職責:
負責協助回收中心把回收物料等作簡單分類及作前線處理;
負責協助推行環保教育活動及聯絡對外團體;
支援回收中心日常運作及行政工作;
執行其他獲指派的工作;及
需在星期六或日輪班及穿著制服,於港島區工作。
理想的申請者應具備:
完成中五課程及具至少一年工作經驗;
具處理回收物料及戶外活動等相關工作經驗者將獲優先考慮;
具良好人際溝通技巧;
能操流利廣東話,懂英語及普通話;
懂中文打字、基本電腦應用知識包括MS Excel;
性格主動、願意與團隊合作;及
須喜愛環保回收。

Project Manager (Health Research)
(REF: A3/PM(HR)/TL/LSPP/NET)
Location: Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the project team to support a randomised controlled study lead by academic institution, including;
(i) coordinate the recruitment of subjects in various healthcare or elderly settings, including clinics, elderly centres, etc.;
(ii) provide clinical support for phlebotomy and result interpretation;
(iii) provide clinical support for Low-dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) scan arrangements; and
(iv) conduct promotional activities and health education;liaise with the academic institution, including:
(i) complete regular reporting on recruitment progress, challenges and feedback;
(ii) participate in study meetings and training sessions;
(iii) maintain data confidentiality and storage in compliance with governance policies; and
(iv) promptly report and adverse events or protocol deviations;required to work in centre-based and outreach services; and
perform any other duties assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
a Certificate of Registration (Part I) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent;
a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
at least 5 years of post-registration experience as a registered nurse; and
preferably working experience in smoking cessation program.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $35,080 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 15) plus a responsibility allowance currently at $2,500. Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience. The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. Senior Clerk

Roles & responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the Property Committee;
upkeep the centralized filing bureau including opening and ending of files, updating the Filing Index and the Former Tenant Record, periodic review of files and arrange for disposal of expired files;
provide clerical and administrative support in accounting management including drafting of annual budget, processing payments in accordance with the stipulated procedures, liaising with other Divisions and outside companies on matters relating to payments;
maintain operation of office facilities including photocopiers, plan copier, fax machines, paper shredder and computers, etc., upkeep borrowing records of office apparatuses and purchase consumable stores and carry out periodical stock-checks;
update the Attendance and Site Visit Log of the Property Division and update the fixed assets register;
manage the general office’s library and notice board and distribute/circulate memos, circulars and other incoming documents;
supervise the work of clerical staff, summer workers and menial workers of the Division through coaching and monitoring their work processes and provide training and guidance;
upkeep and replenish various types of blank forms, memos, letterheads, envelopes, etc.; and
perform any ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent;
preferably a recognized higher diploma and training in office administration;
at least 5 years’ experience in clerical work; and
good computer knowledge including Chinese and English word-processing.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
Community Housing Officer

Location: Sheung Wan, Lau Fau Shan, Kai Tak and Ma On Shan
Roles & responsibilities:
Assist in vetting prospective residents’ applications and processing flat allocation and residents’ check-in arrangements for the Transitional Housing Development;
keep good connection with various stakeholders in the development and services providers as well as work closely with different teams;
initiate community events and assist in planning, organization and implementation of events/activities or regular meetings;
assist in coordinating volunteering activities and provide guidance and support to volunteers;
assist to source and contact with local organizations/NGOs/companies for event programmes/activities and connect referral channels;
keep good communication with tenants, implement tenants’ incentive scheme, conduct home visits from time to time;
liaise with Government departments, external and internal working partners to assist and provide appropriate supportive services to tenants;
assist in administrative work, maintain an up-to-date service records and handle daily requests, enquiries and complaints of applicants and tenants; and
work as a team with different sections and perform any ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
a recognized associate degree preferably in Social Science/Social Worker Studies/Counseling;
at least 1 year’s relevant working experience preferably in community relations/customer services/social services;
preferably voluntary work experience;
good manner and sociable with strong organizational, communication and customer services skills;
proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
flexible, energetic, passionate and self-driven individual.
