Branch Operation and Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise branch operation team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services
Assist the Branch Manager to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans
Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Negotiate, coordinate and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to enhance teamwork
Develop long-term banking relationships with customers, identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services,
Handle customers’ complaints, monitor the service quality and strive for continuous improvement
Monitor branch operation to ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI
At least 5 years relevant experience in banking, in which at least 1 year management experience;
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Assistant Relationship Manager, Business Banking
Responsibilities:
Assist in Business Integrated Account (BIA) opening and other KYC actions
Attend client meeting with senior CRM and assist in document preparation, logistics management and other tasks assigned
Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the SME Banking business segment
Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers
Requirements:
Degree holder or above (ideally in Business Administration, Finance or business-related disciplines)
Prior internship experience in the SME Banking business segment is a plus
Good knowledge of the corporate banking and treasury products and services
Familiar with the general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements
Previous exposure to the preparation of credit proposals
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
