Responsibilities:

To assist Nursing manager to plan and organize nursing care activities in the delivery of total patient care
To supervise new staff and monitor their performances
To supervise Senior Registered Nurses to develop their management skill and coach to all rank staff in clinical practices
To assist to prepare staff duty roster and job allocation
To oversee daily operation and administration of Operating Theatre & Endoscopy Department and Central Sterile Supplies Department
To monitor and ensure standards of care and smooth running of daily operation
To assist Nursing Manager to promote evidence-based practice in clinical settings
To provide inputs and implement department policy, standard of practice and nursing guidelines
To perform nursing audits to monitor staff’s performance
To assist Nursing Manager to execute quality improvement
To deputize Nursing Manager for operational needs and related administrative meetings
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:

Bachelor degree in Nursing or related disciplines, Master Degree preferred
Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anaesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Operating Theatre/ Endoscopy/ Central Sterile Supplies

Responsibilities:

Responsible for updating the websites and app
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, social media posts, written correspondences, memos and manual etc.
Perform office management, clerical and administrative duties, asset management and database management etc.
Handle petty cash, bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement documents
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Responsibilities:

To provide quality stoma, wound and continence skin care service to inpatients, outpatients and day patients
To assess, treat and create care plans for patients with stoma, complex wounds and/ or continence conditions
To determine appropriate treatment/ management to speed up wound healing progress and to facilitate independent ostomy care
To education and provide related care instructions for patients and families/ caregivers with stoma, wound and/ or continence conditions
To initiate post-consultation discharge plans and follow up care if necessary
To provide stoma, wound and continence care management training to clinical staff
To provide training and supervisors to Health Care Assistant in performing wound related procedures
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:

Higher diploma in Nursing or Bachelor degree in Nursing or related disciplines
Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Holder of Post-Registration Stoma and Wound Course Certificate recognized in Hong Kong and/ or overseas
At least 2 years of relevant working experience with stoma, wound and continence conditions
Knowledge of professional nursing practice and skills
Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Empathic and be able to demonstrate commitment in nursing.

Responsibilities:

To perform a full spectrum of HR duties which include payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR projects;
To oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations;
To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s).

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:

Degree holder with at least 5 years of progressively experience in managing payroll for "shift and rostered" employees independently;
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and database management;
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a “can-do” attitude;
Detailed and meticulous with good multitasking abilities;
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

Require to rotate to XR/ US/ CT/ MR/ PET CT
Preparation of exam room (tidying up, changing headphone cover, etc.)
Preparation of patients (direct patients to get change, explain the exam procedure, etc.)
Assist patient to get on the exam couch especially those with walking difficulties
Assist to monitor general condition of patient while radiographer is out of the exam room
Assist nursing staff in patient care procedures
Assist radiographic staff in patient positioning
Act as chaperon
Other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
