Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you'll directly take meaningful and impacting responsibilities as of day 1.
You´ll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.
You will need to:
Be the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor.
Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges.
Own and manage significant customer accounts.
Participate on diverse, multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manager others. Your responsibilities would include:
Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
Translate Business Plans into actionable selling stories for the customer
Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually beneficial business plans
Turn raw data into actionable conclusions
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
Provide input into retailer category strategy
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
2-4 years working experience on sales/Key Account management/trade marketing/brand marketing in FMCG/Retail industry
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving.

Product Supply Manager

Demand Planning: Monitor and analyze product performance and project forecast under different business scenarios. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Team to develop, review and execute business plans.
Customer Logistics Management: Collaborate with customers’ supply chain and design with key customers to improve cash and cost in terms of product & channel availability, speed, and cost. Lead order management to ensure right service at the right cost.
Operation and Planning Management: Lead international shipment from global sourcing sites and develop competitive distribution strategy for HK/SZ/MA region. Cost optimization of local customization work through sustainable and innovative packaging designs. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery.
Product Supply plays a critical role in multi-functional team, as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. Forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and being responsible for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf.

Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Analytics & Insight is a critical leadership role within the Brand Function. This role is responsible for elevating the organization’s capability to decode consumer insights, influence business decisions, and build superior brands.
This role requires mastery of advanced consumer understanding methodologies, the ability to define research excellence, and the development of new digital and AI‑enabled capabilities. The Senior Manager translates insights into ideas that help our brands win in an increasingly complex and digital consumer landscape.
YOUR RESPONSIBILIIES AS AN A&I MANAGER:
Consumer Insight and Research Methodology
Establish, unify, and continuously elevate consumer research standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Ensure quality, consistency, and strong stewardship across all research.
Lead capability development for teams in consumer understanding, human and behavioural science, and learning design.
Embed brand‑building fundamentals (e.g., WHO / WHAT / HOW, brand equity pyramids, Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done) into all insight work to drive consistent application across teams.
Strategic Leadership on Critical Category & Business-Building Initiatives

Logistics & Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily logistics operation to ensure smooth execution for daily replenishment shipment between multiple Distribution Centres, cross-docking operation, and last-mile delivery from HK warehouse to customers
Maintain detailed documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and Working Instructions (WIs) to ensure consistency and quality
Optimize warehouse layout, fulfilment flow and inventory management
Manage relationships with logistics partners, couriers, and warehousing providers to uphold service standards
Govern compliance and quality standard of all warehouses with local regulations and company internal policy, maintain best practices in product handling, storage, and transportation
Collaborate with both internal departments, external partners to troubleshoot, implement process improvements resolve any logistical issues, support execution of cross functional projects
Lead daily/weekly meetings with operational team and service providers to quick fix any urgent issues and barriers to sustain quality service to customers.
Monitor and achieve the monthly and quarterly logistics KPI, analyse and report to management
Sets operational expectations with 3PL Partners, regular monitoring on their standard and opportunity gaps
Gatekeep compliant payment from P&G to 3PL Partners based actual service received and rate card standard, supervise timely payment to 3PL Partners

What we are looking for:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
Proven experience (5+ years) in the logistics industry and managing logistics vendors, preferably in the FMCG industry, ideally 1-2 years in supervisory role
Understanding of Greater Bay Free Trade Zone operation will be plus
Proficient in MS Office and SAP (WMS) is a must
Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Frequent travel (day trip) between HK and Greater Bay area is expected
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills
