(Senior) Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment

  • Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers

  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance

  • Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority

  • Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality

  • Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior teammates

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in the Commercial Banking business segment

  • Good knowledge of the corporate banking and treasury products and services

  • Familiar with the general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements

  • Previous exposure to the preparation of credit proposals

  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

(Team Head) Business Development Manager (Card Portfolio)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate  credit card portfolio growth strategy, identify key drivers to grow and implement programs to growth card portfolio, probability to achieve KPIs on  Credit Card Interest Income, Card Installment sales volume, Interest Bearing AR balance and overall Credit Card AR balance;

  • Lead and drive product strategies on card loan features and roll out marketing programs, design segmentation and personalized product pricing, develop new initiatives for card lending products etc ;

  • Drive digital initiatives including customer targeting, digital customer journey and digital onboarding ,  eChannel specific incentive programs in order to increase digital channel contribution to overall business and deliver excellence customer experience

  • Work closely with data analytic team to define target segments, conduct portfolio analysis and utilize big data in formulating customer segmentations

  • Co-ordinate and work closely with different sales channels including branch, inbound & outbound sales team and digital channels; monitor channel performance &  effectiveness

  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and increase market competitiveness

  • Co-ordinate and work closely with  various internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery on initiatives  & integrated marketing programs

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above;

  • More than 5 years’ experience in Banking / Finance is preferred (ideally in credit card, loan on card / unsecured lending) ;

  • Digital mindset, great sense of ownership and attentive to details

  • Self-motivated, strong marketing and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good at using English / Chinese Word Processing tools;

  • Less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
