Property & Facility Manager (Shopping Mall)
Job Duties:
Supervise the property management teams to carry out full spectrum of facilities management services of a designated property which includes daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards
Prepare and monitor annual management budget and ensure good cost control
Handle occupants’ enquiries, complaints & handle emergency situations promptly
Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees
Liaison with Government departments and public bodies on daily management issues
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in property management or related discipline
Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RPHM, HKIS (PFM), HKIFM and PMP (Tier 1) Licence, preferable
Minimum 10 years' solid experience in property management field for premier commercial properties with 8 years in managerial level
Familiarity with local property regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
Senior Property & Facility Manager (Residential)
Job Duties:

Property Officer/ Assistant Property Officer (Shopping Mall)
Job Duties:
To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
To handle complaints and enquiries of the customer
To oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the shopping mall
To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
To attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies
Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in management of shopping mall
Holder of PMSA License is an advantage
Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
Work independently and good communication skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer
Working Location : Near to MTR Station
