Senior Merchandising Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate a comprehensive work plan for the production department.
Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely initiation and completion of all product categories, meeting delivery targets.
Contribute to establishing criteria for selecting production suppliers, identify suitable suppliers, and provide relevant supplier information.
Monitor the entire production and development process, supporting suppliers in promptly resolving issues that impact quality or progress.
Proactively address and improve quality issues during production, collaborating with the design department to develop and implement effective solutions.
Negotiate effectively with suppliers and propose cost-saving measures to optimize and control production costs.
Guide and support merchandisers in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Conduct supplier inspections as needed to address production requirements and resolve unexpected challenges.
Provide regular updates on production progress and delivery schedules, while overseeing the warehousing of finished goods.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion, Textile or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience
10 years or above experience in apparel or garment merchandising with minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Solid experience in China market is a MUST
Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure
Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, cooperate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5-day work in Dougguan Office
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandising Manager

Senior Buying Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the buying strategy, OTB, sales, GP and inventory targets of the designated brand to drive the business goals
Manage the sales and stock control process including allocation, replenishment and consolidation to achieve sales, GP and inventory targets
Prepare and analysis regular sales reports. Keep tracking on sales performance, recommend strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities
Keep abreast of fashion retail and benchmark competitors’ practice, initiate feasible recommendation on sales strategy to achieve sales and GP target, especially on seasonal products
Coordinates with cross-functional team to achieve monthly target
Requirements:
Degree holder or above qualification in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
10 years or above experience in apparel industry with minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Strong fashionable apparel sense and experience in China market is a MUST
Strong numerical and analytical sense, able to identify and solve problems efficiently
Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, cooperate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals

5-day work in Dongguan Office
