Smart Traveller Ambassador (Loyalty Program)
What you’ll be doing:
Promote our mobile-app based global membership program “Smart Traveller” to guests, able to articulate the benefits and features of this program and the app.
Assist guests with downloading, registering, and using the Smart Traveller app to enhance their travel experience, with exceptional service manner.
Address guest inquiries and provide information about the various services and facilities offered through the Smart Traveller program.
Review and consolidate guest feedback to improve the Smart Traveller experience.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager as needed.
About you:
Associate degree in Airport Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in customer service in airport lounge or hotel services would be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
Passionate, energetic, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail.
Ability to work effectively and independently under dynamic operational environment.
Experience in promoting loyalty program and digital platforms including mobile-app is an advantage.
Shift duties are required.
For part time employment, available to work at least 3 full days per week.
Students and fresh graduates are also welcomed.
