Executive – Training & Retail Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training for HK & Macau dealerships
Conduct product training for internal staff and Mercedes-Benz customers
Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to the management
Monitor, supervise and motivate the learning process of all participants during each allocated training course
Act as an interpreter during the Global training
Reading-proof for the translated document from agency, and/or translate the training materials if necessary
Perform the qualify assessment according to Group requirement/standard
Assist to supervise the development of the training team and provide feedback to team member/trainers
Self improve by acquiring updated knowledge of training/teaching methods and aids
Requirements:
Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline
Completion of HK Government recognized technician apprenticeship in automobile Industrial
Completion of industrial trade instructor course in the HK Technical Teachers’ College or equivalent
5 years relevant working experience in automotive industrial after completion of the automotive technician apprenticeship
Teaching experience in automotive training school/ college would be an advantage
Familiar with Mercedes-Benz products, systems and working procedures
Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English. Putonghua would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Techniques in presentation, teaching and workshop instruction
Knowledge of hazards in the respective trade, the necessary safety precautions to be taken and relevant Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Ordinances and Regulations
Conscientious & self-motivated, speak clearly, pleasant personality, team player and ability to adopt new ideas
Executive - Human Resources (1.5-years Contract)
Responsibilities:
Perform the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, training program management, compensation and benefits and payroll administration.
Work as a business partner with respective department heads in managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and recommending offerings to solve the staffing needs
Ensure all components of the onboarding process are completed, including reference checks and orientation for new joiners, while guiding team members as needed
Assist in daily HR operations including but not limited to coordination with department managers on staff movement, leave management and off-boarding processes, etc
Search, identify and roll out staff training programs; and responsible for training administration including training enrolment, etc.
Support HR Manager on payroll management and statutory reporting
Responsible for HR reporting relating to headcount, etc. for headquarters and management attention
Act as an ambassador for HR initiatives, fostering a positive culture to enhance employee engagement and serving as a bridge between the company and employees
Assist in planning and executing staff engagement programs and annual company events
Participate and support the communication and implementation of HR policies and HR projects
Manage ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ of experience in human resources management
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
Willing to make changes and challenge the status quo, and look for process efficiencies
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge in HRIS is definitely an advantage
Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
Intern - Customer Services (Parts & Market Management)
Internship Period: 9 June 2025 – 8 December 2025 (6 Months, 5-day Full-time work week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9 am – 6 pm
OPPORTUNITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Claims Management
Support all claims activities including customer claims request and claim submission to Headquarters
Parts return arrangement
Maintain claim logbook record
Parts scrapping and witness activities in central warehouse
Customer Enquiries
Support to answer customer inquiries including stock availability check and order status update
Daily email reports to our dealer
Provide pre-alert and packing list information to our dealer
Ordering Support
Support goods receipts
Others
Support Adhoc project (event support, collection & accessories project, communication write up etc.)
Support daily system update
Administration support
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate student in any disciplines
Passionate in automotive industry
Independent, high motivated and good team player
Strong sense of accountability with good analytical skill
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
Intern - Finance & Controlling
Internship Period: 18 Aug 2025 – 17 Feb 2026 (6 Months, 5-day Full-time work week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9 am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
Admin
Handle Procurement process - invoice verification, record update and franking machine utilization monthly report
Admin inventory management
Support on office document logistic, repairing and maintenance
Back up Admin team if necessary
Controlling
Prepare management reporting, presentations and various reports on overheads analysis
Prepare regular Internal Control sample check
Conduct research for financial analysis
Analyze monthly Marketing spending to find efficiencies
Evaluate process landscape to find further automation possibilities
Accounting
Handle Vans factory invoice posting in SWT
Perform the system administration role of Concur system
Verification of sale measure claims
Support on inventory physical count, on-site marketing event audit and internal control sample check
Risk Management
Check HQ and Local Policies and Guidelines
Update and assist in reviewing local policies and guidelines
Perform annual Internal Control System (ICS) checking
Assist in Sanctions Compliance checking and documentation filing
Conduct research on several compliance topics e.g., Data Protection and Competition Laws, AML etc.
Requirements:
Undergraduate student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration or Economy or related disciplines
Advanced proficiency level for MS Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
Self-motivated, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility
Willing to learn and take up any new tasks assigned by the supervisor
Independent as well as a good team player
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
