Sales Manager (Ref. No.:SM/05/2025)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives

  • Achieve assigned sales target within A&P expenses budget

  • Distributor selection, assessment and management

  • Prepare annual sales budget, analyses, business reviews and promotion plan for the assigned accounts

  • Prepare and implement new product launch plan and work closely with marketing team to generate concepts for campaigns and sales activities

  • Explore business opportunities beyond existing markets or portfolio

  • Manage internal sales operation

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 8 years’ experience in FMCG industry in key account or distributor management; with marketing or trade marketing experience a plus

  • Knowledge in international trade and omni-channel marketing an additional advantage

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Meticulous and analytical

  • Positive, self-motivated with high level of integrity

  • A proactive team player with good communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus 

  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

  • Willing to travel

Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager (Ref. No.:AHRAM/05/2025)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Department to manage full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relation

  • Oversee the general office administration

  • Ensure all human resources and administration functions are operated in compliance with legal legislation

  • Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • At least 8 years' relevant experience of which minimum 3 years’ experience at supervisory level

  • Hands on experience in supervising a human resources & administration team

  • Familiar with HK labour ordinance and sound knowledge of PRC labour law

  • Self motivated and able to perform multi-task to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff at all levels

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

SR. QC Technician / QC Technician (Ref. No.:SQCT/QC/05/2025)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing sampling, calibration of equipment, daily quality control of the starting materials, finished products and other laboratory analysis

  • Assist the Quality Control Manager in dealing with GMP documentation and implementation work

  • Assist in testing method development and validation activities

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Chinese medicines field / Pharmaceutical / Food Science / Chemistry / Biology or other related disciplines

  • At least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or food industry

  • Preferably with working experiences in analytical instruments, knowledge of GMP, HACCP or ISO quality systems

  • Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to work overtime 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as QC Technician

  • Immediately available is preferable 

Asst. Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive (Ref. No.:AMM/SME/05/2025)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head of Department to oversee regional brand management in PRC market

  • Implement marketing campaigns and product development

  • Contribute to production of advertising creative material e.g. digital video, TV commercial, social media content, below-the-line material and product packaging, etc.

  • Analyze media recommendations

  • Maintain websites, social media fanpages and e-commerce platform 

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis

  • Assist in exhibition management, premium & POSM materials sourcing

  • Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by seniors

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with at least 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in Media agency or Marketing field

  • A proactive team player with good problem solving skill and communication skill

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Willing to travel PRC

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
