Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Assistant Manager, Project Management Office
Responsibilities:
Development of milestones and schedules for the individual contracts and consolidate them into an integrated overall development program
Advise the delivery teams of the critical activities and work collaboratively to identify solutions to accelerate progress or mitigate delays
Establish the KPIs for the individual contracts as well as the overall development program and monitor them against actual progress
Consolidate progress input from contractors and internal departments to compile monthly report including contract expenditure against budget
Attend regular meetings with contractors, stakeholders and government agencies, to provide project development and progress status updates
Presentation to the various committees and the board on progress update as and when necessary
Act as a point of contact with the government departments and agencies in both Hong Kong and Mainland in terms of project liaison function;
Assist any duties assigned by supervisor when required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Civil, Construction or Building Engineering or related disciplines;
6-8 years relevant working experience preferably gained from contractors, consultancy or property developer
Conversant with project management software such as Primavera Enterprise (P6) or Microsoft Projects is a mus
Familiar with 2D drafting software such as AutoCAD
Familiar with 3D modelling software such as Revit and Navisworks
Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill
Proactive with excellent negotiation and presentation skill
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager, Project Management Office
Travel or Station at the Lok Ma Chau Office occasionally is required (shuttle bus service will be provided)

Manager, Business & Land Development
Responsibilities:
Implement sales strategy to secure interest and engagement from potential stakeholders and partners for Batch 2 and 3 of HSITP project
Identify, lobby and facilitate communication with market players to understand the unique needs, propose tailored solutions and drive actions
Administer and deliver the EOI and the tender process for Batch 2 and 3
Conduct research and analysis based on EOI and formulate land development plan and land lease tenders
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the benefits and opportunities associated with the project
Prepare and review relevant land lease tenders, investment promotion material, transaction agreements, etc. and assist in due diligence process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants on coordination and execution of Batch 2 and 3
Coordinate submissions to the government for application of land development approvals
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or other related disciplines
Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation
Knowledge of government approval processes, policies, procedures and regulations related to land development and submissions is preferred
Good experience in real estate development management, financial and business analysis and property appraisals is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
