香港耀能協會(協會)創立於1963年,以「耀承所授 卓越展能」的信念,為不同年齡及類別的殘疾人士提供多元化的教育及康復服務,幫助他們展現潛能,增強自信和提升其獨立能力裝備自己融入社會。協會現有4個核心服務,包括「兒童及家庭支援服務」、「特殊教育」、「成人服務」及「社區支援服務」,為服務使用者提供涵蓋教育、住宿、家庭照顧、治療訓練、就業、職業復康及照顧者支援等全方位服務。現時協會轄下共84個服務單位及專項計劃,每年為超過25,000個家庭提供常規服務。

Finance Manager 財務經理
Role and Responsibility:
Oversee daily accounting operations of the Association
Manage periodic accounting closing and prepare accurate financial reports
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations and internal policies across service units
Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and internal control procedures
Support system development, enhancement and maintenance
Supervise and train staff to improve efficiency and performance of operations
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, government authorities and funding bodies
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirement and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Qualified Accountant, member of HKICPA, ACCA or other recognized professional accounting bodies is a must
Minimum 7 years of solid experience in accounting / audit in sizable organizations, including at least 4 years of post-qualification experience
Prior working experience in NGOs and audit fields is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proven problem-solving, analytical and leadership abilities
Corporate Communication Manager 企業傳訊經理
Role and Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Association’s mission
Oversee corporate messaging, strategic marketing, public relations, fundraising and promotions across digital (website, social media), offline tools (newsletters, leaflets, annual report) and event channels to boost reach and engagement
Develop and implement targeted initiatives to significantly elevate the brand awareness and public recognition across key stakeholder groups
Lead and mentor a corporate communication team in content creation, social media, events and partnerships to enhance community impact and corporate collaboration
Plan and organize fundraising and corporate events to grow supporter networks and strengthen stakeholder relationships
Identify and nurture prospective major donors and corporate partners to secure their contributions and maintain enduring relationships to sustain funding growth
Requirement and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience in corporate communication or marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial position
Prior working experience in NGO will be an advantage
Highly creative, organized with proven skills and expertise in promotion, strategic planning, relationship building, problem-solving and digital analytics
Strong people skill, communication skill and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

負責職業康復服務發展,監察現有庇護工場及綜合職業康復服務中心
統籌及監管服務單位之運作、服務質素、財務、人力資源各方面事宜
督導單位提供優質職業康復服務及發展
指導單位主管及/或社工處理較困難的個案
執行由行政總裁或其代理人所指派的其他職責
入職要求:
持認可社會工作學位及有效社工註冊證
現職社會工作主任(SWO)或具5年助理社會工作主任工作經驗
具職業康復服務之相關工作經驗優先考慮
