Requirements:
Aged 18 or over
A minimum of: Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects including English Language; OR Pass in 5 HKCEE subjects including English Language
A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
Fluency in oral English and Cantonese with the ability to read and write Chinese. Good command of one or more of the following Asian languages: Putonghua, Japanese or Korean would be definitely an added advantage
A team player, with sound communication and interpersonal skills
People oriented with strong customer service ethos
Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in the hospitality industry a distinct advantage
Able to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:
First Officer (Expression of Interest)
i) A valid Hong Kong ATPL or Hong Kong Commercial Pilot’s Licence (CPL) with passes in ATPL subjects from Hong Kong or an ICAO Contracting State,endorsed in Part 2 for a relevant aircraft type, containing up-to-date certificates in respect of medical fitness, flying competency and Instrument Rating;
ii) A valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence;
iii) At least 1,000 hours as P1 or P2,
or
At least 1,500 hours as P2X on a turbine or jet aircraft with a certified mass of 30,000kg or greater and certified for flight with no less than two crew;
Note: For both requirements, a lesser experience level may be accepted in the case of joining pilots who are currently qualified on a Company aircraft type.
iv) At least 500 hours experience obtained on a turbine or jet aircraft with a certified mass of 30,000kg or greater and certified for flight with no less than two crew, except that a lesser experience level may be accepted in the case of joining pilots who are currently qualified on a Company aircraft type;
Preferred experience or qualifications in the following areas are considered advantageous:
Aviation-related tertiary qualification
Boeing experience gained within the last 10 years
Preference will be given to those holding Hong Kong residency or a work permit.

GROUND SERVICES OFFICER (PASSENGER SERVICES)

Job Description
You are expected to develop and uphold policies and procedures related to Passenger and Baggage Services, create training materials, support new port startups, and ensure compliance with company standards, IOSA protocols and regulatory requirement, especially in anticipation of our network expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist supervisors in developing and maintaining passenger and baggage services, related policies and procedures, training materials, and upkeep of training records to ensure compliance with company standards, IOSA, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with all stakeholders, including the commercial and operations teams, for new project and service rollouts
Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards related to passenger and baggage handling comply with airport, regulatory, corporate quality, safety and security requirements
Respond for implementing changes and ensure policies are outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Deliver Passenger and Baggage Services training to internal and external staff as required
Prepare data and presentation materials for management review
Monitor trends in passenger and baggage services, including new policies and procedures, and service levels to establish strategic long-term planning that enhances passenger experience and regulatory compliance
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Tertiary education or above
A minimum of 2 years aviation or airline working experience
Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Operations
Knowledge of IOSA requirements would be an advantage
Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Excellent customer mindset
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Able to perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
Able to travel overseas extensively as required

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

You are expected to act as Human Resources Business Partner to manage all-around HR operations with close partnership with stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full spectrum of HR services including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations/counselling, payroll/taxation/benefits administration and human resources administration etc
Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operation of HR services; review workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them
Provide professional advice and support to departments on HR issues as and when appropriate, including but not limited to talent acquisition strategies, performance management processes and workforce planning
Prepare and manage people cost budget to ensure spending remain within allocated limits
Analyse and identify needs and problems in relation to HR management and development, and make recommendation for improvement of HR policies and practices
Ensure compliance with related ordinances and regulations
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in human resources from sizeable and structured companies, of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
Relevant experience in aviation industry will be an added advantage
Well versed in employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking
Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

CREW OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description
You are expected to oversee the crew planning and rostering functions within the organization to ensure flight program coverage and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain mathematical models and algorithms for crew manpower planning analysis and scheduling
Collaborate with Flight Operations management to organize and optimize medium and long-term crew planning and resource management processes in support of the company’s business operating plan
Optimize crew rosters to enhance efficiency and maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations
Assess the operational and financial implications of changes to support crew planning strategies
Develop cost-effective solutions to resolve complex crew scheduling challenges for the business
Lead and develop the Crew Rostering team to achieve business objectives and maintain optimal performance
Collaborate with other business units to drive IT developments that enable automation, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and system
Requirements:
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years in an airline operational environment preferably in a crewing function
Expert knowledge with HKCAD Flight Time Limitations
Sound knowledge and experience with crew management software applications
Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to adapt to diverse cultures and business processes
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager, Crew Operations
