Assistant Key Account Manager / Key Account Executive (FMCG Sales)
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
Continuously achieve Consumer Products business targets for the assigned accounts
Manage the alignment of strategy to assigned accounts by providing high value added brand of Consumer Products
Provide our key accounts customers the best and professional customer services in all aspects by understanding their needs, apply industry standards of business account management to maximize business opportunities for assigned accounts
Implement sales strategy for assigned key accounts that can maximize our products presence and control trade spending with continuously grow in sales and improvement on profit
The successful candidate will be:
Degree holder
Preferably 3 years sales experience, with experience in FMCG industry is definitely an advantage
Outgoing and good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail minded, responsible and sales driven
Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Key Account Executive
Operation Executive (Coordination & Reporting)
Reporting to the Department Head, your main responsibilities will be to:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Team, facilitates the coordination and collaboration across departments by the preparation of different operational reports and close follow-up actions
Oversee an operation team to ensure the delivery of the customers’ promotion plans and the completion of compliance reports on a timely manner
Maintain and update internal databases such as price trend monitoring report, retailers and competitors’ activities report, etc.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned including administrative tasks for the daily business operation within the department
The successful candidate will be:
Degree holder in any disciplines, Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Fresh Graduate will also be considered
At least 1 year relevant working experience, with experience in clerical role within supermarket chains, drug chains or department stores will be highly preferrable
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Assistant (Coordination & Reporting).
