IT Technician / IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be:
Infrastructure Support: Manage and maintain PC/LAN environments, including Wi-Fi connectivity, VoIP systems, and office network peripherals.
Systems Administration: Administer server environments and cloud-based directories (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID) for secure and efficient user access.
Technical Support: Provide high-quality Tier 1 & 2 technical support to end-users (on-site and remote) with a focus on timely resolution and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Asset Management: Maintain an accurate lifecycle inventory of IT assets (hardware and software licenses) using asset management tools.
Vendor & Procurement: Liaise with external vendors for the procurement of high-grade IT equipment and manage maintenance contracts to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Security & Compliance: Assist in implementing security patches, endpoint protection, and data backup procedures in line with Group IT policies.
Project Assistance: Participate in high-impact IT projects, such as office expansions, system migrations, or the deployment of new digital workplace solutions.
Successful applicant:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computing Science or related disciplines
Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking, VPNs, and firewall basics.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) is highly preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage; however, proactive fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome to apply.
