Senior Officer, Building Rehabilitation (2-year contract)
Closing Date of Application: 17 March 2026
Responsibilities:
To assist in monitoring and administering the process of individual loan and grant applications of rehabilitation schemes
To assist in ensuring the loan and grant applications are properly checked and handled in accordance with the internal control procedures and timeline
To maintain accurate and up-to-date database of each loan and grant application received and approved
To meet with borrowers / grantees on signing of loan / grant applications on-site during or after office hours
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Certificate with 5 years working experience or Degree holder (or equivalent) with 3 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Chinese word processing
Good computer knowledge, especially in Excel and Word
Experience in customer services would be an advantage
The appointment will be made on a 2-year fixed-term contract, which may be renewable subject to appointee’s performance, the Authority’s business needs, and other relevant factors.
Manager, Works and Contracts (3-year contract)

Responsibilities:
To manage the implementation of self-developed project, joint venture development projects, revitalisation projects, constructions works such as in-house development projects, fitting out works, alteration and retrofitting works, demolition works and repair works undertaken by the Authority
To provide project management services for the building and construction projects of the Authority such as project administration, project design, compliance monitoring, contract management, cost monitoring, procurement of consultancy services / contractors / construction contracts, and contract administration
To examine and review proposals from JV partners, design and planning from consultants, standards and quality requirements
To monitor site progress and performance of consultants and contractors
To provide technical inputs in projects as required
To check and vet the conceptual design, schematic/sketch design, working details, shop drawings etc. and to provide alternative design options as when required with the consideration of cost effectiveness with design intent kept intact
To monitor project against programme and budget
Requirements:
Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines
Recognized professional qualifications in Architecture, e.g. HKIA or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in building / construction field with not less than 4 year’s post-qualification experience
Good knowledge in property development
Knowledge and proficiency in design software/programme, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, AI model & etc.

Manager, Property and Land (Placemaking)
Closing Date of Application: 16 March 2026
Responsibilities:
Formulate data-driven placemaking strategies and lead the end-to-end implementation of programmes. Oversee the appointment, performance, and KPIs of placemaking partners and operators
Oversee the daily operations and activation of community spaces. Act as a central hub to collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external stakeholders for successful event execution
Proactively cultivate relationships with partner organisations to develop collaborative programmes that amplify the Authority's placemaking impact
Conduct comprehensive reviews of projects regarding budget, operational efficiency, and KPIs , while ensuring strict adherence to corporate governance and compliance standards
Supervise, mentor, and motivate supporting teams to foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning
To undertake other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree holder in Urban Studies, Placemaking, Real Estate, Business, PR & Marketing, Event & Curatorship, Art & Cultures, Heritage or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity in marketing, events & exhibitions management, arts and cultural programmes, or related fields
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from conception to delivery, with strong analytical skills in reviewing budget, efficiency, and KPIs
Solid professional network with NGOs, arts/cultural groups, and vendors , coupled with in-depth knowledge of current social, artistic, and technology trends
A mature, inspiring, and resilient leader who is passionate about placemaking. Highly organised and capable of working independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , with a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
