Relationship Manager, Private Wealth
Responsibilities:
Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers
Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products & services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to the provision of investment, insurance and other banking products
Influence and facilitate working-partners to refer and cross-offer potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth
Work closely with Branch Managers, District Managers, Investment Counselors, Wealth Coaches and other key stakeholders in building healthy sales pipelines to ensure key performance indicators are being met
Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed, contribute as part of the Bank's bigger anti-money laundry (AML) team
Educate and train juniors, if needed
Coordinate in-branch and off-site marketing and promotion activities, if needed
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI & MPF, CFPCM will be preferred
Holders of CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be preferred
Experiences and proven track record in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage
Sound knowledge and at least 2 years' solid experiences in retail banking products & services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products, knowledge and experiences in corporate banking products & services a definite advantage
Ability to influence various key stakeholders in referring and cross-offering potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth
Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace
Highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and consolidating long term banking relationships among personal and corporate customers
Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a definite plus
Senior HR Officer / HR Officer (Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including but not limited to job posting, interview & assessment and offer negotiation
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to drive effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals
Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, internship program
Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 years of recruiting experience gained from Financial services industry, with experience in early careers hiring preferred
Strong team spirit but also able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Posses a can-do attitude and with a positive mindset towards change, open for feedback and continuous improvement
Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
