Crew Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform duty reassignment for crew member(s) in case of a flight delay, or flight cancellation and ensure all the changes have complied with CAD requirements

  • To arrange crew member(s) should there be any ad-hoc flight requests

  • To keep a record on crew status and submit/provide to parties concerned if necessary

  • To provide on-job-training to the new joiner(s)

  • To carry out an investigation/provide report in case of abnormality occurred

  • To identify potential crew problems/provide solution to a problem

  • Other duties assigned by Department Manager

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident preferred

  • Tertiary education in any discipline with minimum 2 years airline experience in crew operations or operations control related area

  • Minimum 3-5 years aviation experience in flight operations, or have acted as a Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, or Flight Operations Officer

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight) and ability to work under pressure

Crew Rostering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach Crew Rostering Officers

  • Review crew rosters to assure operational compliance to regulatory requirements

  • Make short term plan to optimize crew resources utilization and deployment

  • Manage flight crew training plans

  • Plan and execute crew leave allocation

  • Analyze schedule feasibility against crew resources to support commercial planning

  • Carry out investigations on crewing issues

  • Administer crew rostering system, collaborate with vendor to maintain, improve the crew rostering system and develop functionalities

  • Where required support Crew Control and OCC during irregular operations

  • Participate in rostering projects

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Tertiary education in any discipline

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in crewing functions or flight operational control;

  • Good knowledge of flight time limitations

  • Good knowledge of crewing procedures and practices

  • Working knowledge of crew management system(s)

  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

  • Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Corporate Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the QMS and QA programme, particularly on handling audit findings, corrective actions and change the mode/mean of oversight activities

  • Coordinate and manage the IOSA programme

  • Coordinate and manage the Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) programme that provides for auditing, evaluation and review of the Company management system

  • Develop and monitor the execution of annual operational audit plan

  • Monitor safety compliance to ensure the Company's policy, process and procedures meet safety regulations, standards and industry best practices

  • Conduct the internal audits and inspections

  • Manage the Company Quality Management Database to ensure standardised use for recording keep and communication

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • University education or holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Mechanic licence or Commercial Pilot Licence or Air Transportation Pilot Licence

  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in aviation, including a minimum 3 years of work in aviation roles related to Safety Compliance, Quality and Safety Management System

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and the Company in-house policies and procedures

  • Have a thorough knowledge of QMS and SMS operations

  • Attended the training related to Aviation Quality/ISO QMS Auditor/IOSA Auditor is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking

  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Revenue Management Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RM systems and tools, including documentation, implementation, configuration, and business rules

  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth integration of RM systems with existing infrastructure

  • Perform vendors sourcing and evaluation as well as negotiate the contract terms and conditions towards the business objectives

  • Collect various data sources and user requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and hence to provide meaningful recommendations on the development of system workflow

  • Monitor and assess system performance, identifying issues and implementing solutions to optimize system functionality

  • Analyze data from revenue management systems to identify airline pricing trends, demand patterns, and sales opportunities for revenue optimization

  • Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including RM, Sales & Marketing, and Finance for supporting revenue growth strategies

  • Collaborate with vendors and participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure system integrity and stability

  • Provide support and conduct regular training for RM users to ensure a thorough understanding of system features and functionality

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above in IT studies or business administration

  • 5+ years or above experience in aviation industry with strong background on revenue management functions

  • Familiar with the workflow and operation principles of revenue management, with knowledge in RMS tools, e.g. AirRM, Kambr, etc.

  • Experience in system administration, implementation and operation analysis is an advantage

  • Excellent in data analyze with sizable and complex data, and good knowledge in reporting tools, e.g. Tableau, MS PowerBI, SQL, etc.

  • Strong in project management and analysis skill, multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines

  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Route Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the flight inventory in response to different passenger demands and also have the right fare level for different markets at different seasons

  • Closely monitor passenger booking trends and anticipate the effect of news, happenings and events on demand

  • Monitor constantly competitors’ activity and pricing strategy, economic and market trends

  • Incorporate market changes to demand through demand influences proactively

  • Interpret and analyze large sets of data on the assigned routes or portfolio and make recommendations to improve commercial strategy

  • Forecast passenger demands on route by POS

  • Regular review of the business performance and action required

  • Carry out new route and additional frequency studies, to provide recommendations on route capacity management

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Tertiary education or equivalent in business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or statistics is an advantage

  • 1+ year solid experience in data analysis / revenue management gained from airlines

  • Strong numerical sense and data analytical skill

  • Independent, adapt quick, high team spirit, good communication

  • Proficient in MS Excel formulation and data management tools, good in MS Word and PowerPoint

  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximum sales performance

  • Conduct market research and analysis and identify potential market and sales opportunities, hence to enhance the market share and positioning towards the sales objectives

  • Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to create incremental sales channels

  • Build, expand and maintain excellent relationship with agents and business partners as well as provide support to address agents inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner 

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and marketing promotional materials with Marketing team

  • Perform SWOT analysis and compile regular and adhoc sales reports

Requirements:
