensure front desk area is tidy and safe 

  • To attend incoming calls and direct them to subject officers as necessary

  • To support new staff onboarding including photo taking, access card arrangement etc.

  • To handle incoming and outgoing mail with proper record

  • To handle procurement & invoice verification

  • To update report and record

  • To handle other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education

  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably with experience in front desk services

  • Hands-on PC knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word & Excel


Officer, Payroll and Accounting

Closing Date of Application: 24 August 2025

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in payroll processing including salary and allowances payments, and provident fund contributions

  • To keep proper and accurate payroll accounting records

  • To prepare tax returns to the Inland Revenue Department

  • To prepare reports and analysis related to staff costs

  • To process payments and other financial transactions, and ensure that they are properly supported, authorised and processed in accordance with URA’s policies and procedures

  • To assist in document management and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines with minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
    OR Higher Diploma/Associate Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Sound knowledge of relevant provisions in the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance, Employment Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in financial management and payroll systems, e.g. Workday and MRC

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
