Personal Data Assistant

Monthly salary ranging from $23,585 to $35,080

Requirements

a) A good Bachelor’s Degree in a recognised university in Hong Kong or a university in a common law jurisdiction;

b) A Level 2 result in the Use of English paper and a Level 2 result in the Use of Chinese paper in the Common Recruitment Examination, or preferably Grade “C” or above in Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), or Grade “5” or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent, or an overall band score of 6.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with the Writing Sub-test score not lower than 6; good command of written and spoken Chinese, preferably Grade “C” or above in HKALE, or Grade “5” or above in HKDSE, or equivalent;

c) A minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing, events management, corporate communications, media, public relations or corporate training. Fresh university graduates or candidates with less experience with a good Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields in a recognised university in Hong Kong or a university in a common law jurisdiction will also be considered.

Expectations

a) Good command of both English and Chinese;

b) Good computer skills in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing;

c) Experience in marketing, events management, corporate communications, media, public relations or corporate training is an advantage;

d) Positive, diligent, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills; and

e) Strong communications and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.

Major Duties

• To support event coordination and handle logistics arrangements for PCPD’s educational and promotional events, including seminars, workshops, webinars and publicity campaigns;

• To assist in the production and distribution of PCPD’s publications;

• To draft and prepare PCPD’s promotional and educational materials, including e-newsletters, event invitations, website content and social media posts;

• To update PCPD’s website and social media platforms;

• To conduct training courses and seminars;

• To assist in monitoring media coverage and prepare clippings report;

• To handle basic written and oral enquiries; and

• To support other administrative duties for day-to-day operation within the team.

Remuneration Package

The successful candidate will be rewarded with commensurate remuneration package with monthly salary ranging from $23,585 to $35,080. He or she will be appointed on 2 years’ contract terms. In addition to 5-day week, we provide annual leave, medical and dental insurance benefits and contribution to Mandatory Provident Fund
