Administrative Assistant (Information Accessibility Centre) (Shek Kip Mei)
Work at Information Accessibility Centre
Diploma holder or above
5 subjects pass or Level 2 in HKCEE/ HKDSE (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B), and Mathematics)
At least 2 years’ relevant experience
Responsible for administrative duties & clerical support for audio description team
With customer service experience preferred
Assist to organize different audio description programmes for service users
Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word-processing
Administrative Officer (Braille Production Centre)
Work at Centralised Braille Production Centre
Diploma/Degree holder
5 subjects pass or Level 2 in HKCEE/ HKDSE (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B), and Mathematics)
At least 2 years’ relevant experience
To perform general clerical & administrative duties including Human Resource, Accounting and procurement support & inventory control
To provide reception service and handle general enquiries
Proficiency in Ms Office, Chinese word-processing a must
Candidates with lower qualification/less working experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
