Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product training and prepare training materials for frontline sales

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure training content aligns with company objectives.

  • Arrange and prepare online assessments, including quizzes and call tests

  • Update e‑POPs for products, services, marketing offers, and MI

  • Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement

  • Handle product enquiries and daily training administration

  • Support corporate training activities such as venue sourcing and booking

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business, Communications, or related discipline

  • Experience in training, product training, or sales support is preferred

  • Experience in the telecom or retail industry is an advantage

  • Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Well‑organized, detail‑minded, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
