Officer (Administration) (Ref. No. TND-FM-OA-COW)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Facility Management), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

To provide full spectrum of general office administrative support and secretarial work
To handle procurement of assets and further logistics support
To perform contract administration work using in-house developed computer system
To maintain staff training and leave record, fixed asset records, filing system and documentation
To manage the stock of office supplies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative or secretarial work experience, preferably in sizeable organisations
Knowledge in Ariba system an advantage
Tact and good judgement in confidential situations
Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Chinese typing
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua, both spoken and written

Customer Services Executive (Ref. No. SC-CESC-CSE-COW)

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To provide customer services via telephone in the Customer Emergency Services Centre in relation to electricity account and power supply matters
To liaise with internal parties to follow up the customer enquiries and maintain proper records
To perform 24-hour shift duty and act as a backup person to receive telephone calls in case of emergency such as turbulent weather

Requirements :

A Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree or
Form 7 or 5 subjects at level 3 and above in HKDSE including English and Chinese, with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written (Putonghua an advantage)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Higher academic qualification or previous experience in Customer Services / Call Centre is a definite advantage

Working Location : Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided

Engineer (Construction & Maintenance)(Ref. No. TND-CM-EI-COW)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Construction & Maintenance Engineer, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

To assist in installation, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance of all plants and equipment in the transmission and distribution (T&D) networks
To supervise technicians / tradesmen / contractors in operations, maintenance work and capital projects of T&D systems
To conduct system study, performance analysis, research and development on main plants and auxiliary systems as well as formulate and implement improvement plans in T&D networks from low voltage to 275 kV
To assist in review / preparation of test forms and working procedures
To perform operational duties beyond office hours as required

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering preferably with major in High Voltage Engineering and/ or Power System Study
A minimum of 5 years’ work experiences in electrical industry or 3 years' after completion of recognised graduate training
Experience in operating SAP system and completed training courses on ISO 55001 standards and asset management an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 and 2 vehicles

Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided

Senior IT Specialist (Project Support & Shared Services) (Ref: IT-INT-PS-SITS-COW)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To administer and maintain various IT systems, cloud services and the end-user computing platform
To perform system upgrades, conduct disaster recovery tests and implement security measures
To maintain documentation and ensure system compliance
To collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth system integration with enterprise applications
To support IT infrastructure-related projects and evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Identity, certificate, and access management (e.g. Microsoft AD, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, GPO)
- Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Forms)
- Enterprise email systems (e.g. Microsoft Exchange, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Cisco SEG)
- End-user computing platform management (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Defender)
- Privileged identity and access management (e.g. CyberArk)
Certification in ITIL or any of the above areas an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written

Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of IT Specialist.
