(Senior) Accounting Clerk (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting functions including data entry, preparing vouchers, issuing invoices and filing

  • Perform intercompany transactions and account reconciliations

  • Assist in preparing monthly management, inventory and sales reports

  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings

  • Assist with stocktaking

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties

  • Perform other accounting duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / a relevant discipline or above

  • 2 years' related experience in the related field

  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy

  • Strong organized skills, self-motivated and independent

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in computer literacy and knowledge in SAP system is an advantage

Business Analyst (Application Project & Support) - Chief (Officer Level)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the resolution of application issues and collaborate with technical teams to address concerns

  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and system requirements

  • Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications and use cases

  • Perform professional testing and collaborate on UAT to ensure applications meet business objectives and user expectations

  • Provide training and support to end-users for new systems and updates

  • Assist in deploying applications across regional offices in Asia, including China, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on requirement gathering and process documentation

  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve business and technical issues

  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred, particularly SAP, SAP Concur

  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable due to regional deployments in Asia

  • Willingness to travel within Asia, including China, for deployment and support activities

IT Application Manager (Application Project & Support)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the deployment of applications across Asian countries, ensuring smooth regional implementation

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team of Business Analysts

  • Acting as a liaison between the regional business operations and development teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals

  • Conducting project scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews to optimize processes

  • Provide application support and resolve issues that may arise post-deployment

  • Conducting training sessions and knowledge transfers for new applications or updates

  • Occasional travel within Asia, including China

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Have at least 8 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a relevant role, and at least 2 years in managerial position

  • Demonstrate expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, training and process optimization

  • Be familiar with ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Have hands-on experience with project management, able to lead the team to carry out project activities in parallel

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across multiple departments and cultures

  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable due to regional deployments in Asia. Japanese ability is a plus, but not a must

  • Be results-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Senior Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales operations and administrative support to the department

  • Communicate with Salesman to solve customer enquiry

  • Issue PO/ CO/ PI to vendors and customers via SAP system

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties about order status, item cost, label arrangement and license status

  • Maintain and update databases on a timely basis

  • Negotiate schedule with vendors and update shipment plan to internal parties to ensure on time delivery

  • Sample arrangement for license and replacement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • 2 years related working experience

  • Good communication in English & Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (e.g.: pivot table, VLookup), Chinese Word processing

  • Experience in SAP system would be an advantage

  • Proactive, independent, mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player

  • Strong communication, negotiation, able to work under pressure and positive approach with a can-do attitude, mature, detail-minded

Senior & Marketing Executive (Collectors Toy) - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales and marketing operations 
    e.g. maintaining social media platform/conducting market surveys & reports/ simple translation of marketing materials/handling samples and product replacement/ E-commerce related operation

  • Maintain relationships & negotiate with customers, promotion agents, and other parties regarding Collectors Toy issues

  • Support on sales promotion campaigns and events

  • Manage sample and shop display

  • Require traveling to Japan and overseas countries

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Sales & Marketing or related discipline

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing, working in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Japanese Animation and Comics would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Photoshop/ AI would be an advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese

  • Japanese proficiency N2/Level 2 of JLPT is a must

  • Proficiency in PC & MS office applications

  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under pressure
