Sales Support Officer

You are expected to support the sales team and coordinate on all enquiries and logistics support on charter flights, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries related to charter flights, providing timely and accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
Take care of all aspects of client inquiries and services for charter flight bookings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate operations requirements with the responsible departments/parties
Coordinate the logistics of charter flight bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Liaise with internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure a smooth flight experience for clients
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
HKCEE/DSE or above with pass in English or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales support or coordination role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry
Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
Knowledge of PRC charter flight operations and regulations is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Ground Services Supervisor / Officer (Contracts and Project Development)

You are expected to assist in establishing the policy and procedures for ground handling agent selection and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and finalize all contracts with ground service providers at each airport station, ensuring favourable terms and conditions
Provide full analysis for service provider selection
Review all agreements between the airline and airport authorities related to ground operations
Visit and meet with external service providers to ensure compliance and operation integrity
Manage Service Level Agreements with all external service providers in HK and outstations
Plan and execute contract renewal according to service provider performance
Ensure all contracts bring the Company the best efficiency and cost effectiveness
Work closely with other departments and sections on new station preparation and set up
Participate in the preparation of the annual ground services budget in collaboration with the Finance department
Collaborates with the HR department to determine staffing requirements for outstations, working closely to calculate the necessary headcounts and actively participating in the recruitment process to ensure the selection of suitable personnel
Provides support to Outstation Managers during the setup of new stations, assisting with office setup and actively participating in the recruitment process to ensure appropriate staffing and efficient station functioning
Implements and monitors cost control measures within the Ground Services team, establishing a strong mindset focused on cost efficiency, continuously evaluating, and improving processes, and optimizing expenses to enhance financial performance
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years’ aviation or airline experience, including 3 years in managerial level
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Operations and IOSA requirements
Thorough understanding of ground services operations, airport regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
People manager with good communication skills and a fast decision maker
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
Willingness to travel to various airport stations as required
Less experience candidate will be considered as Officer. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Assistant Manager, Sales (Outports)

This position is responsible for agency sales and distribution for outport markets and devise sales and distribution strategies by each station.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise agency sales & distribution strategy for the team to strengthen the passenger sales and work efficiently with outports GSA
Manage incentive program on agency sales
Identify gaps and develop new markets to drive sales
Provide market feedback and analysis on competition and devise strategies
Produce sales materials to support agency sales in each POS
Conduct sales visit and presentation to the right audience to drive
Achievement of KPI / budget sales target on indirect distribution
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder or above with 10 year of airline sales experience
Airlines Reservation and Ticketing knowledge is preferred
Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Energetic, excellent analytical, communications and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
