Branch Operation and Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch operation team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services

  • Assist the Branch Manager to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans

  • Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Negotiate, coordinate and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to enhance teamwork

  • Develop long-term banking relationships with customers, identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services,

  • Handle customers’ complaints, monitor the service quality and strive for continuous improvement

  • Monitor branch operation to ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements

  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in banking, in which at least 1 year management experience;  

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing


Assistant Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Business Integrated Account (BIA) opening and other KYC actions

  • Attend client meeting with senior CRM and assist in document preparation, logistics management and other tasks assigned

  • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the SME Banking business segment

  • Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above (ideally in Business Administration, Finance or business-related disciplines)

  • Prior internship experience in the SME Banking business segment is a plus

  • Good knowledge of the corporate banking and treasury products and services

  • Familiar with the general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements

  • Previous exposure to the preparation of credit proposals

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus

    處理客戶每日櫃台交易(包括現金收付、入票、轉帳、定期、匯款等的工作)、客戶查詢及內部文書工作

  • Cross-sell retail banking products
    銷售及轉介工作

崗位要求:

  • Secondary School graduate or above
    中學文憑或以上程度

  • Strong sales and service  orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills
    具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務意識

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua
    具良好的中、英文閱讀、書寫及普通話表達能力
