Manager, Information Technology

Responsibilities:
Manage digital transformation projects service delivery, testing and post-production support
Plan, setup and manage application support process including handling enquiries and arranging trainings
Support system development by liaising with end-users to define requirements, performing system analysis and design, and formalising the process through the preparation of specifications and documentation
Manage the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into IT systems and services by defining a strategic AI roadmap, designing and implementing robust generative AI solutions (such as RAG and prompt engineering), implementing LLMOps practices, and ensuring the data and infrastructure are in place to enable scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise-wide adoption
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external development team for program development and issue resolution
Analyse, plan and implement system enhancements
Leverage advanced data science approaches, including statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics, to generate insights that support data-driven decision-making and support the development of corporate-wide analytics projects and data strategy
Review and advise on application development, system and network capacity planning, hardware and software system performance standards, programming standards, scope of project documentation and control procedures
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines. Holder of master’s degree will have an advantage.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience
Experience in managing development team(s), and designing development processes, structures, and best practices
Experience in solution design and business process design in transforming manual processes to system processes for enterprise scale systems.
Demonstratable experience in delivering AI / Machine Learning / LLM solutions with hands-on proficiency with Python and common AI/ML frameworks and tools
Proficiency in MS Office, BI, workflow design and visualization tools
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the supervisors, including schedule management, handling manuscripts and documents, etc.
Provide administrative support to the daily operations of the Acquisition & Clearance Division, such as handling incoming correspondence, filing documents, and ordering stationery
Maintain the filing system and establish filing procedures to ensure efficient document retrieval
Provide support for meetings, including venue reservations and setup, preparation of materials, papers, briefing notes, minutes, and documents, etc.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors courteously and professionally
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to meet the Authority's needs
Requirements:
Completed secondary education with secretarial training
3 to 4 years of relevant secretarial and administrative work experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Hands-on PC knowledge; well-versed in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
