Senior Property Officer (Portfolio) (5-Day Work Week)

Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer

  • To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties

  • To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors

  • To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines 

  • Minimum 5 year relevant working experience, preferable in residential portfolio

  • Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Work independently and good communication skills 

Senior Property Officer/ Property Officer (Residential) (5-Day Work Week)

Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer

  • To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties

  • To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors

  • To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines 

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in management of large scale residential premises

  • Holder of PMSA License is an advantage

  • Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Work independently and good communication skills 

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer

Property & Facility Manager/ Assistant Property & Facility Manager (5-Day Work Week)

Job duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • To supervise the daily operations of the Senior Property Officers /Property Officers and other staff

  • To monitor the performance of services contractors, in particular of cleaning, security, landscaping and repair & maintenance (R&M) contractors

  • To oversee the R&M conditions of the properties & prioritize R&M works with technical team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in property management or related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management in which 3 years’ must be at supervisory level

  • Holder of PMP Licence is an advantage

  • A member of relevant professional organizations is preferred

  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances

  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates will less experience will also be considered as Assistant Property & Facility Manager

Property Assistant (Residential) (5-Day Work Week)

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • Assist to handle complaints and enquiries of the customer

  • Assist to monitor the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines

  • Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Work independently and good communication skills

Assistant Property & Facility Manager (Commercial)

Job Duties:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio

  • To prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses

  • To attend Owners Committee meetings

  • To maintain good relationship with occupants and organize promotional activities

  • To liaise with the Government authorities and public bodies

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MRICS

  • Minimum 8 years' solid experience in property / estate management field for premier commercial properties

  • Holder of PMP Licence is a must

  • Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess effective problem solving, organizing and communication skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
