Chief (Fulfillment Officer - Sales Admin)-E-commerce (Japanese Speaing)
Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales administration, ensuring accuracy of product data, efficient order processing workflows, and proper shipping rules
Maintain consistent and accurate operations across multiple APAC markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines) on various platforms
Prepare and update sales reports for internal review
Monitor order processing, shipment flow, cancellations, and operational irregularities
Serve as the key liaison between Japan Headquarters, external vendors, and local teams
Drive effective collaboration across internal departments to support business goals and seamless execution
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related disciplines
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or sales administration
Excellent cross-border communication skills with proven ability to act as the main point of contact with Japan Headquarters
Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce processes (order management, logistics, fulfillment)
Experienced in coordinating with third-party vendors (quotations, inquiries, and operational follow-ups)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP)
Fluent in Japanese (N2 of JLPT or above is a must), English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Marketing Executive (Japanese Speaing)[MDII]
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly offer & licenses documents, proposals, monitor license status and order follow-up etc.
Coordinate with Japan headquarters & internal parties for promotion and strategy planning, assist in the sales team’s execution
Business trips to Asia areas for supporting event arrangements, meeting with distributors, reviewing the market situation frequently
Prepare internal sales report and project status summary
Assist in stock arrangement
Keep monitoring and be sensitive on Toys market, and character trends
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or other related studies
1 - 2 years of working experience in marketing/ Working in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Japanese (Level 2/ N2 of JLPT or above is a must)
Strong communication, negotiation as well as presentation skills

Senior Purchasing Executive (Sales Admin-job)
Responsibilities:
Provide sales operations and administrative support to the department
Communicate with Salesman to solve customer enquiry
Issue PO/ CO/ PI to vendors and customers via SAP system
Coordinate with internal and external parties about order status, item cost, label arrangement and license status
Maintain and update databases on a timely basis
Negotiate schedule with vendors and update shipment plan to internal parties to ensure on time delivery

Requirements:
Diploma or above
2 years related working experience
Good communication in English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (e.g.: pivot table, VLookup), Chinese Word processing

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Pursue sales growth - Act as window person to distributors, e.g. introducing new products, managing and analyzing order situations, addressing inquiries, collecting sales data to monitor sales situation in the market
Work with Japan headquarters for the item arrangement, and handling the whole product listing procedure in EC site
Handle and manage the whole license application process
Provide support to distributors for promotion/ event arrangements, e.g. design materials, license check, display samples, etc
Conduct market surveys regularly to review the market situation
Prepare internal sales reports and present in monthly sales meeting
Handle the replacement request of defective product
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or other related studies

Main Role:

Proceed with license checking for all the campaigns and items
Assist in overall launching and production schedule management
Support Sales team to maximize the sales and work on the offer documents preparation
Sample and replacement arrangement
Carry out quarterly strategy reviews for whole Asia market business
Handle Internal coordination and management, documents preparation
