Assistant Audit Manager / Audit Manager (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various internal audit engagements in Corporate Banking sector from planning, risk assessment, fieldwork to reporting

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement and provide sound recommendations

  • Provide business stakeholders with recommendations on how to improve efficiency or optimize business processes

  • Support ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, Risk Management or related disciplines

  • 3 years’ or above experience in auditing (preferably with sizable audit firm) or in financial services industry.

  • Solid experience in Corporate Banking sector (including corporate lending, trade finance, transaction banking, investment product etc.), preferably in roles with duties of auditing, compliance review, control assessment. Having experience and understanding of Basel requirements in credit risk rating system would be an advantage

  • Professional qualification of CPA or CIA or equivalent; CFA, FRM will be a plus

  • Knowledge in IT audit would be an advantage

  • Good team-player with excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills, competence of supervision, good analytical report writing and self-motivated

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Audit Manager


Operation Officer / Assistant Operation Manager / Operation Manager - Remittance (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the operation of the transactions, including but not limited to the provision of services and operational support.

  • Override the transactions as authorized, and to rectify the errors and mistakes proactively.

  • Conduct compliance review of payments for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism purpose.

  • Improve the operation efficiency and manage the operational risks involved.

  • Identify, control, and report promptly to superiors and other relevant divisions for various types of potential or existing risks and assist in the formulation of corrective measures, regarding to local laws, regulations or codes of practice, the bank's guidelines and policies, risk management policies and procedures.

  • Planning and managing of payment and clearing products according to the business development strategy and market conditions.

  • Responsible for the management of payment and clearing products and the optimization of product quality.

  • Coordination and revision of guidelines, rules and regulations to ensure meeting the standard of regulatory compliance; Handle internal and external audit reports. 

  • Responsible for the financial budget, productivity management, user and system authorization management; Assist in annual development plans and administrative job task.

  • Perform data acquisition, consolidation and analysis.

  • Responsible for the development and planning of payment systems.

  • Organize and participate in system development and user acceptance test.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration or related disciplines.

  • At least 1 years experience in Banking or Financial industry.

  • Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Management capacity, self-initiated, analytical-minded, and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule.

  • A good team-player, proactive and self-motivated.

  • Good risk management and compliance awareness.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and  written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

  • Proficient in computer applications (Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing. 

  • Able to take shifts plus working on holidays and under extreme weather conditions ; 

  • Shift working time : 4pm-12am.


(Senior) Marketing & Service Manager (Private Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive marketing strategies, and marketing promotions to help promoting the brand image in order to support business goals in the private banking business.

  • Create and execute client event activities from concept, through execution and evaluation to build client relationship.

  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure image building and event execution.

  • Evaluate events and campaigns’ effectiveness to ensure alignment of the business outcome and return of the investment.

  • Effectively manage agency and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above.

  • 5 years or above proven track record in related fields such as event management, brand promotion etc with banking experience is an added advantage.

  • Efficient project and time management. Able to translate ideas into action with quality performance.

  • Analytical, innovative, independent and attentive to details.

  • Strong communication, writing and editing skills.

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
