Manager, Business Development

Duties

Do you have a knack for turning prospects into partners? We are looking for a motivate and strategic Business Development Manager to handle our marketing services and rental services.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new marketing services and venue rental services from the first touchpoint to a successful handoff. You will leverage your expertise in proactive outreach, utilize CRM, and targeted campaign execution to generate leads and convert prospects. What You'll Do:

  • Drive new marketing services and venue rental services growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to attract and engage potential stakeholders.

  • Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve new services and exceed targets.

  • Utilize our CRM pipeline, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.

  • Occasional travel will be required and other duties assigned by supervisors.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing services, venue rental services, or advertising services.

  • A proven performer with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus.

  • A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Skilled in cold outreach and data-driven sales strategic. Knowledge in CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Human Resources Officer

Duties

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team during an exciting period of transition and growth. This role is essential to our daily operations, providing a bridge between high-level HR strategy and the critical administrative functions that support our employees.

The success candidate will play a key role in maintaining our HR standard and supporting several high-impact projects, including a major HIRIS data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talen Acquisition and Lifecyle: Manage end-to-end recruitment support, including job posting, and coordinating interview arrangements for hiring managers. Handle the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a professional experience for all staff.

  • HRIS & Data Management: Act as the primary administrator for our HRIS, ensuring 100% data integrity.

  • Compensation & Benefit Process monthly payroll and manage benefits enrollment with high accuracy. Maintain all employee records in compliance with local labor laws.

  • Project Supports: Assist in the HR Projects to align policies across the organization.

  • L&D and ER support: Coordinate logistic for Learning & Development (L&D) events and provide administrative support Employee Relations (ER) matters, including documentation for disciplinary or grievance meetings.

  • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, time-off, and general benefits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with HRIS data management or system migration.

  • Legel Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skill to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Language: Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus.
