IT Development & infrastructure (Summer Internship)

Development :

  • Perform business analysis, market research, and proof-of-concept (PoC) for new product initiatives.

  • Design and develop new functions and features for internal IT projects.

  • Work closely with developers to consolidate technical documentation and user guidelines.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product launches

Infrastructure:

BAU Tasks

  • Assist with basic IT technical support tasks, such as user assistance.

  • Assist with IT administrative tasks, including updating procurement records, validating documents, and record review and filing.

  • Support documentation and filing for PCI/ISO audits.

  • Collaborate on consolidating IT policy and procedure documentation.

Project Tasks

  • Manage the disposal of equipment in the HK office server room.

  • Conduct an annual inventory of hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Major in computer science or engineering 3rd or 4th Year.

  • Basic knowledge on Android and iOS APP flow and UI.

  • Basic knowledge on PC and computer equipment.

  • Has programming experience.

  • Good written English and Chinese.

  • Basic knowledge on web application.

Product Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead / Facilitate the development of payment products from conceptualization through specifications to product implementation.

  • Develop product features, user interface, and business models with effective planning.

  • Conduct market research and analysis on various payment products and industry news.

  • Manage internal and external parties for product development, promotion and training.

  • Support new product programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Marketing or related disciplines;

  • Knowledge in any of web applications, eCommerce, or game industry an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the related field required.

  • Team player. Organized and able to multi-task.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

Senior Programmer / Programmer

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain various web-base, client-side and back-end applications and services related to payment processing.

  • Analyze, review, and modify system components.

  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to specification and design given.

  • Self-learner and open to new challenges/technologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • 1+ years of total web application development experience.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Required skill(s): Programming.

  • Preferred skill(s): Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, JavaScript and HTML5.

System Analyst

Job Description:

  • Conduct requirement gathering. Design, lead development, and implement digital payment solutions and related application systems, including mobile apps.

  • Perform system, database and workflow design

  • Participate in full SDLC for application design, development, testing, system implementation and production support

  • Effectively communicate and work with local and regional team members and partners

  • Conduct necessary technical research and studies.

  • Prepare functional, technical, and support documentation.

  • Support other ad-hoc assignments and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in web application design and development.

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in JAVA / Spring Boot / ReactJS / Microservices.

  • Passionate about cutting-edge technologies and experience in web 3.0 an advantage

  • Proven knowledge of RMDB Database such as Oracle and MySQL.

  • Knowledge and experience in online payment, fintech application or ecommerce system is a plus.

  • Good communication skills and good command of both written and spoken English.

Account Officer

Job Description:

  • Support daily accounting operations and reporting.

  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and assist month end closing.

  • Assist in year-end statutory audit including preparation of supporting schedules.

  • Assist in administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting.

  • Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, teamwork and able to handle multi-task.

  • Efficient, organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word & Excel).

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the online and offline payments market.

  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential partners.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner companies.

  • Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements aligned with company goals.

  • Manage the sales cycle for offline payment solutions through partnerships.

Partnership Management:

  • Oversee existing partnerships, ensuring they deliver value and meet agreed-upon objectives.

  • Proactively manage partner relationships to foster ongoing collaboration and communication.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing partnerships and generate additional revenue streams.

  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Knowledge in the online and offline payments industry, including various payment methods (point-of-sale terminal, mobile wallets, etc.) is a plus point.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  • Formulate effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and product penetration.

  • Plan, lead, and execute marketing programs and campaigns to grow awareness and exposures, further develop client base and strengthen loyalty.

  • Provide effective communication between different parties both internal and external to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Manage the drafting and publishing of digital and offline marketing materials.

  • Manage marketing budgets and marketing agreements with different external parties.

  • Conduct necessary marketing and product research and analysis, keep track of latest digital payment market and product trends.

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, PR, Business and/or related discipline.

  • At least 4 to 6 years working experience, preferably in digital payment/ banking / fintech/ IT industry - Experience in online media planning & buying would be an advantage.

  • Excellent marketing sense and project management skills - Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills - Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Good commend of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoints.
