Responsibilities

Handle daily counter transactions (including cash deposits/withdrawals, bill acceptance, transfers, time deposits, remittance services, etc.), customer enquiries and internal documentation at branches
Conduct product selling and client referral as required

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above
Customer-centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

Contract Assistant, Private Banking (Client Relationship Management)

Responsibilities:

Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support on-going sales business development and support front line
Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

Requirements:

Higher Diploma Holder or above
Relevant experience in banking industry
Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
