Senior / Business Development Manager - Digital Project
Job Description:
Source, identify and shortlist the potential partners to co-create the integrated solutions for enhancing the end-to-end customer journey
Owned the partnership management cycle and covers the partner onboarding relevant tasks to fulfil the internal governance framework
Conduct iterative research on the latest Fintech development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives for the ecosystem
Track and analyse the business performance
Support the user requirement collection and UAT in Agile environment
Comply with relevant regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal guidelines and policies
Requirements:
Degree or above with major in e-Commerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, Event Management or related disciplines
Min. 8 years of relevant working experience
An established network in property industry is a plus
Demonstrate track record in building and nurturing relationships at all level
Excellent communication skill and with team-work spirit
Have can-do attitude and willing to the extra mile
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager

Product Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Promote the development of credit card and payment business in Southeast Asia according to the overall requirements of the Group and current development of the Southeast Asian branches, including continuous optimization of business strategies and action plans to ensure that the Southeast Asian branches effectively implement differentiated development.
Regularly track key indicators and business progress to support Southeast Asia in achieving business goals.
Prepare various special projects, including meeting arrangements, drafting presentation and report writing, and monitor the implementation of various implementation stages.
Understand training and communication needs of various branches, formulate strategies, coordinate resources, improve management and business guidance and communication.
Responsible for product development in Southeast Asia, providing support to business units in various regions for new products and services, coordinating or conducting product development work such as product prototype development, user acceptance, risk inspection, trial production and market testing.
Requirements:
Degree or above ( Economics, Management, IT, English or other related majors).
3 years or above relevant working experience.
Have experience in credit card and payment services.
Good communication skills and presentation skills, fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus, good report and writing skills.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian market environment and regional project management knowledge is preferred.

Business Technology Manager (Innovation and Digital Transformation)
Job responsibilities:
Work on multiple innovation and digital transformation projects to align with technology and business roadmaps of the Bank.
Provide the end-to-end project support including requirement definition, solutions analysis, testing and deliverables preparation.
Proficient to develop project plan, keep track the progress of projects to meet the project schedules, and deliver project deliverables as planned.
Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of post-qualification IT project management or business analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services industries.
Understanding of strategy planning, digital transformation, FinTech, RegTech, and other technologies etc.
Good knowledge of emerging technologies such as Metaverse, NFT and industry trends is a great plus.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Technology Manager.
