Senior Officer, Treasury and Funding (3-year contract)

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate daily cashflow forecasts to ascertain the requirement of bank deposits/investments or borrowings
Analyse interest rate quotations and prepare reports, negotiate deposit rates, and ensure precise and timely communication with banks
Facilitate KYC compliance such as updating authorized signatory lists and managing FATCA & CRS declarations etc.
Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow positions and payment patterns for redevelopment projects
Maintain proper bond issuance, loans, deposit and investment records in treasury and accounting systems. Ensure market data, bond issuance and loans transactions information are up to date in the treasury system
Prepare and coordinate the information required for the annual and interim credit rating review
Prepare presentation materials and management reports related to investment and treasury matters and funding activities
Provide administrative support and perform any ad hoc assignments and tasks as directed by supervisors
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the Finance / Treasury / Banking fields
Good understanding in loans, bonds, investment and treasury products
Good written and spoken command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg etc.
The appointment will be made on a 3-year fixed-term contract, which may be renewable subject to appointee’s performance, the Authority’s business needs, and other relevant factors.
Manager / Assistant Manager, Works and Contracts (3-year contract)

Responsibilities:
To manage the implementation of joint venture development projects, revitalisation projects, constructions works such as in-house development projects, fitting out works, alteration and retrofitting works, demolition works and repair works, and transitional housing projects undertaken by the Authority
To provide project management services for the building and construction projects of the Authority such as project administration, compliance monitoring, contract management, cost monitoring, procurement of consultancy services / contractors / construction contracts, and contract administration
To examine and review proposals JV partners, design and planning from consultants, standards and quality requirements
To monitor site progress and performance of consultants and contractors
To liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders on different revitalisation and transitional housing projects such as District Councils, NGOs, architects, planners, surveyors and engineers for the design and implementation
To provide design and technical inputs in projects as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in relevant building / construction discipline or equivalent
Relevant professional qualifications (MHKIA) or other equivalent professional qualifications
Not less than 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in building construction field
Good knowledge in property development
Knowledge and proficiency in design software / programme e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. and will be an advantage
Experience in design-and-build construction will also be an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager, Works and Contracts (3-year contract).
