Training Academy Consultant Duties

The Role

You will lead the strategic evolution of the Academy, moving beyond simple workshops to a formal, accredited framework. Your goal is to build a sustainable business model by designing high-impact training for SMEs and large corporations while securing government funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Growth: Lead the transition to professional accreditation and formal certification frameworks.

  • Business Development: Design bespoke training solutions and innovative sales packages, such as corporate retainers.

  • Program Management: Manage the full lifecycle of open enrollment programs, leadership courses, and flagship awards.

  • Operational Excellence: Modernize workflows and digital systems to ensure Academy scalability and efficiency.

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Director in translating high-level vision into cross-divisional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Education, or Training & Development.

  • Experience: 6–8 years in training management, corporate learning, or professional development.

  • Track Record: Proven success in program marketing, revenue generation, and client relationship management.

  • Skills: Strong project management and ability to lead teams independently.

  • Languages: Excellent English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage

Event Production Assistant (AV & Digital Content)

Duties

We are looking for a dynamic and technically-minded Event Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is a multi-disciplinary role perfect for someone who loves the energy of live events and has a sharp eye for capturing and editing digital content. You will be responsible for ensuring our technical setups are flawless and our event highlights are captured for social media impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site AV Support: Assist in the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment (mics, mixers, projectors, LED walls, and sound systems) during live events.

  • Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality event photos and raw video footage. Focus on creating engaging Reels/TikTok style short-form content.

  • Post-Production: Edit photos for clarity and brand consistency. Cut and assemble video footage into highlight reels, social media clips, and promotional videos.

  • On-site Operations: Assist the Event Manager with logistics, equipment inventory, and vendor coordination during move-in and move-out.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Creative Media, Event Management, Audio-Visual Production, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in event production or multimedia (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).

  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut (Video) and Lightroom/Photoshop (Photo) or other comparable software

  • Familiarity with AV hardware (PA systems, wireless mics, basic lighting consoles).

  • Good command of Cantonese and English.
