Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Senior / Manager, Site Construction Management Team
Responsibilities:
Support Associate Director in managing and planning all capital/non-capital works projects of the Company to ensure projects are accomplished on time, within budget and meet required quality and safety standards
Lead a construction management team across multi-disciplines, including civil, building services, electrical and mechanical, systems and architectural to drive collaboration and successful project delivery
Ensure effective communication and coordination among consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve engineering management issues in a timely manner
Monitor project progress to identify and address delays, discrepancies, conflicts, or other anomalies on a timely basis
Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives. Provide technical support and expert advice on discipline-related issues to other members of the project team, as well as to in-house staff of other departments
Ensure compliance with the Company’s guidelines and Delegation Authority for works projects
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
Member of a recognized professional institute (e.g. HKIE, RPE, MICE or relevant)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizable infrastructure development or site coordination of building projects, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and at least 5 years at a managerial level
Experience in developing and managing institutional projects (e.g., University, Hospital, R&D offices, Laboratory) is preferred
Strong knowledge of government procedures and statutory compliance requirements will be advantageous
Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill
Proactive with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Conversant with graphics presentation tools. Skill on graphic software such as MS Visio, Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Revit and project management / design related computer application will be an advantage
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)

Senior Manager, IT Applications
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Manager, IT Applications, to lead our application development and management initiatives for our I&T park. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning technology solutions with business needs, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and determine the feasibility of proposed solutions
Lead and manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of application projects throughout all project phases: development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and subsequent maintenance support
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications
Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and SOP; Facilitate training sessions to educate users on application usage and best practices
Ensure all applications complying with relevant security standards and regulations, assist to implement appropriate security measures and regular audits and risk assessment on application
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in application management
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 12 years of working experience with solid track record of successful delivery of IT application development in IT project & vendor management role
Prior working experience in sizable property management / property developer is a plus
Proven ability to lead and manage IT applications team and external service providers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of application life cycles
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with different teams and business units to deliver high-quality application solutions
Familiarity with major SaaS platforms such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, PMS & FMS
Familiarity with smart facilities & building management applications
Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

Office Renovation & Relocation Project Management:
-Lead end-to-end project management for office fit-outs, renovations, expansions, and relocations
-Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
-Manage vendor selection, contracts, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in corporate services, facilities management, or office administration, with a proven track record in managing office renovation/relocation projects
Strong knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations and best practices
Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor negotiation, and budget management
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management or facility management software is a plus
