Assistant Shipping Supervisor (Ref. No. : ASS/06/2026)

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking documents
Coordinate with the factory, Sales Department and shipping agents for local and overseas shipment arrangements
Update and handle the shipping documents in the ERP system
Coordinate with the Accounting Department and related departments to monitor payment status
Assist the Senior Shipping Supervisor in handling daily shipping operations
Perform ad hoc assignments as required by seniors

Requirements:

University degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing & FMCG industry
Able to handle full set of shipping and banking documents independently
Knowledgeable in I/E procedures and regulations, import duties, Tradelink declarations and the ERP system
Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Detail-minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Immediate availability is preferred

QC Technician (Ref. No.:QCT/06/2026)

The incumbent will be responsible for performing quality control operations in compliance with the company requirements and GMP guideline.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing sampling, calibration of equipments, daily quality control of the starting materials, finished products and other laboratory analysis.
Assist the Department Head in dealing with GMP documentation & implementation work.
Assist in testing method development and validation activities.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Chinese medicines field / Pharmaceutical / Food Science / Chemistry / Biology or other related disciplines.
Preferably with working experiences in analytical instruments, knowledge of GMP, HACCP or ISO quality systems.
Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to work overtime.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
Fresh graduates would also be considered.
Immediately available is preferable.
