CREW ROSTERING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish crew rosters in a timely manner

  • Ensure all flights are crewed adequately, legally and safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and Company guidelines

  • Make changes to crew rosters to manage abnormal and disrupted operations

  • Manage allocation of crew leave requests

  • Maintain crew records of days off, flying and duty hours

  • Produce crew productivity reports and utilization statistics

  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in any discipline

  • 1-2 years’ airline or airport working experience is desirable but not essential

  • Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

E-Commerce and Partnership Sales Executive / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for TRP HK and TRP Outports sales delivery

  • Design productive programs to drive tactical promotions in each POS

  • Expand partnership network (both local and overseas) to increase user touch points for sales opportunities

  • Leverage partners’ channels for brand exposures and joint marketing programs

  • Identify potential passenger benefit to enhance our services via partnership

  • Work with E-Commerce Operations team, BSP sales team and overseas Ground Services Agents for business collaboration and delivery

  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in partnership, business development, E-Commerce management and/or marketing

  • Proficient in Excel, Digital marketing skillsets

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales & business data and translate findings into actionable strategies

  • Preferably, possess partner network in various industries e.g.  Retail (online/offline), Banking/Insurance, F&B, Transportation, Loyalty business etc.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and digital related (e.g. Google Data Studio, Google Ad, Power BI, MS Access....) is an advantage

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive

Material Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spares requirement for line and base maintenance events including demands for Aircraft Deferred Defects (ADDs), line & base maintenance work packages, scheduled maintenance, Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and aircraft modification by sending spare request or Request for Quotation (RFQ) to suppliers or service provider

  • Monitor the logistics and delivery of requested materials from the service providers or suppliers to ensure timely receipt into stock and the delivery of spares from warehouse to production

  • Manage stock availability and take replenishment action as required

  • Manage the disposition of unserviceable spares removed from aircraft

  • Vetting and validation of invoices and resolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers/service providers

  • Work with Finance for payment arrangement and other invoice management

  • Perform duty standby or shift after office hours for managing critical / urgent / AOG related to material requirement as required

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with airline working experience in engineering or MRO would be an advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Ability to work independently and in team

  • Good project management skills
